• Frances (8/5): Restful spot, quiet et comfortable. - Our cabin was clean, warm, comfortable et well equipped. For travellers passing through, the lack of wifi was unexpected. Easy access to info on the weather, places to eat and see etc is enhanced by wifi. It’s part of everyday living now, and is most valuable for travellers.

Being able to park right along side the cabin was real asset for an older couple like us. We booked in only a day before, and were surprised just how comfortable it was. Nothing really.

• Linda (2/5): Nice town but our accommodation put a damper on our stay - The caravan sites looked good and the parks gardens looked well maintained. As for the campground facilities I couldn’t say. We got a cabin that in all honesty should be out of commission. There was rot and mould all around the bathroom and walls, roof and floors of the rest. I was honestly shocked that it was being used. Caravan maybe but cabins rethink your options.

Floor waste an open hole to outside & cold air came up thru it. Toilet cistern did not always turn off after toilet flush. Refrigerator had not been defrosted. Cooking utensils minimal. Laundry use expensive.

• Jake (5/5): We only stayed to be with our friends, but would not return if it were only us. - Staff contact , though minimal , was happy and helpful . Park was clean and had facilities as expected. Park was quiet . Road entry to park was poor, rough , many potholes. Cabin was old and showed it. Outside walls had green mould growing on it. Overall feel of cabin was that it had passed its useby date years ago. Beds were very uncomfortable , we tried both and were very disappointed , waking sore and tired from tossing and turning all night. Ensuite door would not stay closed. toilet cistern was broken but worked though very noisily . There were loose tiles on the floor. Old does not mean dilapidated but this cabin is in need of a complete overhaul.

• M I F (9/5): "It was perfect..." - I liked the golf area which is pretty good for my kids, but i would prefer if you guys probably make it a cricket net The bugs that were tryna fly onto our food and the bathroom door which i prefer should've had a locks and other than that it was perfect.

• van den Berg (8/5): - Linen was clean, bed was a good size, and it provided a good base for the area. The size of the rooms and facilities were as described and quite sufficient for a short stay. We wiped the floor in the bathroom, and found it quite dirty. A bigger saucepan would have been useful for cooking pasta or rice.

• Teh (6/5): Peaceful and tranquil for a long or short stay. Cabins are Ideal for family or for workmates. - Quiet and lots of privacy. Except for the below incident. Bright, Warm and cozy. Parking is convenient Stove, oven kettle and microwave is well maintained. No housekeeping or replenishment of toiletries were offered during the duration of stay. Cookery and cutlery and knives are not complete and not available for cooking. The caravan turns up in the middle of the night and makes lots of noise during setting up.

• M (1/5): Uncomfortable - Cabin 5 - the beds were noticeably uncomfortable before we even slept in them, so much so that we asked to be located into another cabin. But as no others were available we had to stay our one night in Cabin 5. Management were aware of the condition of the mattresses, as we were told that the mattresses were going to be replaced, but that didn't help us on our one night stay. Cabin was very dark and dingy with not enough lights to read by. Curtains dividing the bedrooms and on the door were hanging far too long, doubling up and hanging dangerously onto the floor and creating a trip hazzard if you weren't careful. Sliding door into the bathroom & toilet had a broken track at the bottom and could not be closed properly. Considering the state of repair of this cabin, we were still charged $160 pn for 3 people. On the whole, not impressed...
