Lo necesario Es un local hecho vivienda, todas las ventanas dan a la calle , siempre tienes un ruido tremendo, por la noche hasta altas horas. El aislamiento de lan”vivienda” es terrible, escuchas ruidos de los vecinos como si estuvieran en tu habitación con lo que sumado a lo anterior hace que no puedas pegar ojo, oyes a los que entran, a los que salen, a los que llegaba a las 6am, al niño que se despierta a las 7:30am y así todo. Reforma aparente pero de baja calidad. El trato de la gestora de pisos es muy cordial de primeras pero si hay algún problema solo te tratan como un número y solo les importa su contabilidad. Murió un familiar y solicitamos un reembolso parcial porque nos tuvimos que ir, nos dijeron que no había problema y salimos antes de la hora y avisamos, nos dijeron entonces que lo gestionáramos con booking para no descuadrar sus cuentas… booking dijo que no había ningún problema si el propietario aceptaba, pero luego no acepto y no nos devolvieron nada… nos sentimos estafados y muy decepcionados.
