A vista panorâmica do mar é simplesmente espetacular, e nos proporcionou um espetáculo diário da natureza com o som relaxante das ondas que embalaram cada momento. Um dos grandes destaques foi o espetáculo diário do pôr do sol, que pinta o horizonte com cores vibrantes e transforma a paisagem em uma verdadeira obra de arte, tornando cada fim de tarde um momento mágico e inesquecível. O apartamento possui localização em uma região estratégica, o imóvel está a poucos metros dos principais supermercados da região, do Mercado Central, que é um verdadeiro centro cultural e gastronômico, além de estar próximo ao museu, teatro e alguns barzinhos locais. A proximidade com as pontes turísticas e o calçadão torna o passeio ainda mais prazeroso, seja para caminhadas ao entardecer ou para aproveitar a vida noturna vibrante da cidade. O apartamento em si é aconchegante e transmite uma sensação de tranquilidade única, com uma energia ímpar que faz você se sentir em casa desde o primeiro instante. Ideal para quem valoriza a combinação perfeita entre a agitação urbana e a serenidade do mar. A potência da central de ar precisa ser melhorada.
• Ticiana (1/5): Stressful, dirty, inhabitable, moldy, and full of roaches. - The location was the best thing about the apartment and why I chose it in the first place. The area is my favorite to stay in and I love the building the apartment is part of. I had previously stayed in other apartments in the same building without any issues and overall great experiences. Unfortunately, this apartment turned out to be inhabitable and had so many issues. The apartment is not at all like it shows on the listing. I would give it a 0 if I could. When we arrived, there were so many things broken, dirty (including the glass table and cabinet doors), or covered in mold. The curtains and sofa were old and covered in mold, and the bedsheets were covered dusty. I also found cockroaches in the drawers, in the cabinets, and even in the seams of the sofa. The mold and dust was so bad that I could not sleep a single night without taking allergy medication, and I ended up having an allergic asthma attack. I tried my best to stick it out but ended up having to leave the apartment abruptly after 4 days and find another apartment to rent through Airbnb instead because of the negative effect on my health. We also received old and ripped towels, one per person, which makes no sense for a two-week stay in an apartment with no laundry facilities. The hostess was generally rude and unprofessional when she spoke to me. She refused to communicate through the Booking.com, citing technical issues. She insisted on communicating only through Whatsapp even after I explained that I preferred using the Booking.com app in case there any issues. She also tried to stop by the apartment during our stay to drop off a piece of furniture. She didn't even ask if she could do it, she just assumed it wouldn't be a problem. When we opened a case with the Booking.com customer service team about the apartment, she tried to make it seem like we were still staying at the apartment and wouldn't cancel our reservation or issue a refund. Her technical issues with the Booking.com app magically disappeared once Booking.com customer service informed her that we had checked out early and why. This entire situation caused a lot of stress, unexpected expenses, and ruined my expectations of staying in my favorite area of Fortaleza.
