• Lydia (10/5): Exceptional - Cumbersome to find the keys and impossible to find the apartment. The owner had to come and take us in person. Hard to find entrance. None of the neighbors (restaurant) knew of the place.

More importantly, we encountered an issue and Andrea and her husband couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic people. Highly recommend staying here. Nothing I can think of at all.

• Charles (10/5): A good visit - The location was very good being by the harbour. There were numerous coffee pods which was many more than experienced elsewhere. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The weather !! No wifi.

• Nigel (10/5): Ideal apartment for a short or longer stay in Luarca - Ideal for our stopover in Luarca, the apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and in a perfect location Didn’t have a view from the apartment but that is reflected in the price
• Graeme (7/5): Modern clean and good location - Modern clean and location Could do with better directions to guide you to the front door. Simple fix would be to take a picture of the front door. Currently using a Google maps locator which says it’s behind the Hotel Baltico, when in fact it’s a couple of doors along the street. Needs a welcome pack in the property with WiFi code. We had to text the host. Luarca was mostly closed in the early part of the week this time of year (May) so we didn’t eat out in the town. Suspect parking will be a fight in high season as was full when we visited.

• Alexey (10/5): Fancy apartment in one of the cutest village of North Spain - Fancy apartment in one of the cutest village of North Spain. Everything is new. It's huge too: I stayed there alone, but it's will well accommodate big family or group of friends. Host is super nice, responsive and supportive! Come to Luarca!
• Carl (5/5): Good location, but issues with keys, parking, cleanliness, wifi, and circuit breaker problems. - Found them OK, but in the rain it was a hassle to go somewhere besides the property to collect the keys. Keys were located about a block away. While not that big a deal in and of itself, combined with finding a parking spot it could have been another "hoop" to jump through. Suggest putting lock box at entrance of property.
• Rory (9/5): Great apartment in a lovejy fishing town. Highly recommended - Fantastic location, lot of space, very clean & very comfortable The only negative is no parking. Luarca isn’t the best town to find a spot (we had to park about 10 min walk away which wasn’t ideal with a lot of luggage) but apart from that, everything was great!
