• Donna (5/5): Some disappointments...has potential to be a beautiful place to stay. - the lock box is a smart idea and worked well for us The couch in the living room cannot be used as an extra bed and is barely useable as a couch. It is worn out, uncomfortable, and has stains and pilling in the fabric. It is too close to the floor as well for anyone in their 50s. The bathroom fan does not work, and we were told it was just quiet by the landlord. We checked it and the fan had no movement. The humidity in the bathroom was off the charts! There is also a crack in the floor of the shower that has been taped and looks bad. The bedroom did not have side lamps for each sleeper, and the one was much too large for it's small side table leaving no room for anything else. The mattress in the bedroom was weak and cheap, and very uncomfortable. We had to do laundry as the cleaner left the last laundry in the washer/dryer and hanging in the closet to dry. The windows were very dirty (inside and out), and there are no blackout curtains and the rooms are very bright. We asked in advance what type of laundry detergent was used in the suite as we have sensitivities, and were told it was unscented. It ended up being Tide, which is highly scented, so we washed everything so we could use the towels and bedding. Some of the towels in the suite are old and stained. We have reported all of our concerns to the landlord for future renters. Location was fantastic and very quiet, and the building is very new and bright. Large kitchen with dishwasher was nice to have, but could use some additional cooking items.

• BRIAN (8/5): - Location was great! Street noises and airport noises were quite noticeable, especially with the windows having to be open (there wasn't any air-conditioning). The bed and couch seemed pretty worn out. We noticed a crack in the shower base, that should be addressed in case it is leaking water below.

This is not a "Lovely New Condo" as advertised Bathroom fan not working Shower floor cracked food crumbs and dust around cabinets and corners No comfortable seating - couch should be replaced
• Fake (9/5): Great location & facilities very comfortable - Location, it was brand new & had a kitchen Could do with better (thicker) towels & a full length mirror

• Jerrold (2/5): Very disappointing. - Location downtown Sidney was good. The furniture was very uncomfortable. Sitting on the sofa was like sitting on the floor because it was so low and made it hard to get on or off. Mattress only passable, could use a topper to make more comfortable. Pillows terrible and only 3. Only 4 bath towels and 2 face cloths, no hand towels all that have been well used. Coffee maker broken.
• Paul (8/5): Summer by the sea with M - Proximity to everything was great. Cleanliness was good as well. That the basic essentials were there such as sugar and tea bags etc. The pullout spare bed / couch had a nasty stale smell to it and not becoming of the name of the property being " lovely brand new condo" .
• Mike (3/5): Can not recommend this condo to anyone- stay in a hotel! - Location The check in procedure was awful- Keyes not easily accessible. The furniture was very poor quality and not comfortable. Couch and bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom towels and linens should be thrown away and replaced.
• Nnamchi (5/5): Passable - I liked that the location was central and easy to find. The staff were not flexible with check-in and check out time even after repeated requests. Also, the check-in process was tedious.The apartment is not meant for someone who works shift work as the blinds were not dark enough. There was so much sunlight given the summer months.There was no air conditioner in the apartment, and I had to leave the windows open at night.There's a lot of outside noise from the busy street. I could barely sleep at night because of the noise, sunlight, and the IKEA bed was not the most comfortable bed. I contemplated canceling my next booking. If not, I would be charged for late cancelation.
• Cliff (8/5): Very good - The condo was stylish, comfortable and attractive. It had everything you could need. The designated car parking was good It was a bit difficult to get in and we felt that the fob to open the door was not going to work at times.

We were reimbursed a night for the inconvenience 🙂. Microwave did not work No toaster but replaced The couch is very uncomfortable and could use other seating.
• Kerry (8/5): Fantastic location, lovely apartment. Just don't plan on using the couch to sleep on! - You can't beat the location! The apartment was very nice and clean, and comfortable. It was difficult to locate the lock box and find the keys to get in. There was no dish cloth, and no ice cube tray. So we bought both and left them there so the next guest will have them. Couch uncomfortable.

• Rochelle (7/5): Room for improvement - Clean, well priced. Needs air conditioning or at least a fan in the summer time. The windows barely open and it is far too hot to be comfortable. Customer service was not only unhelpful, they did not know what was going on. After flying in and asking if I could check in an hour early, customer service told us "check in tomorrow" which was just clearly wrong. Terrible and automated communication. The lock box was not super easy to find either.
