• Dariusz (10/5): Great stay - We were here 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children. Perfect place, everything matches with the pictures, great garden with a lot of shady places. 2 terraces around the house, summer kitchen outside, swimming pool - perfect for children and adults as well, and extra toilet outside, close to the pool. Automatic entry gate and covered place for 2 cars. And inside as the pictures showed. 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with 2 separate, but owner was ready to organise some extra matrace if needed. Great modern kitchen fully equipped.2 modern bathrooms, one in one of the bedroom. Communication with the house keeper was a bit tricky because he speaks only Spanish, but we have Google translate, so everyone can manage. House is standing in a quiet neighborhood, 15 min. walk to the train station (20 minut by train to Alicante centrum). 15 min walk to the nearest beach and 30 min walk to the Lidl, so basically the car is not needed. Thanks for everything we will definitely come back. Everything perfect

• Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous Holiday! - This was a family holiday trip and all I can say is it met all of out expectations and more. The gentleman who owns this villa, is more than welcoming! And really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. The villa was absolutely amazing.. and all of the facilities were brilliant. The swimming pool was one of the best features for us as a family to use and all of the bedrooms came with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. The outdoor space has plenty of cooking facilities as well, such as gas cookers and BBQ stoves. I cannot recommend this facility more, the stay was absolutely fantastic and has given us memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We will definitely be going back! N/A There was nothing we weren't happy with about this stay.
• Ed (7/5): A lovely villa with great outdoor space for a large group in a quiet peaceful location near a beach. - The villa is surrounded by its own large outdoor spaces, including a pool which the kids loved and an outdoor kitchen and eating areas, as well as a lovely garden. The building itself is very smart, clean and spacious, the lounge having the largest TV I have ever seen, with lots of services on it (Netflix, Sky football etc). The villa is in a nice quiet area, about 10 min walk from the beach, which is a sandy beach several miles long, perfect for swimming, walking and sun-bathing. It is a great place for a relaxing holiday for a large group (there were 8 in our family group). The advert describes the complete villa, which has 7 bedrooms and 3/4 bathrooms. The owner had decided not to open the lower level to us (with 3 bedrooms and 1/2 bathrooms) as a group of 8 should fit into the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. This did not really allow for the composition of the group, so an extra bed had to be brought up to put all 3 kids together in one room. This caused some initial disappointment but was soon forgotten about. The house-keeping family did not speak any English, which made it tricky to resolve small problems, like there being no hot water as the boiler (in the basement or garage, neither of which we could access) had not been switched on. The only downside of the quiet location was that it was a good 15 minute walk to the nearest mini-mart and about 30 minutes to a supermarket. The nearest bars and restaurants were along the seafront so about a 15 minute walk. There were a fair number of small but annoying omissions in the equipment provided in the villa - no hand towels, no bath mats, only one blanket (in total), no rubbish bin in the kitchen, only 3 mugs large enough for a brew, no kitchen t-towels, no draining rack for washing pots and pans, and most did not like the tubular pillows. Finally, it did feel to be on the expensive side.
