L’appartement est ultra bien situé, la place de parking juste en face est un réel plus et que dire de l’appartement…une merveille, rénové avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité. Tout y est pour que vous vous sentiez bien. L’espace est largement pour suffisant ( nous étions 5 ) les équipements sont vraiment top, la déco magnifique, la literie parfaite…que dire de plus? Du début à la fin tout a été parfait, la communication avec Veronica était également parfaite avec des informations claires et précises. Vraiment une pépite comme on aime. Foncez vous ne serez pas déçus je vous le garantie. Rien tout etair absolument parfait.

La rue est très animée, beaucoup de bars et restaurants et un supermarché en face. L'appartement est très calme malgré le bruit de la rue et le parking souterrain en face est très pratique. L'arrivée autonome très facile et les explications très claires. Une adresse précieuse. Tout était parfait

Very central location with a lot of cafes and restaurants around. - We came for the match, the location for our purpose was excellent, 10 minutes to the stadium but also 20 min to old city. Veronica met us and explained everything. She also gave us some tips for where to eat. All was very good. Well, all was fine. Not relevant to the house but TV had only 1-2 English channels out of 100 or so.
• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and comfortable and up to date in a central location. Parking is in a garage across the street and included with the rental. Lively street which was fun. Insulated doors and windows block street noise. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Matresses are foam which are not our favorite.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Absolutely stunning apartment - First of all, the apartment’s location is perfect because you are close to everything and all of the places are walkable. Secondly, it is fully equipped with absolutely everything that you might need. The apartment is newly renovated and truly spotless. The check-in process was also really easy as the host was super friendly, helpful and very responsive. We were greeted with champagne and chocolate which was very thoughtful and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning and beautifully decorated. I haven’t had such an amazing experience with renting an apartment for a long time. Nothing

The appartment was very nicely and beautifull decorated ( modern and clean). During our stay we had a cleaning service. There is a parking space in the garage across the appartment. Withing a walking distance from the city center and Guggenheim Museum nothing
