Hubbard (9/5): - It was everything we expected and was in very good condition. Loved the patio and the views. Liked the private parking. The house was quite roomy. There were plumbing issues in a second floor bathroom that flooded out towards the hallway and the kitchen exhaust hood was placed so low that several of us hit our heads against it.
