Guest Reviews
- Emanuele (8/5): Very good - Giuliano is a great host
- Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maura (10/5): Wonderful place and location - Great location. The host was very responsive. Would have been helpful to know about the restaurant noise outside the Bedroom window. Even closed, it was loud. Next time will bring earplugs.
- Vladyslav (9/5): Superb -
- Zhou (9/5): Great place to stay in Roma. - Wonderful place near the center of Roma. Nice and welcoming host with great communication. Clean and easy access. Definitely will be my first option back here. Little bit too much perfume smell in the room. Not bad just a little bit too strong smell.
- Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - We spent remarkable time, 7 days. Location was perfect. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We asked to change towels and it was done the same day. The owners are very friendly! They are in touch all the time. They recommended us great restaurant. We are very thankful to them as we were really guests!
- Eno (8/5): Overall a very good stay ... - The flat is right where we wanted - in via del Corso. Nice set up in an old building. Hosts very nice. Picked us up and drove us to the airport with a similar price to taxis. The shower is placed in an oddly elevated side of the bathroom with no proper isolation. Water comes out all over. This is a strucutural problem athat other reviewers have pointed out. Not a big deal but when we had to use some of the towels to drain the water and asked for new ones - hosts said they could not deliver as their help was far away. A bit of responsiveness for an issue they new it existed before us would have been nice. Another aspect worth mentioning is the fact that the building has a restaurant outside and during weekends it gets noisy until around midnight. More of a problem though is the fact that garbage collectors come at around 2am and the noise they make will defintely disturb your sleep. Unless you are on the other side of the building. Worth checking before hand.
- Vidal (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great location, very clean and very well equipped. The host was super nice and responsive and even offered a shuttle to the airport at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Nothing accout
- Gretel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaymie (8/5): Good spot in Rome - Great location
Let us check in early
Comfy bed
Spacious
Well decorated Bit noisy from street at night from bedroom window- fixable maybe with better sound proofing?
- Chantelle (9/5): Superb - Location perfect The only thing it’s very noisy in the evening as there is a close restaurant to the apartment
- Raegan (10/5): We loved our stay in Rome! The owners provided a shuttle service as well from the airport which worked out perfect. They - Great, family-owned, centrally located property
- Susan (9/5): Very helpful hosts, great bed and shower, excellent location for seeing the Centro Historico of Rome - Very easy as the hosts picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable fee--less than a taxi would have been. That made the drop off of luggage really easy which was great as we were tired and appreciated not having to wait until the full check in was available after our early arrival from an overnight flight. The street is a bit noisy--but it is Rome so that is not a serious complaint! Otherwise it was excellent.
- Nikki (9/5): Great location, co - The location was perfect with good access to all touristic sites, shops and restaurants Minor thing … no tea towel or big wine glasses otherwise it was perfect
- Grzegorz (9/5): very good stay! - Central location, very convenient, we walked everywhere. Perfect for both sightseeing and shopping. Although one of the busiest streets in the city is round the corner, the place is quiet. The flat is fully equipped, spacious, very comfortable. And the bathroom is big! All in all, we had a wonderful stay! The window in the bedroom needs changing. We could hear all the noise at night (and there was not much). And they collected rubbish at 2 or 3 every night, which we wouldn’t have known, had it not been for the window.
- Erika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elisa (10/5): Fabulous stay in Rome - The apartment was in an excellent location in Rome. The apartment was modern, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was super comfortable and the shower and bathroom was large. The internet was good too. The little kitchen was perfect as we could make fresh coffee each day, and also store items in the mini fridge. Having a washing machine in the apartment was super helpful as we washed all our clothes before we left. The host, Ivan is a fantastically nice person. His local tips on where to eat were appreciated, and he was always super responsive before and during our stay. We engaged Ivan for the airport pickup and return, which gave us peace of mind and was cheaper than a cab or other car services. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a little luxury and prefers not to stay at a hotel. Nothing as it was perfect!
- Flavio (9/5): Via del Corso apartment - GREAT !!! - The location of the apartment is incredible. It is in a quiet alley between Via del Corso and Via del Baduino, just a few blocks from Plaza del Popolo. You can go anywhere on foot at any time.
The apartment is well-equipped, and the hosts are attentive and helpful. You can arrange the transfer from the airport to the apartment and back with them. The train station is far away, and you must take the subway and walk a few blocks to reach the apartment if you want to save on that.
You can find places to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner until late within a few blocks. Around the corner, some supermarkets are open late.
The apartment is spotless, and the towels and sheets are good quality.
We will indeed consider it on any future trips we make to Rome. The building is tranquil, although the alley gets noisy some nights. If you live in a city, you may not even notice it.
- Evelyn (9/5): Stellar stay! Would recommend this apartment and host. - Host did everything, and more for us. Picked-up the key, handed it to us. Pick Up from the airport (very reasonable rate) in a Luxury car which afforded comfort transfer from the airport to the accommodation. Assisted with the luggage (in/out of the car and all the way into the room). Recommended a nice restaurant for dinner. The entire apartment was extremely clean; very impressive!. Fantastic location; next door to Spanish steps, two Metro subway stations, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese and one of the major shopping streets in Rome. Host very helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. Host easily contactable. Lobby was dull. However, this was easily overshadowed by the lovely apartment. We suggest placing a List of Recommendations for nearby Bar/Pizzeria/Osteria/Tavola Calda for guests.
- Ziyi (10/5): Exceptional - cooking stuff and location
- Onute (9/5): I would definitely stay again if internet is improved - The location was perfect. Internet was very poor
- Anonymous (9/5): The perfect place to stay in Rome! - This location was PERFECT for our first visit to Rome! The apartment is clean and comfortable (the air conditioning in particular was a nice perk), the kitchen had all we needed for coffee and breakfast before we went out exploring. The sweet hosts left us some treats to enjoy, too! Honestly, it was a fantastic place to stay! Admittedly the shower is a bit small but it makes up for its size with amazing water pressure. My only other recommendation for the hosts might be to make checkout instructions a little clearer, perhaps to provide them in a little print-out along with WiFi information, host contact info, and recommendations for nearby restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. But we did totally fine without all of that, as the hosts were readily available via WhatsApp!
- Mohamed (9/5): The stay was excellent the apartment is completely new and location amazing - Perfect location for visiting Rome , close to all attractions, newly refurbished apartment so all equipments are new as well as the air conditioning. Main concerns on the apartment as follows:
The shower is toooo small u barely can stand and drainage of the shower was not working well
The television is too small and is not smart , hence no u tube, Netflix , phone mirroring etc.
No electrical water boiler available in the kitchen so in case u need to drink tea or coffee u have to boil water in a casserole, there is no Nespresso machine as well,
