• Graham (9/5): Great Stay - The apartment was in the centre of Athens and easy walk to sites and shops. It was well equipped. There was no lift so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs.
• Ingrid (8/5): Buen departamento, pero por el precio podría haber mejores opciones - Departamento amplio y cercano a Plaka y Acropolis. Limpio y te proveen shampoo y acondicionador en las duchas. Las llaves se recogen en una caja de seguridad en la reja, pero no te dan indicaciones de cuál es el departamento (ni el piso, ni el número), prácticamente tuvimos que adivinar y preguntar a un vecino. No nos indicaron que el departamento estaba en un segundo o tercer piso sin ascensor, lo que es incómodo con las maletas. Cuando llegamos había restos de comida en el refrigerador de pasajeros pasados. El primer baño es super pequeño. Por último, el departamento está frente a un punto de reciclaje de botellas, donde suenan los vidrios a altas horas de la madrugada.

• Revi (8/5): Τέλεια τοποθεσία και παροχές. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Εισαι στο κεντρο της Αθηνας. Μπορείς να περπατήσεις στα 2 λεπτά στο Σύνταγμα, στην Ερμού. Η πλάκα είναι δίπλα!!! Υπάρχει καλή επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και βοηθητικός και τον ευχαριστώ πολύ. Μας εδωσε και επιπλεον χρονο στο διαμερισμα γιατι η πτηση μας ηταν το βραδυ. Η παροχές στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικές. Δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρά. Τα δωμάτια, το μπάνιο. Ηθελε μια γενική πιο σχολαστικη καθαριότητα. Βρήκαμε πράγματα προηγούμενων ενοικιαστων. Επίσης το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί ήταν υπό ανακαίνιση (ειναι καλο για τους επομενους) ομως ηταν κάτι το οποίο δεν το γνώριζα εγώ.

Everything was very close to the apartment, but it was in a busy tourist area and very noisy at night.During our 8-night stay we only slept about 3-4 hours each night. There wasn't enough hot water. We were three people, and each of us had to shower quickly, then wait about 10 min for the next person so the water would be enough.

• Emiliano (8/5): Bene ma migliorabile - Posizione, doppio bagno, letto comodo L'insonorizzazione inesistente. Non c'era differenza tra finestra aperta o chiusa. Inoltre la casa affaccia su 4 campane del vetro utilizzate dai ristoranti limitrofi in piena notte. Senza tappi quasi impossibile dormire
• Charis (7/5): Overall, a good and comfortable stay in an excellent location, with some areas that could be improve - Very spacious and comfortable apartment, with plenty of room to feel relaxed throughout the stay. It was relatively clean and generally well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything. There is quite a lot of noise, especially on Friday nights when trucks collect the recycling bottles. The elevator had been out of order for quite some time, and it would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance, as we had to walk up to the second floor. In the main bathroom, water leaks from the shower cabin and floods the floor. Additionally, there are no hooks available in either the main or the smaller bathroom to hang face towels.

• Caroline (7/5): Comfortable stay in central Athens - Location was excellent. Proximity to restaurants, public transport, and key sights was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The second bathroom was very small with no hooks for towels or space for toiletries. More coat hangers would have been helpful. There were no bedside tables in one room and the other room only had one. It would have been helpful to have mirrors in bedrooms. There were no tea towels or paper towels which would have been useful.

• Georgia (7/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ άνετο και βολικό το διαμέρισμα. Το ασανσέρ ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας κι ανεβαιναμε με τα ποδια στο 2ο όροφο με τις αποσκευές. Η κεντρική θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσε, είχε όμως ζέστη με τα κλιματιστικά.

• Ekin Deren (10/5): Çok iyi - Yeri çok merkezi hava limanından tek tren ile merkezde inip 5 dakikada eve ulaşıyorsunuz. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden önce bavullarımızı bırakmamıza olanak sağladılar bir önceki misafir çıkıl yaptığı için. Ev biz girmeden hemen önce temizlenmişti ve eksiksizdi. Odaları yeterince geniş ve kullanmamız için dolaplar boştu. Güvenilir gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz.

My friend has mobility issues so we chose the apartment because it listed an elevator as part of the facilities. When I phoned him he was off hand. No assistance to get our bags up 2 flights of stairs. He was slow in replying to our enquires after that and said we could get a refund and find a hotel. This was 3 hours after I phoned him and by then it was the evening.I found him indifferent and incompetent

Nous sommes arrivés avant 3h pm et nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’aide pour nous dépanner en attendant que l’appartement soit libéré. Nous savions que l’appartement ne serait pas libre avant 3h mais après de longues heures de transport, un accueil plus chaleureux aurait été apprécié!

Parking sigurno nije 15EUR/dnevno kao što piše. Platili smo prvi dan 35EUR/dan a drugi dan na parkingu na Klafthmonos sqere što je malo dalje je bilo 20EUR/dan

A little noisy outside at night but that didn't bother us at all. After all we were in a central location so to be expected.

• Kiriako (1/5): If you want to imagine living in an old ash tray and risk serious damage carrying luggage up a spiral slippery staircase - The enticing smell of stale smoke that permeates the entire apartment. Or the lack of a functioning elevator that has not been in order for who knows how long. Or the broken air con making the room even more stuffy and stinky. False advertising. It was not at all as listed the amenities are not as listed. No elevator. So beware. Spiral marble staircase 2 flights up very very slippery and dangerous no hand rails and not as listed. The staff advised they would credit us a portion of the booking for the false advertising of the property then ignored us completely.

Apartment quite quiet given central location Overall the apartment is 'tired'. 3 out of 4 lights working over table, only part of a shower door in one bathroom, sofa and extra chair a bit sad and stained.
• Tarnbir (10/5): A fantastic apartment. - No better central location in Athens. The property was extremely spacious for the 4 adults and 2 children. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Both Smart TVs worked allowing for entertainment when it got a bit too hot outside for the kids. All in all. No complaints! The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly with answers. Walk 10 mins in any direction and your somewhere incredible. Plaka market 2mins away Acropolis 11 mins Temple of Zeus 10mins Metro stop 4 mins Sytgama Square 3 mins. Shops restaurants bars and convenience stores galore. Also plenty of gelato spots! Nothing to mention.

• Mark (9/5): Great place to stay in a (mostly) ideal location for exploring Athens. - Location is excellent. Close to Syntagma Square, 2 blocks from Ermou Street, ajacent to the Plaka neighborhood, and a short walk to Monistraki Square, and the Acropolis. If you want to see most of Athens without a car, this is an ideal spot. Two bathrooms were greatly appreciated by our group of 5 travellers. The property is in an area of narrow, one-way streets, and not easy to find. We had to drop off one member of our party to scout the location, then report back to the car on the precise location. It took 16 minutes to drive around the block for a second pass at the property and drop off people + luggage! Only other complaint is that the neighborhood restaurants all dump their empty bottles in the bins outside the apartment, repeatedly, until 1am. Then they are picked up (by the city?) early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be ideal for you.

• Janee (10/5): Excellent comfortable spacious apartment - Clean, spacious, good location, comfortable. Washington machine in the unit. Very nice accommodation. The second bathroom is very small but has a shower.
• Philippe (9/5): Great place just need to know how to manage the hot water - Great location and nice property. The hot water situation is a little bit of a pain, but manageable. If you’re the 2nd in the shower be careful. Could get cold. Needs more than 15 min to warm up.

The apartment needed a bit more attention to detail, ie, lights flickered in bathrooms, power socket broken, partial shower screen missing in main bathroom. Second bathroom tiny. Noisy at night due to restaurants dowstairs.

• Natalina (8/5): My family and I had a nice night in this apartment! Walkable to many attractions in Athens during our short stay. - The Apartment was very easy to get to from syntagma square. We took the bus from the airport and had no issues getting there. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it looked just as described in the listing. The elevator was not working, and was difficult to get all the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. It is on a busy street, and there is a lot of noise while you are sleeping.
• Terri (8/5): Close to everything and comfortable - The convenience to everything, it was clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating to whatever you needed. He was always there to answer your questions and help you. There were a few things missing and within an hour we had them, plus an extra case of water. Effe was very nice and did his best. My husband doesn't drink Expresso, he drinks a lot of coffee, and he bought a regular coffee pot for him. The bed was very uncomfortable, if you like sleeping on a board you will like it. The noise at the bar across the street was loud. If you are use to noise you won't mind. The apartment can use an update, which he said was in the process.

As it is located in the city center, there is too much noice outside all the time.free of charge parking place is hard to find but there is a parking area behind the apartment which we paid 70€ for two days.

• Barbara (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, good seperate kitchen. .Lively neighbourhood with 2 small (good) restaurants opposite. Walking distance to Monasteriki Square, Parthenon, the Agoras. Next to a bank of bottle banks which are used by restaurants at closing time and emptied every night.
