No dia da chegada comimos no hotel um prato básico, mas foi mal servido (porção pequena) e não estava muito saboroso. O quarto bem amplo e a vista bonita também. Tem uma lojinha de lembrancinhas na recepção que pode pagar apenas em dinheiro. Teve uma invasão de formigas no quarto 🫠hahaha Café da manhã muito simples, muito mesmo. Ovos mexidos, pão , dois fritos, suco e pouca fruta. Deve melhorar!!!!

• Pieter (1/5): Nice location but very unhygienic rooms. Bedbugs and mold - The location was good The rooms were not clean at all. Very dirty, mold on the ceilings and bedbugs all over. Our body’s are full of rashes which gave us a lot of discomfort, stress and itches. We wanted to wash our clothes and the staff even charged us 12$ for it. We sent a email but no reaction yet.

Accommodated our request even though we arrived much earlier than the check in time. The front desk girl was incredibly nice and helped to arrange tours we wanted to do and provided suggestions for activities and restaurants. The balcony provided incredible views of the ocean and the luscious vegetation of the island. The breakfast was really good and the crew working the dining area were the best. Loved this place and will definitely return! Ther pool area could be a little more welcoming. They were in the process of retouching paint while we were there, but it just needs a little more of an ambiance to make it more welcoming.

No doy la califación más alta por causa externa al hotel; a pocos metros hay un local en donde ponen música a alto volumen hasta altas horas de la noche, especialmente en Providencia no se espera tener esta incomodidad.

It is close to several restaurants. I didn't like the way you lock the door we had to put a stool next to the door in case anyone of the cleaning service would open the door.

• Arnaldo (7/5): O Hotel é bom, mas necessário algumas pequenas - A localização é ótima, com opção de mercado, bons restaurantes a poucos metros do hotel. A qualidade da cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros é ótima. A vista do nosso quarto em frente ao mar, com uma ampla varanda com rede e cadeiras faz a diferença para ver o por do Sol. O ar condicionado do quarto estava muito sujo. O banheiro exalava um cheiro extremamente ruim, além de ter cabelo na parede do box quando chegamos. O café da manhã está longe der ser “fabuloso” como apresentado nas fotos e na descrição, com alguns ingredientes de baixa qualidade, mas é suficientemente nutritivo.

• Linda (8/5): Fantastisch goede locatie op Providencia - Hotel is super goed gelegen, recht tegenover het hotel is een supermarkt die ook scooters verhuurd. Naast de supermarkt is een pizzaria en naast de pizzaria is een fantastisch (klein) restaurantje waar we super lekkere langoustines gegeten hebben. Hotel is ook op wandelafstand van Elma. Je kan een boottocht (met snorkeling) plannen bij het hotel. Mooie strand in de buurt, aan het hotel zelf is geen strand.
• Marta (6/5): Ubicación céntrica, pero hotel justito - La ubicación, ya que hay muchos restaurantes de la isla cercanos pudiendo ir incluso a pie. Justo delante del hotel, hay un super bastante grande y suele ser un punto de encuentro para la salida de excursiones. Tiene una piscina bastante grande. El desayuno bastante bien y rico. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía a la que habíamos reservado, la cual estaba sucia y no era nada cómoda. Luego nos quejamos y finalmente nos la cambiaron por la que habíamos pagado y ahí mejoró un poco todo, aunque la limpieza de forma general deja mucho que desear. En los baños no hay jabón ni para ducha ni para manos y eso es de agradecer. Es una zona dónde algunos lugareños suelen reunirse por la noche y esto genera bastante ruido. Nosotros la primera noche había un grupo de personas con un subofer con la música a todo volumen y no pudimos descansar bien. Es bastante caro el precio medio en comparación con otros hoteles que estuvimos mirando, lo escogimos sobretodo por ubicación.

• Giacomo (1/5): Horrible, to be avoided. Choose another stay. - Nothing but the location The dirtiest and most uncomfortable room I have ever been in a life time. There were bugs, ants and spiders everywhere. The walls were widely spoiled by bugs’ blood (personally, I had to kill three spiders/bugs since they were too close to the beds). The sheets were untidy (there were dead bugs inside). The last client’s empty shampoo flacon was beside one of the beds. Soap container was empty, no shower head was installed. Despite we complained with the receptionist about this dreadful and stressful situation, nothing was made to fix (not even the empty shampoo flacon was removed). No refund was offered (not even partially). Therefore, do not trust the pictures uploaded to the booking profile of this facility.
• Angel (7/5): Aceptable - Habitación justo delante del mar por la noche se escucha y es muy relajante, tiene aire acondicionado que es un indispensable, hamaca en la terraza. Delante un supermercado y varios bares para cenar entre ellos una pizzería. Te facilitan el alquiler de mulas, motos etc Poca variedad en el desayuno, poca flexibilidad en los horarios de las comidas, un poco sucio (muchos bichos, manchas en los suelos y paredes…)
• Amanda (7/5): Buena opción económicamente para varios días en Providencia - La atención del personal, principalmente de la cocina y de Jessica en la recepción que procuró resolver una situación que tuvimos con la primera habitación asignada. La primera habitación tenía suciedad y hormigas, tuvimos que pedir cambio. Al no tener recepción 24 horas sería bueno tener un número de contacto de emergencia.

• Jessi (8/5): It was good - The location is great to get to the turistic restaurants and the convenience store in front of the hotel makes it perfect. The room was always cleaned and the bed was great. The internet just works in the first floor but it is pretty good to work, the gave us an office to work from and it was great. The staff is really nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Too many mosquitoes and ants around, the sheets were not a fit for the bed. I think it is too expensive for no giving at least a bottle of water daily.

• Haldane (8/5): great location - great location and lovely breakfast. i was doing my dive certification with sonny and it was just a 20 meter walk. there was something running along the roof each night that kept me awake and the pool wasn’t available for use due to maintenance.
• Alina (6/5): The people are very nice but the service is very subaverage. - Big balcony and great breakfast space, watch out for mosquitoes. I was excited by getting the room with the sea view because the reviews were excellent! So i booked it for 2 nights. Made the mistake to book for one person instead of 2 so the hotel offered to settle internally. Looked online for 2 night price for 2 people over the weekend and saw that it was 130€ for our period, hotel charged me 175€ i said fine. We go up and the room does not look like in the photos as there is a building blocking my seaside view so i have partial sea view even though the photos in the booking show me a different room.. the room in the photos of my booking was in the building blocking my view. Then we go to bed and I find little black hairs everywhere under the pillow. I ask reception for new sheets and they do not know where the sheets are and that maybe it’s the hair of the cleaning lady…Walls are paper thin so if you are as lucky as me to get neighbours packing their bags to an iPhone BadBunny concert at 12am might not be fun. So in my view I felt a little cheated with this whole experience.
• Amira (8/5): Perfect to get lost in Providencia - Hotel is well placed, in front of a supermarket and a pizza place! You can rent a moto or a buggy next to the hotel and is near everything (taking into account that Providencia is quite small). Gorgeous beach 15 mins away by foot! The sea is in front of the hotel and you can go for a beautiful swim! The amenities are not the best. The showers are a bit old, there is no hot water (maybe not a problem for some), the air conditioning was too cold and there were no blankets. Wifi only works at the lobby

• Lesly (7/5): it is lovely but I would definitely do something about the mosquitos to improve the stay - very close to good restaurants and there’s a market right in front, close to almond bay and another beaches. Breakfast was ok it could be improve, room was always clean. There are too many mosquitos that makes it difficult to have breakfast as you just want to go because mosquitos are eating you, same in the lobby there are too many mosquitos and the lobby is the only area with wifi.
