Gemütlich. - Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Häuschen, direkt gegenüber liegt ein Surfstrand – allerdings waren die Wellen riesig, sodass wir mit den Kindern einfach nur zugeschaut haben. Poema del Mar ist leicht zu erreichen. Ein schwaches Licht im hinteren Schlafzimmer. An der Badezimmertür fehlt der Türgriff auf der Innenseite.

• Hugo (7/5): - Era algo moderno, tenía de todo, cosas para niños, microondas, horno, lavadora, estaba bien En una de estas que la cama del fondo está compuesta de dos colchones y palets y yo y mi novia tuvimos que dormir en el suelo por qué se salían cada 2 por 3 y si no nos llegamos a quitar nos caíamos, el lavamanos suelto, las paredes con humedad, las ventanas oxidado
• Fani (4/5): Estancia incomoda y perjudicial para la salud de personas alérgicas a la humedad o àcaros - La ubicación del alojamiento no estaba nada mal, la zona es Preciosa, se come bien y tiene lugares encantadores. Aunque creo importante describir que está frente a una carretera muy transitada y que el mar se ve por una esquina de la azotea, de resto se ven otras azoteas bastante descuidadas, con los típicos bidones de agua. La decoración era bonita, entiendo que el apartamento es un proyecto hecho con cariño pero sin mantenimiento real. Detallo los principales problemas: • Presencia generalizada de humedades (paredes, zócalos y esquinas levantadas), con fuerte olor a moho y pintura que caía con facilidad y que manchaban la ropa al contacto. • Suciedad evidente desde la llegada (suelo sucio, restos en la azotea, algo de mobiliario en mal estado). • Problemas estructurales y de mantenimiento: suelo levantado por filtraciones de agua, puertas que no abrían o cerraban correctamente, mobiliario deteriorado o mal restaurado. • Baño inadecuado: espacio extremadamente reducido, sin plato de ducha funcional, cortina que se adhiere al cuerpo y lavabo inutilizable (sin espacio y con agua excesivamente caliente). • Estancias de la vivienda separadas, obligando a salir al exterior para acceder al baño o entre habitaciones. • Condiciones insalubres que provocaron síntomas físicos (estornudos constantes, irritación y malestar), presumiblemente derivados de la humedad. • Viajábamos con una menor de 2 años, previamente comunicada, y no nos avisaron de que tendría que dormir en un cuarto separado de la estancia principal (luego vi las fotos y lo entendí, pero no creo que sea lo suficientemente deducible)

Nos gustó la casita por las vistas y la terraza, pues bien hasta que no haces el pago que por cierto no es reembolsable no te dicen que es una casa dividida en muchas partes y nos tocó una de las peores. La cama en un hueco que ni sentado cabes, nos hemos golpeado en la cabeza en la primera siesta, en la parte de la cocina no hay extractor ni microondas, la única sarten quemada no se podía utilizar. En el baño habían toallas y papel wc .No estaría de más que hubiera azucar y sal en la cocina. Nuestra búsqueda era primera línea de playa, pues bien es la última casa de la calle cruzando una avenida por cierto muy ruidosa. Se ve el mar sí,pero no te puedes bañar son todo rocas, ponía playa San Andres cerca pues también es todo rocas. Llegamos pronto sobre las 11 y la entrada era a las 15h llamamos a la anfitriona porque no teníamos carga en los móviles, teníamos hambre llovía y necesitamos un baño y no nos ayudó en nada, estábamos tirados en medio de la nada. Colgamos el teléfono y no nos volvió a contestar. Nos tocó parar un autobus(guagua) por que ni taxi, para ir al centro o a otro sitio que hubiera mas vida y el mismo conductor nos dijo que a unos 15 minutos caminando teníamos bar, asadero de pollos, supermercado y algo más. Cosa que nos nos dijo la anfitriona cuando le llamamos nos sentimos abandonados por su parte. Se agradece el gesto de dejar agua y las dos galletas. No repetiremos!!

• Nikola (7/5): - Zu Zweit hat man viel Platz in dem Apartment. Heizlüfter konnte den Schlafbereich schnell aufwärmen. Es fehlten Küchentücher, eine Decke zum zudecken im Bett, Waschmaschine war defekt. Straßenlärm ist vorhanden.

Our room was perfect, cozy, tidy and had everything we needed - comfy beds, washing machine, cooking utensils! I would absolutely stay here again if I were to come back and would highly recommend this property! Everything was perfect.

• Judith (9/5): Sehr angenehme Unterkunft und mit Öffis gut zu erreichen. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Es wurde sich mit allem viel Mühe gegeben, um eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Alles ist sehr sauber und de Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten versüßen einem die Ankunft. Der Kontakt war schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich hab mich wohl gefühlt. Man kann die Insel gut mit Öffis erkunden, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür liegt. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Alles perfekt.

• sandra (1/5): Nefasto - Nada No habían limpiado, había pelos por todas partes, las sábanas apestaban, no eran limpias igual que las toallas. Encima hubo un problema general con el agua, cortaron el agua y nos quedamos sin agua, la propietaria no nos avisó ni se comunicó con nosotros, cuando llegó con garras de agua ni si quiera quiso dar la cara para al menos disculparse o tener algún gesto con nosotros, tuvimos que ir nosotros a pedir explicaciones. La falta de educación brillaba por su ausencia. El único interés que tienen es coger el dinero y cuando hay algún problema no dan la cara y probar alguna solución o al menos una disculpa!

Forgalmas út mellett volt megtalálható. Az ágy fent volt a galérián, de korlát nem volt mellette, A galériára vezető lépcsőnek sem volt korlátja. Nem volt megfelelő vastagságú paplan, így este minden polár pulóvert magamra vettünk, de így is fáztunk. A villany is egyszer elment, miközben a sötét ablaktalan fürdőszobában zuhanyoztam. • Jacek (2/5): Pomyłka jeśli chodzi o lokalizację i standard. Błąd w danych powierzchni i pokojów. - Łatwo otrzymaliśmy kod do boxa z kluczami. W zasięgu marszu jest fajna miejscowa knajpa. Supermarket n anajbliższym rondzie o 1km. Metraż podany jako 70m2 i salon+ sypialnia okazały się 25m2 salonem z pernamentnie rozłożoną sofą (posiadała położoną na wierzch warstwę surowej gąbki ) + ciemna antresola o wysokości 1.50m ze stromą drabiną. Podróżując z małżeństwem dzieci, nikt nie zaznał prywatności. Przesuwane drzwi od łazienki nie zapewniały żadnej separacji od salonu w dodatku były uszkodzone. Tak ciężko chodziły, że kobiety potrzebowały pomocy z zwewnątrz aby je otworzyć. Taras "i" patio okazały się wybiegiem, ogrodzonym wysokim na 160cm murkiem zza którego patrzyła na ciebie kamera. Szum z głównej autostrady Gran Canarii do późnych godzin nocnych sprawiał, że lepiej było siedzieć w środku niż zerkać na skrawek oceanu w prześwicie miedzy domami i autostradą. Obiekt ma prawdopodobnie 1 dobry apaprtament na piętrze z dużym tarasem i 3-4 pokoje z antresolą na parterze, które są w o wiele niższym standarcie. Sąsiedztwo autostrady okazało się kłopotliwe, cofnięcie się na parking o 20m wymaga zrobienia 2km do najbliższych rond. Przyznam, że wybór był moim błędem, wszystkie niedogodności widać "między wierszami" ale nie zwróciłem na to należytej uwagi. Helpdesk Booking po ok 5 godzinach rozmów na infolinii odmówił relokacji. Jako główny powód podając brak kontaktu z włąścicielem, a potem brak jego zgody na zwrot kosztów lub skrócenie pobytu.

• Alba (1/5): Estancia muy decepcionante - Nada Al llegar no había agua y no se nos informó previamente, aunque ya lo sabían. Nos suministraron solo dos garrafas de agua para todo (aseo, limpieza, etc.), algo totalmente insuficiente. Además, había una plaga de insectos y cucarachas en la pared y encimera de la cocina, que luego se extendió a la mesa del comedor, el baño y otras paredes. Tuvimos que comprar nosotros mismos un producto para intentar eliminarlos, pero seguían saliendo. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia: tras avisarles, dijeron que habían “limpiado”, pero el suelo seguía sucio; al caminar descalzos, los calcetines acabaron negros. No hay extractor de humos, por lo que al cocinar había que abrir todas las ventanas por el olor. No deshicimos ni las maletas por las malas condiciones. El jabón y champú estaban diluidos, y el secador no funcionaba; al informarlo, no lo reemplazaron pese a que claramente era antiguo. Además, las imágenes del anuncio no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. No hemos podido descansar, ya que pasamos los días reclamando por teléfono todos estos problemas. En resumen, una estancia muy decepcionante, sin limpieza ni servicios adecuados. Ojalá poder adjuntar más imágenes para demostrar que nuestra experiencia fue horrible. Y por último, nuestra valoración refleja una realidad objetiva, documentada con fotos y mensajes durante la estancia. Lo mínimo que esperábamos era un alojamiento limpio, habitable y con los servicios básicos garantizados, algo que claramente no se cumplió.

The house was very cozy, clean and had all the suplies we needed. Good kitchen, pantry and even a washing machine. Nice outside terrace with a bit of ocean view and our pet was very welcome. Its was calm and relaxing stay with surfspots, outside gyms and nice cycle/running/hiking routes nearby. Las Palmas center is within 15min drive and otherside of the island within 1hour.

Parlare poi della camera da letto separata si trattava di un soppalco sopra il bagno dove non si poteva stare in piedi e neanche messo in sicurezza con una ringhiera.

Un lugar que repetiría sin dudarlo. Por decir algo, mejoraría el sofá-cama para tener más comodidad en la casa y más tipos de vasos. Se queda corto.

• Tom (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend! - We had a wonderful stay at Nuevo Pies Surf Casita! Highly recommended and great value for the price. Everything was good: comfy bed, good size apartment, specious balcony, pretty design, staples included (salt, oil, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap). check in was also very quick and easy. We even had an extra bedroom (we didn't use) that was unexpected. The only slight downside I can think of is the location; on one hand it has a nice view to the sea (but is semi-blocked by one building).On the other hand it was a bit of a hustle to go to any nearby supermarket/pharmacy/restaurants if you don't have a car. But there is a bus station just under the flat.
• Mahdi (8/5): Clean and cheep stay for 4 persons and worth the money - It was clean and cozy There was a photo from the roof that I wanted to book the house for, but the roof door was locked
• Peter (7/5): Good - Great location, next to the beach, surf school close by. Water problems the last two days, but sure they fixed it now.
• Meriuan (6/5): If youre a group of 4 persons, look for something else (unless you are couples) - Clean. Easy to enter. Parking is easy. Location is very bad. You cant stay here without a car. Its not suitable for 4 persons. Beds are not comfortable and they cant be seperated. Bathroom cannot be locked.
• Jessica (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, well-designed, and nicely maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was expecting a different apartment based on the pictures provided. To avoid confusion, the apartments should be clearly separated on the platform, ensuring clients know exactly what they are renting. The internet was not working
• Miriam (1/5): Very disappointing experience - Sadly nothing It's a ruin with a lot of Boho Style make up on to cover its flaws. We booked 8!! nights, ended up staying 3 nights, in fact we wanted to leave on the first day but tried to get some money back before leaving, this was not successful as the owner ignored every message. The apartment was extremely loud, not only from the street in front (which actually is more like a highway, big trucks and loots of cars all the time). But if you are able to fall asleep despite the loud noise of the street, you will for sure get woken up by the water pipes which go right through the apartment without any isolation. You can hear when other guests are showering or using the toilet, as if you are standing with them in the bathroom. After complaining about the noise of the street, the owner told us we could also sleep on the couch which is a bit further away from the window. WHO wants to pay for an apartment with a Bed to than end up sleeping on the couch??? Enough about the noise, there was little ants everywhere, on the couch, in the kitchen and not only little ants. (see the pictures). The bathroom of the "apartment" was built in under the bed, no window or ventilation which led to a very humid apartment every time after showering. Anyway, we left after the third night and found a very charming apartment to enjoy the rest of our surf holiday. Oh and also - the mattress was older than my grandma. After several messages to the owner about any options to get some money back, we have never gotten a single answer back. Seems like they are just focused on making money and not on having happy customers.
• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - it was away from the tourists and near from the beach- perfect to have some chill days :) there is also a small supermarket and restaurant nearby.
• Mareks (9/5): Good place for short over-night stay. - Layout of flat is good. It has everything that was necessary. The ocean side is quite wild, not suitable for swimming or sun-bathing, on other side of the road. Close to very busy road, even through night. The sliding doors for bedrooms and WC, easy to kick off the rails.

• John (1/5): Noisy location - Rooms are nice but noisy. Don't expect what you think from the pictures on Booking... The overwhelming sound of the road nearby. Constant noise even with all windows closed I complained about this but got no reply. While there is a cleaning fee, you are requested to place the trash out yourself, take of the sheets from the bed and place them in front of the washing machine. you are asked not to wear shoes in the apartment. The bathroom is smelly but compensated by artificial perfume diffuser The sea is at the other side of the hectic road. There is no beach
