• Kazumi (9/5): 非常に良い、連泊向き - ・ダウンタウン地区にあり、観光地やレストランなど様々なものへのアクセスが良い。 ・古い建物だが、部屋は清潔で過ごしやすい。アパート・タイプなのでキッチンや洗濯機もある。 ・カイロで数日間滞在して観光する時に利用するのに向いている。 ・場所が少しわかりにくい。 ・そばにカフェがあるので、夜それほど静かでない時もある。

Did not match the picture, in picture there are 2 bed (One double and one single) in one room which was not there but the bed according to mo of person was perfect. 2. Very low utensils 3. No extra blanket or pillows 4. Water leakage in washroom and every time you go washroom it’s make you wet 5. Morning found very difficult to open the main door, manager of the apartment respond immediately over what’s app but security did not open their room even we knocked their door many times, neighbor in ground floor opened his door and open the main door with his key

• Sherif (7/5): Basic apartment in downtown Cairo - Very basic, roomy apartment, very close to downtown Cairo, Tahrir Square and Egyptian museum. The property managers try to accommodate guest’s requests. The property’s description on booking.com is far from reality. Kitchen poorly equipped and hardly suitable for 2. The apartment is advertised for up to 6 pax. You get what you pay for.
• Basel (3/5): Poor - Decent hosts. Says 5 beds but there are only 3 (2 double and a single) which is not specified. Ac only in one room. Building is hidden without any signs to indicate its place (hard to find with map). Not very clean.

My children have a problem with these insects because the mattresses are not clean. I have videos and pictures to submit to the court. I will follow up on this matter if the necessary measures are not taken. The pictures in the program are other than that. Zero cleanliness and zero air conditioning. My children and I suffered from many things in this apartment. I want to file a case regarding my children’s illness from these insects caused by the bedding. I am very concerned that these insects may have gotten into my clothes. I want help in this matter from your company, and I will do so. File a big lawsuit because of this. I will send videos and pictures of the entire stay and what happened to my children because of this stay
