• Marcel (10/5): Polecam - Na plus zdecydowanie wygląd mieszkania oraz super lokalizacja - sklepy są bardzo blisko, a parking mimo, że platny to o dziwo nawet dostepny - zazwyczaj miewałem problem ze znalezieniem parkingu ale tutaj zawsze kilka mieście było wolne. Zdziwiły mnie oderwane drzwi od dwóch szafek. Szkoda, ze nie ma miejsca na wstawienie piekarnika, to byłoby fajne. Osoba, która kontaktowała się ze mną przez booking niestety nie używała angielskiego - zazwyczaj wiadomości w języku ojczystym tłumaczone są również na angielski - to może wiele ułatwić.

• Michalina (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji i knajpek, spokojna okolica Było nas 6 osób, nie dla każdego były sztućce i kubki, przepaliła się żarówka w kuchni. Ładne mieszkanie, niewiele trzeba by było milsze, praktyczniejsze dla gości. Internet WiFi nie działał podczas naszego pobytu.

• Mieke (10/5): Een topervaring! - Het appartement is heel ruim en heel gezellig ingericht. ‘s Avonds hoorde je op de binnenplaats de mensen van de andere appartementen, maar we hebben heel goed geslapen.
• QUOC VU (10/5): - It was perfect stay. The apartment is clean. We enjoyed the coffee mechine with pods ready for use. It is full of restaurants with international foods, so you can choise. The subway is closed so you can get everywhete in the city. The owner responsed quickly. Check in process was easy. It was a litle bit noise above in the evening. It was intensive but stoped after short time. Mayby it was some accidentally and we didn't have lucky day :)

• Christina (7/5): Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, aber bitte nicht darauf ausruhen sondern auch für ungefährliche Aufenthalte sorgen und in die - Wunderschöne Wohnung, toll gelegen, fussläufig alle wichtigen Dinge erreichbar. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wir sind, wie angemeldet, mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist. Eine Gardinenstange hing aus der Wand heraus und Rothe herunter zu fallen. Zwei weitere Gardinenstangen waren extrem locker. Eine Küchenschrank Tür hing nur noch an einem Scharnier und fiel beim ersten Öffnen direkt herunter. Dahinter ganz viele Putzmittel Flaschen. Die Tür wurde dann abgenommen und zur Seite gestellt, somit waren die Putzmittel für Kinder sehr gut erreichbar. Die Tür, eine Glastür zur Dusche, war erstens wirklich nicht sauber, und zweitens fiel diese ebenso fast aus der Wand beim Versuch, sie zuschließen. Sie konnte gerade noch aufgefangen und zurück in die Wand gestopft werden. Bei Hinweis an den Vermieter kam nur das selbe bekannt und man werde sich um Handwerker kümmern. Eine Vorwarnung hier wäre toll gewesen!
• Zoe (8/5): Beautiful apartment, super comfortable beds - maintenance issues - Beautiful apartment, the space was much bigger than expected, stylish and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for good nights rest after exploring the city. Close to public transport , restaurants and super market. Property has maintenance issues, curtain pole broken so no curtain in one of the windows in the bedroom which being on ground floor wasn't great. Shower door broken so couldn't close was close to falling off the wall, cupboard door broken off and trim around the front door mat lifted up and stuck into one of your feet. If these issues were sorted 100% go back as its beautiful place.

• JimmyH (8/5): Spacious apartment, close to the high street shopping centres & Ubahn,variety of restaurants nearby. - The apartment is actually huge and with a great host. Very close to Ubahn, high street shopping centres, and a lot of restaurants nearby. We had an issue with the door code, and it does not work. We had in contact with the host multiple times and tried their very best to be helpful. We then had to carry the key wherever we go, which is quite daunting. The actual door is also jammed multiple times. You had to push and pull with your might to open when locked. The curtains seem quite small for very huge windows as they do not cover the whole window properly. There seemed to be an issue with privacy as people can see you from the outside. Some curtain rods are falling off, reported to the host, and happily answered to send someone to fix. One huge window next to the main door has no privacy cover. People can visible see you in the living room from outside. Might benefit from having a microwave as there was none in that apartment. No wardrobe, we stayed 5 nights and we had to leave our clothes from our luggage the whole time. Overall, it was a great stay. The above issues are just aesthetic and can easily be rectified.

• Valentovitch (9/5): Cozy and comforatble stay - I had a great stay in this apartment! It is much bigger than on the pictures, very warm and cozy. I did not have any issues spending 5 days in it. The apartment has a very central locaiton - 5min walk from KuDamm in West Berlin and there is Lidl near by. The property was well cleaned upon my arrival and I had great communicaiton with the host over the phone. Will come again in the future for sure. Thank you!

Great communication from a brilliant host. Small issue accessing the property via the main gate, which continued to be closed for most of the weekend, but perhaps a blip caused by staff issues at the main hotel.

• Nastja (9/5): Tolle Lage - Tolle Lage Ruhig Viel Platz Schön eingerichtet und modern Schlüssel App ist praktisch Das Apartment liegt in einem Innenhof im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor den Fenstern sind Beete, das heißt es kann niemand direkt hineinsehen. Allerdings ist gegenüber ein Geschäft oder Büro in dem die ganze Nacht Licht brennt. Und das Licht scheint direkt in die Betten. Man kann die Vorhänge nicht vollständig schließen. Sie sind zwar abdunkelnd aber zu klein für die Fenster und lassen sich nicht schieben. Das hat uns doch ziemlich gestört beim Schlafen, wenn die ganze Nacht ein Licht in die Augen scheint.

• Angela (7/5): Reibungsloser Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen - Sehr großzügig, sehr gute Lage, netter Kontakt Die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht komplett schließen. Die Stangen kommen aus der Wand entgegen . In der Küche gab es keine Pfanne. Insgesamt ist das Appartment eher dunkel.

• Judith (10/5): Superschöne Wohnung - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich klasse. Unschlagbar für diesen Preis. Die Wohnung hat ihren ganz eigenen Charm und ist wunderschön mit den hohen Decken. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr schön gewählt. Wir waren nur zu dritt, aber laut Booking ist auch eine Buchung bis zu 7 Personen möglich - und platztechnisch gibt die Wohnung das auf jeden Fall her. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Code den man im Vorfeld zugesendet bekommt und ist daher problemlos möglich. Bei uns hat das Öffnen der Türe nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, daher haben wir die Gastgeber angerufen. Diese gingen auch direkt an das Telefon und haben uns solange unterstützt, bis es geklappt hat. Eingangstür klemmt.

• Jaen (9/5): - Eine wirklich gut gelegene und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr stimmig eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Selbst an Kondome im Waschbeckenunterschrank wurde gedacht. Die Eingangstür war mit dem Nuki-System versehen und dieses spinnte gewaltig, da die Tür ständig klemmte oder nicht verschließbar war. Wir brauchten zT eine viertel Stunde, um das Appartement zu verlassen. Bei Anreise und nach Erstzutritt war die Dusche noch nass und eine Decke sowie ein Kissen lagen auf dem Boden, was den Eindruck vermittelte, dass kurz zuvor noch jemand im Appartement war. Bei Abreise saß, 15 Min. vor 10 Uhr, ein junger Mann vorm Appartement auf der Bank und wartete, dass wir endlich auschecken. Wir nahmen an, dass dies der Eigentümer war. Er gab sich allerdings erst dann zu erkennen, als die Tür wieder einmal klemmte.
