• Mary (7/5): - Very near the airport - 5 minute walk Bed was comfortable and Breakfast was good I found the room noisy. Could hear someone snoring next door 🙁. Staff were not particularly friendly which makes a difference when one is travelling alone.

• Ritha (8/5): Hotel génial... - L'accueil du personnel le dévouement de Pauline... Et la dame qui m'a trouvé un taxi pour mon départ ... Donc la réception bravo rien a dire .. Le petit déjeuner et la salle....Ma chambre...les arbres qui entourent l'hôtel.... Le lit est un peu trop dur pour moi pendant une semaine.....avec beaucoup de marche.....dans la semaine.. Booking dit 2,5 du centre a pied c'est faux .....j'ai mis 40 minutes très bon démarche tout les jours mais j'ai apprécié ha ha 😂

• John (8/5): Well fed and rested - Ideal location just a few min walk from airport. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant with varied menu. No opportunity to get good if you arrive during the day as restaurant opens at 19:30. Door in bathroom needs repair work as it will not close properly.
• Kevin (8/5): Budget but clean Hotel, with very friendly and halpful staff - Excellent experience with the staff, who accommodated my early arrival, and just that alone would compel me to use the hotel again. I was in a room which was clean and comfortable, but a little small but that would not put me off staying again. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. A minor point, but it is a little way from the town center and not necessarily easy to find ( I got lost at one point), I would add a better map to show people how to get there. But I didn't mind the walk.

• Aurora (6/5): Hotel funcional a 50 minutos andando del centro - Hotel funcional. Camas cómodas. Dispone de hervidor de agua para tomar infusiones y/ o té en la habitación. Tiene restaurante para desayunar y/ o cenar, pero no dan comidas. Hay un Carrefour Espress a 5 minutos y una pizzeria. Está,literalmente, junto a las pistas del aeropuerto y entre las 7.00. y las 23 30 hay mucho ruido de motores de aviones.Justo enfrente hay una carretera con mucho tráfico con ruido adicional durante todo el dia. Llegar a Biarrirz supone 50 minutos andando. Hay parada de autobús cerca, pero en el puente de mayo no vimos que parase ninguno. Encontramos botes de pastillas bajo la cama, por lo que imagino que no limpiaron muy bien la habitación.

• Edele (8/5): Very handy for early morning/ evening flights - Lovely friendly helpful staff, incredibly nice check in and out. Location is excellent, bus just outside, we could see the hotel from the steps onto the plane the next day, it is that close! It is a small airport so you are not tortured with lots of flights in and out. The entrance to the hotel is a bit vague, when we got off the bus we were walking all over the place trying to find it. There was a strange humming noise, I thought it would keep us up all night and it didn't we slept really well.

• jean-marie (8/5): Bon séjour - L emplacement est vraiment super....A 5 mn à pieds de l aéroport de Biaritz BPB...de la gare de bayonne la ligne 3 m a débarqué devant l hôtel et la ligne 11 toujours devant l hotel dessert le centre de Biarritz ! Petit déjeuner bien sympathique...pour moi tout y était . L'insonorisation est inexistante. A moins que cela ne soit dû au fait que j ai eu une suite séparée en 2 ! Donc une porte me séparait de la chambre d à côté plutôt qu un mur. A voir . Les chambres sont petites, ouvrir sa valise à plat prends tout l espace..mais comme il ne s agissait que d une nuit cela m a suffit.j y retournerai.

• Marie-Theres (7/5): Proximité de l'aeroport, accessible à pied. - L'aeroport de Biarritz est à 5 minutes à pied, grand point fort quand on voyage tôt le matin. Personnel très aimable. Notre chambre était rudimentaire, le lit très petit pour 2 personnes.

A 7 min à pied de l'aéroport donc idéal en cas de départ matinal. La venue d'un groupe de jeunes sportifs très bruyants a un peu "gâché" les choses mais ils se sont calmés par la suite

Requested a ground floor room at the last minute as I realized there was no elevator to upper floors and I had a lot of luggage and am in my later years, and I was given one😊 they have a policy to take a deposit of the amount of the cost of the room which I didn't realise ( it DOES state this on their policies which of course I didn't read😅) but just to be aware if ones credit card funds are running low at the end of a holiday 😅 this was refunded on checking out. Hot water not working in shower. Room small with low ceiling. Pillows a bit lumpy.

We were able to drop our baggage early in the morning before check-in was available. My sister injured her leg and was offered a ground floor room without having to request it. Os quartos não possuem sequer cafeteira ou chaleira elétrica. O café da manhã por 13 euros não vale a pena: poucas opções e nao estava nada gostoso – a salada de frutas estava amargando como quem estava feita há alguns dias.

The restaurant food was really nice and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. We have stayed many times and always thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will continue to visit this hotel
