• Meryem (1/5): Bad - When we arrived, no one was there. There was no code or key to get in. It took a lot of effort to even make a phone call. A neighbor from the building helped us and showed us our room. But it wasn't ready or clean. In fact, no one even knew we'd booked that room. Unfortunately, we had to urgently find other accommodations, very expensive and 15 km away, at the last minute, to avoid being left stranded on the street with three children. I highly recommend avoiding this place on the off you dont have a plan B. When we arrived, no one was there. There was no code or key to get in. It took a lot of effort to even make a phone call. • High (1/5): Bad - The booking was canceled 1 day before arrival and noone has responded from property or Booking.com regarding refund. No reply on refund.
• Samuel (2/5): Very poor - Very good location. Host was nice and friendly. Poorly organised: No information about checking in or out. Requested an invoice and never received one: Unresponsive on booking.com. When calling them the first time they said they would send an invoice (this was +1 week ago). More recently, I've not even been able to connect the call.
• Avrjona (1/5): Terrible - They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before arrival, I was on flight from Albania. We called them and the only thing they said was "I understand". When we went to property, he said that had a free room for us, but it wasn't an apartment as we had booked. The room was so dirty, small and with no bathroom or kitchen. There was only one bathroom and one kitchen for 4 rooms in a floor, which weren't clean.
• Catherine (1/5): Horrible - Nothing really. It’s not what we booked We had to wait one hour to get someone to open the door. They changed our room without telling us. And we got a room with two beds for four people. Impossible to reach anyone before the trip… DO NOT GO THERE!

• Siqi (9/5): Superb - Very interesting experience. From the outside, it's like staying in a castle. From the inside, it's a quite clean and big apartment. The small bed makes noise every time you change the sleeping posture.

• Brunoabe (4/5): Disappointing, could offer some of the basics with very low investment to make it at least pleasant - The host was very helpful, sent a message with enough notice to explain everything and very attentive answering follow-up questions. The place is hard to find, you need to drive into a narrow road which is not easily accessible. The apartment was very hot and there was no air conditioning system. While opening the windows to help with the heat, one cannot sleep due to the noise coming from the road with lots of noisy cars passing through frequently. The linen in general was of very poor quality, pillows and beds are uncomfortable, the towels are small and not fit for purpose. The apartment lacks pretty much everything, the only thing that was available was a Dolce Gusto machine (with no capsules). The shower has very high pressure, but the holes are not well cleaned, which makes taking a shower a challenging exercise. The shower curtain is badly positioned and cumbersome.

• Hemant (5/5): Passable - The property is very clean and the overall stay was comfortable. We booked for 5 people but there were not enough utensils in the kitchen for 5. There were only 2 spoons for 5. The cooking utensils were not in good condition. There was a dishwasher but the tablets were not provided.
• Edlauwerens (7/5): Great room at nice location for a very reasonable price - Very large room at a great location, nice view and parking at the backside. Great price for such a room. Friendly staff, big TV, good wifi. Perhaps some more stuff in the kitchen (but that is a very minor point)
• Katarzyna (7/5): Good location - Spacious room, great location, good communication from the host. Poor facilities (e.g. no kettle or tea spoons), no hot water in the evening. Be careful when you park by the property as we got parking ticket, as later appeared we had to park on a different nearby car park, which would be ok, if we were told earlier :(

The owner is very helpful and flexible from check in perspective based on the readiness of the room. The washroom facility ( the water clogging)

• Pauline (6/5): Pleasant - Great location When we arrived it was clear the apartment wasn't completely clean, the bins was full, the dishwasher wasn't emptied, towels hanging up as though used.......we contacted the owner who said he would upgrade us to the house at the same location. He had offered to assist us to lock up our bikes, but wasn't in Brugg so couldn't help. We locked them outside but heard people messing them with them in the middle of the night and had to bring them in. We had to locate clean towels, and it just had the air of not being finished......a breakfast bar with just one stool, a massive indoor table with no chairs, no kettle or coffee maker We did report the sink dripping and the cupboard had been removed, he sent somebody round to fix, we asked for a bin bag and dishwasher tablets, were promised them, but they didn't arrive. Be careful of the stairs, so close to the bed, we had to wrap a sheet around the metal bannister to avoid accidents in the night. Such a shame since this could be really lovely
• Sheila (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment, located near the old town. Comfortable, good heating, very clean, lovely furnishings. The TV couldn't connect to programs. Someone needs to re-set/ re-install the settings. Suggestion: Directions to the apt could include that the entrance is next to the Zimmerhaus Museum and under a big sign "Bar-Restaurant-Bistro". The house number 15 is hard to see so I walked all around before I found it.
• Daniel (9/5): Superb - A very spacious apartment, lots of light. Separate kitchen. Comfortable bed, wardrobe closet, dinning table and a separate big sofa. Street view, free parking right next to the building. The communication with the landlord was OK, he responded positively and in a timely manner to our requests.
