CEVDET (8/5): Merkezi konumda iligi personeliyle temiz ve kaliteli bir hotel - Tesisin konumu, temizliği ve resepsiyon ekibinin ilgisi ile odaların konforu çok iyi Restaurant bölümün genç çalışanı çok ilgisiz, yardımcı olmayan birisiydi. Yemekler eski kalitesinde değil maalesef. Kahvaltı malzemeleri her zamanki gibi düşük kaliteli ve çeşit yetersiz.

Personnel au top je recom - Nous avons passés 5 jours en famille dans cette établissement situé à ŞIŞLI . Tout s’est très bien passé de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ . Le personnel est super gentil et très réactif . Sans oublier les femmes de ménages qui sont juste adorable . Point négatif : j’ai signalé durant mon séjour que l’un des réfrigérateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas . On nous a dit qu’une personne allait venir . Nous n’avons vu personne .

No guide no formal introduction to places nearby. Its not 5 star so dont have high expectation. So hard pillow i got pain. Ac works sometimes and sometimes turns off by itself.

Obed (2/5): - Det var inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Allt kostar extra, även vid frukostbordet. Till och med ett bad i hotellets pool kostar 5 euro. Hotellet ligger långt från centrum. Personalen var aggressiv och otrevlig. Vi bokade hotellets egen taxi som kraschade direkt efter att vi åkt. De vägrar ta ansvar för händelsen.

Leïla (9/5): Très bon séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. La chambre était agréable et l’ambiance générale très satisfaisante. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment bon, varié et de qualité, avec un large choix proposé chaque matin. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel, toujours souriant et attentif. Un grand merci à Enes et Yunus qui nous ont très bien accueilli et également à Gülen, qui nettoyait la chambre au 6e étage de façon impeccable chaque jour et qui était d’une grande gentillesse. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les jus de fruits frais payants. La douche qui fuit et inonde le sol. Les oreillers durs.

Emre (8/5): Prima verblijf! - We konden in de nacht inchecken en dat is heel fijn. We werden warm ontvangen door Yigit, hij heeft ons begeleid naar ons kamer en was erg vriendelijk. Badkamer is nogal klein en er kan geluidsoverlast zijn door de drukke straat. Isolatie hierin kan dus beter.

Thomas (10/5): - This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Sisli - turn left out of the hotel and you're on Sisli's main street full of cafés and coffee shops, turn right and there's a large indoor mall with big name shops and a food court. Istanbul's main tourist attractions are easily reached by good public transport or you can use Uber to book a local taxi. Hotel has great facilities in the spa/pool/gym and the massage is highly recommended. Our 7th floor room was spacious and clean with an excellent view over the city. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and choice. Finally, the staff - everyone we met was friendly, professional and helpful. They're a real credit to the hotel and helped make our stay in Istanbul so enjoyable

oksana (10/5): - Хорошие комфортные номера, приятный персонал. Качественная уборка. Нормальный завтрак. Есть выбор пакетированных соков на завтраке, за доп. плату есть фреши. Готовит повар яйца в виде омлета. Немного шум с улицы слышен в номере, но мы закрывали дополнительно шторы, и шум не мешал). Душевая кабина, постоянно протекала вода из-под двери кабинки, видимо, плохие уплотнители, каждый раз приходилось вытирать полотенцами пол, что б повода не попала в номер и не было луж.

khadija (10/5): Vi er kjempefornøyde med oppholdet – fantastisk service, ingenting negativt, og et hotell vi definitivt kommer tilbake t - Veldig behjelpelige og hyggelige personale, alle var veldig profesjonelle, spesielt Enaas! De som rengjør rommene var også super snille og ga oss rene rom hver eneste dag! veldig bra beliggenhet, rolig og fredfult! ingenting vi mislikte, om det var noe vi lurte på så var de veldig flinke med å avklare og hjelpe til! :)

Ali (9/5): Good value for money, - The location is excellent, very close to the mall, metro station, local shops, local food, etc (10/10) The staff were very friendly, helpful, (10/10) Breakfast was a little bit short of perfect, I think more items would be good, but maybe because of season (8/10) Rooms are clean, and the lady was lovely and professional, but the shower is little bit dated and the shower door leaks water into the floor of the bathroom (not much) (7/10) I did not see anything that I did not like, everything was above good

Peter (7/5): - Bett war gut. Frühstück okay. Frontcooking. Dusche roch muffig. Boden sah komisch aus. Duschtür nicht dicht, viel Wasser lief aus der unteren Türseite heraus ins Bad. Großes Fenster war nicht dicht. Viel Lärm von der Straße her drang nach oben in den 8. Stock. Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster und in die Jahre gekommen.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location is very convenient. I would like to give a special thanks to Songul at the reception for her kindness and warm attitude—she made my stay even better. Also, many thanks to Can for his great support and professionalism. I would also like to thank Besra from housekeeping for her excellent work and attention to detail in keeping the room spotless. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Bianca (7/5): - The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the housekeeper Gülem and the receptionist Rose. The breakfast is amazing! There’s something for everyone, and it gives you a taste of a traditional Turkish breakfast, the best way to start the day. The bed itself is also comfortable. The price is quite reasonable, too. The location is not bad, not in the middle of the center, but close enough. And you can find a lot of things in the near. The metro 2 is really close to the hotel. If you're expecting a 5-star hotel experience, you might be disappointed. The room is small, the curtains are old and don't work, so it's so bright during the day that it's impossible to sleep well. The pillows are too high and gave me a backache. Even though I asked to have them replaced, it wasn't possible, since they're all the same size. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water. Every day we had to use our towels to dry the floor. That’s why we had to change towels daily. The spa area is nice, but to use the pool, you have to buy a hair cap that costs an extra €5. The price we paid and what we had is ok, but it certainly doesn’t live up to a 5-star experience.

Damla (10/5): - Ich hatte einen rundum sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sowie alle Bereiche des Hotels waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was sofort einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bemüht war, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dabei Frau Songül an der Rezeption. Sie war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Mit ihrer offenen und herzlichen Art hat sie maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!
