• Manu (10/5): - Molto comoda perché vicino al centro. Casa accogliente e pulita.
• Daniele (8/5): Nuovo, pulito e centrale - Appartamento nuovissimo in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere sia il centro (meno di cento metri) sia il fiume. Abbastanza spazioso con una camera e un divano letto, bagno ampio, cucina nel soggiorno con piastra, forno, lavastoviglie e tavolo per quattro persone. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Per migliorare il soggiorno sarebbe utile avere nella casa qualche pentola in più. Ne abbiamo trovate solo due e molto piccole, tanto da non aver avuto la possibilità di cucinare. Per il resto la casa è molto bella, spaziosa e pulita.

• Gloria (10/5): - La struttura era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. L'assistenza dei proprietari via messaggi è stata molto gentile e puntuale. Ci hanno preparato il divano letto (oltre ai letti nella camera) su nostra richiesta nonostante fossimo solo in due. La cucina era dotata di tutto il necessario. Il grande armadio all'ingresso molto comodo per riporre tutti i nostri oggetti e giacche. La struttura si trova in centro e molto vicina alla fermata del bus per aeroporto e villaggio di babbo natale. Tutto il resto della città è visitabile a piedi. Ci tornerei! Unico intoppo nel nostro soggiorno è avvenuto l'ultimo giorno con il deposito bagagli. Questo però, abbiamo scoperto poi, viene gestito da una diversa compagnia e non è stato organizzato al meglio in quanto le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario di casa non ci permettevano di aprire la box destinata al deposito bagagli. Poi abbiamo incontrato una ragazza che ci ha aperto un'altra box e abbiamo risolto in questo modo. Il proprietario e comunque stato tempestivo nella risposta ai nostri messaggi

• Riitta (9/5): - Lägenheten var fräsch och trevlig och allt man behöver fanns där. Svårt att hitta parkeringsplatser och TV: n fungerade inte. Personalen hjälpte dock och vi fick se en kanal. Det räckte för oss.

• Jasmin (10/5): Perfect location and wonderful host - Location is perfect, right in the center of Rovaniemi. A short (8 mins) walk to the local k-market. Plenty of food places (takeaway and eat in), shops and bars close by. Easy to reach 10 min taxi from airport. 10 minutes to Santa village, even quicker to Santa Park. Lovely host, very clean apartment.

Nothing - I read some reviews about it being noisy from the main road. Yes it is on a busy road, but we were not affected or could not hear it very much.

The apartment is really beautiful and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very cooperative and friendly. I totally recommend this place. None.
