Guest Reviews
- Josefina (10/5): - The laundry set up can use a shelf for the towel and toiletry rack sitting on the washing machine, to avoid moving the whole thing on top of the sink and back to the top of the washing machine.
- Reynald Joseph (8/5): - Very good place
- Brenda (10/5): - Our initial reaction was that the property was smaller than it appeared in the images, but once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close to subway and shopping. The washing machine and the in-shower drying are really convenient. The kitchen also has a stovetop, microwave and a large fridge. We would book this place again next time we visit the Tokyo area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great apartment but far from the sites - The apartment was fantastic with some basic cooking supplies and a washing machine. It’s about a 50 minute metro ride each way to all the sites and it will cost you about 1,000 yen round trip each day.
- Yamilet (8/5): - Good space and close to station. Provided a lot of privacy and utilities were very convenient.
- River (8/5): - Very nice
- Verified traveler (8/5): Family Holiday - Excellent stay.
- The (10/5): - Would absolutely recommend, train line within a minutes walk. Family Mart and 7/11 also within a minutes walk. Wonderful small restaurants around the corner. The mini house was more than enough for our small family to stay. Massive plus that it has its own washing machine in the house. Will definitely be coming back.
- Minggang (10/5): - It’s an amazing mini hotel. The room is small but that’s normal in Tokyo. Extremely clean! Very convenient it’s 3 minutes walking distance to KK line. A lot of restaurants and 2 grocery stores in walking distance. Highly recommended!
- Toni (8/5): - Easy access to train, shopping and food.
- Jason (10/5): - It was 2 minutes from the train station; the property was surprisingly more than I expected
- John Fidel (10/5): - Wonderful overall. Worthy of a future stay!
- Nahariyya (8/5): - A bit smaller than expected but I enjoyed the property. It was clean and cute
- Sze Wai Connie (10/5): - Recently stayed at Mini House Tokyo South for a short 5 day stay. Although a bit far from the city, this place is conveniently located a less than 1 mins walk from Omorimachi station, which made commute easy. There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby that is worth checking out.
The studio apartment was quite spacious with a washer (no dryer), open mini kitchen with a small fridge and freezer. The place was clean and was very welcoming after a long flight. Despite being close to a station, you don’t hear anything and it quiet throughout.
Check-in and email communication was easy. Staff was very quick to respond when I had to email with any inquiries. They were very helpful and made the accommodation stress free.

- Courtney (10/5): - We had a great stay! The building itself is new and clean, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities are great, lots of shopping around, and extremely accessible by train with the closest station literally a minute‘s walk. Good restaurants and grocery very close by(the Indian restaurant around the corner is fantastic), just an all round great experience. Highly recommend!!
- Panuwuch (8/5): - Xxx
- Richard (10/5): - This place was immaculate and had everything you need. The Ramen place a couple doors down was delicious and there is a grocery store and train station within a 2 minute walk!
