• Daniela (3/5): Vermieterin war nach der ersten Nachfrage wegen des WLAN nicht mehr erreichbar obwohl sie sich daru. - Kein WLAN zur Verfügung obwohl das im Angebot war. TV ging nicht weil dieser über einen Router laufen musste. Der war nicht zu sehen.

Pierwszy raz trafiłam na taką sytuacją ,dość toksyczną,ludzi traktuje jak ścierwo, oszukuje że kontaktowała się z booking ,ponadto nie odbiera telefonów żebyś poczuł się winny , Potem chce Cię do pionu ustawić i nalega na pozostawienie 6 euro na stole...książkę pisać!wtedy ulegasz bo chcesz mieć święty spokój,finalnie powiedziałam że zapłacę.Zła aura przez cały dzień nie do wytrzymania.Zadzwoniłam do booking ponownie w sprawie wsparcia i powiedzieli żebym żadnych pieniędzy nie płaciła.Kolejnego dnia oddałam klucz i nie zapłaciłam.NIE DAJCIE SIĘ MANIPULOWAĆ OPRAWCY!🤗 A co do apartamentu: syf!stary wystrój!bez serca dla klienta.

Check out time was 10 AM which is unusual with other apartments ( off course they mentioned in site ) 2. I stayed with kids and unfortunately I forgotten baby food in fridge. I vacated the apartment around 10:45 AM due to kids but I got bad reaction from host After vacated the apartment I texted the host to collect baby food but he didn’t responded which I felt bad 3. No shower jell or shampoo

• Ioan (8/5): - Esta muy limpió, es grande tiene terraza y mucha luz .. la cocina tine casi todo lo básico, el baño es grande.. también tiene buena ubicación esta casi en el centro y es fácil aparcar en los alrededores Nos faltaron algunas toallas, eramos 4 y solo hubo 2 toallas grandes.. también vendría bien un microondas en la cocina para poder calentar la comida o la leche...

• Yiming (1/5): Aufpassen! Echte schlechte Service - Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme hat der Vermieterin seit Mitte Mai keine Rechnung für eine Geschäftsreise ausgestellt. Erstes Mal: ​​Keine E-Mail-Adresse. Zweites Mal: ​​Ihr Buchhalter konnte nur montags eine Rechnung ausstellen, aber 3x Montag sind vorbei. Drittes Mal: ​​Laut der Aussage von dem Vermieterin, sie hat keine Zahlung von Booking erhalten. Der Vermieterin hat uns vor dem Check-in 12 € Kurtaxe in bar berechnet. Ich habe noch nie Zahlungen außerhalb von Booking erlebt.

• Stefan (4/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell am Stadion und schnell in der Innenstadt. Es war leider nicht sauber. Haare auf dem Boden und im Bett. Die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht frisch. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig.

• Romy (5/5): Für die eine Nacht ok - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in circa 15Min ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Der Mann der den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war sehr freundlich. Gutes W-Lan, Senseomaschine vorhanden. Für eine Nacht war es als Zwischenstopp zum Schlafen ok, länger wollte ich nicht dort sein. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen war es eiskalt, Fenster im Bad war sogar auf Kipp, und das bei einer Außentemperatur von 2 Grad. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Küchenschränke an der Front sehr schmutzig. Die Schränke wo das Geschirr steht innen, sehr klebrig. Der Fußboden war auch nicht sauber. Die Mappe auf dem Tisch mit den Infos und dem W-Lan Passwort war sehr schmuddelig. Die Decken waren für den Winter viel zu dünn. Wir hatten Gott sei dank noch zwei Decken im Auto, die haben wir uns geholt. Die Toilettenspülung eine reine Katastrophe, man konnte froh sein wenn ein bisschen Wc-Papier beim 2.ten Spülen weg war. Null Druck auf der Spülung, und dann der Hinweis das man keinen Müll oder Binden usw. in die Toilette werfen soll (was für mich selbstverständlich ist) Falls es aber doch zu einer Verstopfung kommen sollte muss man die Reinigung bezahlen. Kam wohl schon öfter vor, wenn ich so was lese. Aber dann muss man vielleicht mal die Ursache beheben und schauen das die Spülung richtig funktioniert.

• Alexander (5/5): You travel for business, avoid this hotel, they are better in excuses then sending an invoice! - It's ok, nothing super special for that price. There is no breakfast, it's just a room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The balcony is nice though and the area was calm! On the entrance there is no sign about the "hotel", you need to call to get the key. I am still waiting for the invoice 2 weeks after the stay. It causes a troubles with my accounting department. I contacted the host several times - lastly today morning - to get the invoice, but till now, nothing. If you travel for business and have an accounting department that is active, avoid the host. EDIT: don't go there, you will not see an invoice but a lot of unkept promises! EDIT: after 3 weeks no invoice, no message, no reply, well, there is a reply on this review. The agreement was in the first week of the new month (which is already late but ok). The agreement was not kept by the host. I sent several messages withouth any reply. I informed the finance office of Sachsen today. EDIT: the host keeps refusing to hand out an invoice, booking states clearly the host must send an invoice. • Toby (8/5): Great location - Very good location, fairly well priced, it was comfortable and clean and the host even accommodated our late check in at nearly midnight
• Maciej (1/5): Please be careful with this guy. - Nothing, we haven’t got even chance to see property Nothing, the landlord canceled our reservation due to late check in ( just half an hour to late) even we were agreed eventually to pay extra fee (around 25% of total price) . We were late because of bad traffic conditions , it took as 2 hour more then normal. Honestly we were facing so bad communication with host first time I remember. So on the end we lost money and had to find another place to stay after 6,5 hour drive.

• Antony (8/5): Good location. - didn't hear about checkin process until journey was well under way. It would have been less stressful to have heard everything was ok the night before. The process was to call a number on arrival at the property. Then had to wait ~25mins. Also had to find cash to physically hand over city tax.
