• Ovidiu (8/5): Feedback to be taken into consideration - The location is good. The report quality versus price was good. The host was very nice, communicative, gentle and really willing to help for any request. The view from the terrace is stunning.. I had a nice view of an October sunset from the terrace. Check-in process was very easy, inside quite warm and silent. Place is quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was not very well cleaned. After 2 hours of staying and walking around from time to time, my white socks became black. In the bathroom, there was a strange smell, and you could see a lot of dust. Also the cutlery from the kitchen couldn't be used, as they had a very strange smell.

• Eduardo (10/5): - Apartamento diferenciado! Estrutura , classico, vista da cidade (está localizado na cobertura) Muito confortável. Está decorado exatamente como nas fotos do anúncio. Metrô (linhas M1 e M2) muito próximo (duas quadras) Tudo perfeito.
• RM (4/5): - Es war tatsächlich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Milano Centrale (zu Fuss innert ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar). - Wohnung ist alt und abgenutzt - Wohnung befindet sich in keiner schönen Gegend - Geschirr war nicht recht sauber, Geschirrspülmittel hatte es keines - Sauberkeit war generell eher mangelhaft - Ausstattung war dürftig (die Hälfte der Lampen hatte kein Leuchtmittel, Küche hatte nur sehr wenig Besteck und Geschirr, Feueranzünder für Gasherd waren leer) - Personal war eher unfreundlich und kurz angebunden (als ich ihn anrief, sagte er nur unfreundlich "write me on Whatsapp")

• Adam (7/5): Great location, but could be better for the money. - The location was great. Had a clothes washing machine. Great view over the city. Access is a bit tricky. Had to defrost/remove ice from freezer to use it. Pillows not very comfortable. Lighting in bedroom flickered and was horrible bright white. WiFi password could be more simple or easier to access (qr code would help).
• shabnam (4/5): Disappointing but damaged facilities could easily be improved. - It was near to Milan Centrale station. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, creaky and loud. The main bedroom bed base was broken and I hurt my foot against it. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work so we had to rely on a lamp for light. The bathroom is tired and the toiletries was an all in one gel for everything.

• Peter (2/5): - Die Leute waren sofort erreichbar. Und haben doch versucht ihr bestes zu geben. Im Schlafzimmer hat es von der Decke getropft, als es geregnet hat. Der Schrank war nicht richtig zu benutzen. Im Bad war wohl mal ein Wasserschaden. W-Lan hatten wir leider keines, aber es war im Preis mit drin. Küchenuntensilien zum teil noch Schmutzig. Im Kühlschrank war noch Ware vom Vorgänger. Die Lage der Wohnung Super ruhig und schlafen kann man gut, sofern das Bett gemacht wird. Der untere Fussteil hat sich gelöst. Die vermieter Super nett, haben uns auch ein typisch Italienisches Frühstück Oraganisiert mit Kaffeekapseln und da mein Mann Geburtstag hatte, sogar mit Champagner und Rosen. Hierfür noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön. Super Service!

• David (1/5): Jede Sekunde die wir nicht im Apartment waren, war Himmel auf Erde. - Gar nichts. Absoulte Katastrophe. Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Bettlaken nicht getauscht und das Bettsofa nicht vorbereitet. Küche fettig und schmutzig. Alles verstaubt. Gasherd war leer. Dusche verkalkt und eklig, mussten sie selber putzen.

• Jan (8/5): Comfortable,cosy and good location - The apartment was "cosy" and comfortable and we did enjoy staying there after we found the instructions and keys. We did appreciate the location and ease of finding amenities in the area. We did not appreciate not having the information to gain access to the property until after we had stood in front of the door for quite some time.... whilst the owner was busily typing out instructions in front of us and not enquiring if we were the people coming to his property until after we found the lock box. Two real estate agents with another property were more helpful than the owner.

• Larisa (2/5): Avoid like a plague - Location of the property is convenient, 10 min walk to the Loretta metro station My only advice is to avoid this property. It’s nothing like the pictures on the site. We arrived in the evening, went for a dinner straight away as there aren’t any drinks available in the flat. -Advertised coffee machine is Vertuo which needs special capsules to be purchased at Nespresso shop, 1.7km away. -We couldn’t open the freezer door, it was stuck with icing. -We found out in the morning there was no hot water. Notified the owner. Been advised to reset the system. Which didn’t work. In the meantime 2 days passed. -Description and photographs are very misleading. -No proper bed linen, no duvet cover on duvet. -broken toilet handle -crooked nightstand, with a lamp constantly falling of it -no sufficient crockery for 3 people We notified booking.com and were advised to try to resolve it with the owner. This was a work trip, we ended up going to a local hairdresser on the 2nd morning to wash our hair. We had full day of meetings ahead. This is my first time to have such a negative experience. I stayed in many airbnbs in the same area and while better equipped many were a lot cheaper then this property. We contacted the property to refund us partially for the absence of the hot water. But unfortunately our complaint wasn’t honoured.
• Tomislav (2/5): If I haven't arrived at 2 am I would leave immediately and look for another apartment - Sheets were dirty, like they weren't changed after the last guest. As well as pillows and blankets. Bathroom was dirty, shower and toilet were broken. The kitchen was dirty, plates and glasses weren't cleaned after the last guests. The heating system is on the balcony and turns on and off every few minutes while making a terrible noise. In 20 years using Booking and 40+ trips this was one of the worst experiences. You expect that the accommodation will be a bit worse than in the photos, but this was really bad. The communication with the host was fine, he seemed honest but it can't fix the overall bad feeling and disappointment with total lack of cleanliness.

• Andrew (4/5): Good location, disappointing experience - Location close to the Central Station, easy to get everywhere. If you need it, there is a large parking garage next door. Clear check in instructions. Nice view from the window, can even see the mountains. Quite noisy even in the night (well, it's near the Central Station, could expect that). Wi-fi works a few minutes after restarting the router, then the internet disappears, need to trigger it again. Broken WC flusher, need to pull the trigger through the hole in the wall. Stuck sink drain, water exits very very slowly. No coffee capsules or moka pots or any coffee at all — especially frustrating when you arrive late in the night, so your morning starts with a run out to the store. No dishwasher capsules. This is not the kind of experience I expect at €230 per night, not even in the center of Milan.

• Benjamin (1/5): A lot of promise but seriously failed to deliver. - Air conditioning was good There was no cot provided even though we requested one when making the booking. We were not informed that the cot would not be provided until 10 minutes before checking in (10pm) which left us with no time to rectify the situation. I was required to start a WhatsApp conversation with someone to complete the booking which felt very dodgy. It is a longer walk from the station than was suggested by the host. The check in process is unusual to say the least and my wife felt very uncomfortable in the area that the room Is located. The lift is very small so took several journeys up and down, and there is a large flight of stairs at the end as suggested by the host. There was no obvious bin for general waste, only recycling bins. There is a lack of glasses and other kitchen items.

• Lee (7/5): Reasonable apartment suited for short stay. - Check-in was easy enough, keys tied to a post in a lockbox across the street. Instructions sent by Whatsapp to find the apartment are clear. The apartment itself is okay for two people and it is furnished to an acceptable level. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed. The apartment is not great, merely average and a little small. The balcony is a plesant surprise with uninterrupted views of Milan. Unlike previous reviews there was no bad smell in the bathroom. Communication was lacking when we could not find the remote control for the TV. We were abruptly told it is near the TV, this after we had extensively searched the living area, kitchen and bedroom.
• Adriana (3/5): The location was great, but the service was terrible. - The apartment is centrally located, and the underground station is only a 2-minute walk away. We were a group of 5 people and unfortunately, the sofa bed was not prepared. There was only a bed sheet on the mattress of the sofa, which we had to open ourselves. Both the duvet and the pillows did not have covers. We asked for a late check-out (by 1 hour) and were told that it was possible for 15 euros, but they only accept cash or PayPal. The apartment is on the 8th floor, with the elevator only going up to the 7th floor, so we had to take the stairs for the rest of the way. The staff was not helpful at all. When I pointed out that the sofa was not prepared, I was told to do it myself and look for the duvet and pillows in the closet. It would be helpful if the staff were friendlier and more supportive.

• Lorena (7/5): Good location, cute apartment but noisy - The apartment was relatively large and well equipped. A large balcony, a cute kitchen and a relatively small bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The view was very very nice. It was near the train station and the subway. We were at the dom in just 15 minutes by subway. The location was perfect for us. Unfortunately, there were a few unpleasant moments. For example: no more hot water in the evening, from time to time you could smell the sewer in the bathroom. Then unfortunately you could always hear the elevator because the engine was on the same floor. It was also very noisy by night. You could often hear the trains from the station (3 streets away) and even the dogs barking outside at midnight. But we never heard the neighbors, which was nice. Finally, there were only shutters that you couldn't close with one door and there was a slit at the top, which always woke you up in the morning because of the light.
• Ikraam (5/5): Disappointing - The apartment was clean The apartment was tiny and is not suitable for more than 2 people to live in. We were a family of 4 and it was cramped. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, needs to be replaced. The shower did not function well. The elevator is located just beside the room and is very noisy particularly at night when you are trying to sleep. I would not stay here again.
• Ravi (5/5): Good - It was good and very close to Train station There was not curtains in the flat , I was surprised even I can see curtain rails but owner said they don’t have Curtain and have only wooden flaps and that’s also not adjustable, light was coming all night from outside and morning was early as light entered!! Rest was fine ..I think I forgot my glasses in flat and informed owner and he promised he will come back to me but never came back ..

• Z (3/5): Dirty sheets and towels - The location was good. Some of the towels and sheets weren't washed and cleaned. They smelled sweat. The floor wasn't clean either. We had to hoover it ourselves. There weren't shampoo and body wash in bathroom.
• Nathan (7/5): Was ok. - Views. Amazing when it’s clear!! Location to train station. Park across the road for young kids. Area was fairly scummy part of Milan. Didn’t feel super safe early morning or night. No real decent restaurants or cafés within walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a smell that resonates from the bathroom that you just can’t get past.

• Natasha (8/5): Convenient for Milan Central train station - Arrived very late at midnight having booked it only a few hours before. Self check-in is good with comprehensive WhatsApp instructions. For one night was easy and convenient with just a 7 min walk to Milan Central train station so great if catching early train. Was on top /8th floor with tiny lift upto 7th floor and stairs to final floor, worth noting if you have lots of suitcases. The sofa bed wasn’t made up but we did book very late in the day.

• Seth (2/5): It’s not worth the money. - It was on the top floor and had a good view. The property was more raggedy than advertised. The kitchen and bathroom sinks kept wouldn’t drain. The oven wouldn’t turn off. There were bugs on the balcony. It appeared the apartment needed some TLC because it wasn’t properly maintained. The neighborhood itself was not great and didn’t feel particularly safe.

Alex, the host, was very responsive via WhatsApp. We changed our plans the day before, so we were lucky that the apartment was available. Alex, the host should provide a binder with local information: cafes, metro stations, groceries, etc.
