• Ron (3/5): Bad choice on my part. - Proximity to Naples International airport and car rental drop-off (walkable within 20 min) No breakfast even though it was called a B&B and no restaurants within the area for supper. Very poor signage to locate the facility which was up a staircase (no elevator) with a loose railing, hidden behind large courtyard doors.. nowhere to stop the car to drop luggage off (I was chased away by the local florist operator who later used the outdoor area behind the courtyard doors to store his plants overnight). Very noisy area with significant traffic noise outside and a child running back and forth while blowing a whistle in the space above us (I wonder if this was intentional to discourage the use of the second floor as a hotel). Booking.com obviously did not vet this “hotel” and I will never use their app/website again.

• Kellners unterwegs (8/5): Für die Nacht vollkommen okay. - Frühstück hatten wir nicht, da unser Flug schon 6.00 Uhr morgens ging. Im Vorraum kann man sich mit Kapseln einen Kaffee machen. Dafür ist die Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens und man kann dorthin laufen, auch mit Koffer/Gepäck. Kommunikation per Handy hat funktioniert. Netter Balkon, aber direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung, waren nur eine Nacht dort. Umgebung? - sind abends ein Stück zu einem Restaurant gelaufen. Mehr haben wir leider nicht gesehen. War schwer zu finden, da Name weiter oben an einer Hauswand zwischen Blumenladen und anderen Laden stand. Trotz das es als B&B angeben war, ist niemand vor Ort. Nach Suche im ersten Stock gefunden. Tür war offen. Kommunikation per Handy hat aber funktioniert.

Eu cheguei cedo e pelo menos deixaram eu guardar as minhas malas, ja que o quarto nao estava disponivel. O tamanho era bem maior do que eu imaginava e era confortavel. Entrega exatamente o que esta nas fotos. Me disponibilizaram um servico de transfer ao aeroporto, pois meu voo era de madrugada. Valor de 20 euros. O ralo do banheiro esta entupido, o que torna isso um fator negativo do banheiro.

La chambre est très grande et une grande salle de bain très agréable est à disposition. Très bien !! Cependant, le logement se situe légèrement loin du centre ville de Naples.

• Zoe (6/5): Good for a short stop close to the airport to catch our flight early the next morning - Very close to the airport which was what we needed. It’s quite a distance from the centre but we managed to catch the bus without too much difficulty so we could explore Naples. Although the staff were helpful and responsive on text messages we had no interaction with them in person so when little things were needed we just went without or had to find them ourselves. No information in the room about what was available locally for food/ drinks, no cups etc.

• Grazia (1/5): Da evitare. - Camera carina, insonorizzazione completamente assente per cui bambini urlanti al piano di sopra e mobili spostati all’una di notte come se non ci fosse un domani e posizione pessima (in linea d’aria 800 metri dall’aeroporto ma la strada su cui si trova il posto è molto trafficata e pericolosa da fare a piedi). Pessima esperienza con lo staff che mi rinfaccia di aver scritto al numero su Booking invece di quello che mi aveva contattato la mattina su whatsapp. Io che viaggiavo da quella mattina alle sei e dovevo sentirmi responsabile di cose di cui non sono tenuta ad essere a conoscenza in quanto cliente (e per una sola notte). Un proprietario fantasma, non so neanche se uomo o donna… qui non c’entra nulla la struttura in sé, sono proprio le basi del rapporto col cliente che mancano o peggio (però poi a spillarti 34€ per un viaggio in macchina di 5 minuti sono bravissimi). Esperienza terrificante. E nei posti in cui non mi trovo bene non lascio mai recensioni negative, ma quello che mi è successo non ha nulla a che fare con la struttura, che comunque è terribile se hai bisogno di dormire per qualche ora causa insonorizzazione assente. • Deborah (4/5): Avoid for Early Check Out - The room itself was very nice. Large with excellent bathroom. A 20 minute walk for me with luggage to airport. We walked the route early in the evening so we would be familiar with it at 3:00a. Very doable. At first, we thought it was going to be a wonderful choice, even if we had to forego the breakfast because of early checkout. The WORST part was the noise from the residence upstairs. We had requested a "quiet" room because of 3:30a check-in at airport. Unfortunately, it was LOUD and NOISY from the neighbors above, and continued 2 hours after we repeatedly asked for assistance so we could get to sleep early (9:00p). You could hear the children playing and crying. Furniture moving. Something with wheels loudly moving on floor above our bed. My husband actually went up to politely talk to them, and they were completely indifferent because they live there. The host said she would contact them, but literally, it was 2 hours after our initial request that the noise stopped. The noise from the very busy street was minimal. It was NOT a good experience when you know you will be up at 3a. I do not recommend this location if you have an early checkout, need sleep, and have to leave early for an early flight. The rooms are in a central hall with other rooms and only have lightweight sliding doors. They lock, but are not very solid.

The area that it is in looks very run down and very untidy ... Lots of dog faeces on pavements and beer bottles and cans littering everywhere (as if it's a place for drunks etc)

En revanche, j’ai contacté l’hôte suite à cela et elle a été très réactive, en plus de sa gentillesse!!

• SANDRA (10/5): Bel B&B bien situé - Très bel accueil par les hôtes, j'ai passé une nuit avant de rejoindre l'aéroport. Il est bien situé seulement à 1km à pied de l'aéroport. Station de bus à proximité, appréciable pour se rendre dans le centre de Naples. La chambre était propre et très confortable. Je recommande ce B&B, un bon rapport qualité prix pour ses services.

This is best for a short stay near the airport. The shared kitchen was small and only has a few things but is fine for a short stay. • Klaudia (3/5): - We chose a property near the airport so we could sleep in after a late arrival and leave early in the morning. For me it was obvious that a property in such a location should be convenient and flexible, as guests arrive at different times and have no influence on delays. It came out that I was wrong. From the very beginning, the host's demanding approach was evident in the messages, including messages about a €15 surcharge for checking in after 11 PM. I don't need to see any staff or be greeted in person. We live in the 21st century, and providing guests with check-in instructions and leaving the key in a coded box is standard practice, and you don't have to ask for it. I asked twice and of course, isn't possible here, and it's obvious why: money. Someone waits for you after 11 PM just so you can pay them €15. I don't want to pay as I know how to collect the keys and check in myself, nor do I feel comfortable having someone wait for me because my flight is delayed and I'm practically running from the airport. I don't recommend it to anyone. The room has thin sliding doors; you can hear everything in the hallway, we could hear a baby crying in the next room.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, recomendado en caso de tener un vuelo muy temprano El aislamiento acústico no es bueno, se oye muchísimo a los vecinos. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. I was traveling with my dog, and it was a a pet-friendly place that was also affordable. I didn’t really use the shared spaces (kitchen) , but they looked nice. The location is within walking distance from the airport (around 15 minutes), but if you're carrying heavy luggage or many bags, it’s definitely easier to take a taxi. The walk isn’t the nicest due to traffic, and the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit rough. Unfortunately, there aren’t many restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so finding food later at night was a bit difficult. Also, no breakfast is provided, just coffee and tea.

De omgeving is absoluut verschrikkelijk! Af te raden voor vrouwen (alleen of met meer). Meerdere keren nagefloten op straat en ´s avonds niet meer buiten gekomen. Contact met eigenaar verloopt via Whatsapp, niet echt handig! Vrouw die dan kamer komt opendoen spreekt enkele Italiaans (geen Engels).

• Diego Raul (8/5): En general fue buena porque lo hemos escogido por la proximodad al aeropuerto............ - El lugar es super sencillo , engaña un poco el ingreso porque parece la entrada de un garage , no tiene para nada pinta de hotel, las fotos de booking un poco "engañan", para nosotros fue buena ubicacion por la proximidad al aeropuerto que podes ir tranquilamente caminando estas a unos 900 metros de la Terminal 1 , si tenes vuelo temprano es una buena alternativa , no mas de una noche. No sabia que no habia personal permanente, llegue unos minutos antes de la hora que habia anticipado y tuvimos que esperar unos 15 / 20 minutos que llegara una persona , muy amable ella, pero se trata mas de habitaciones con desayuno que de un hotel

• Claudia N. (8/5): Für einen Stoppover geeignete Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und der Mitarbeiter, der uns begrüßt hat war sehr freundlich und hat sich gleich um das Taxi, was wir am nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen nehmen wollten, gekümmert. Außerdem hat er uns einen guten Tipp für ein Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels gegeben, denn Sonntags haben viele Restaurants in der Umgebung geschlossen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße und man hat den Straßenlärm durch die geschlossenen Fenster gehört. Das Zimmer war auch sehr hellhörig und man hat die anderen Gäste, die an- und abreisten gehört. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht besonders schön, aber da wir nur eine Nacht dort verweilten, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört.
