Bitte aber einen Finslcheck durchführen um die Standards einzuhalten. - Reibungslose Buchung, Check in, Check out und perfekte Lage Der Geruchsverschluss in der Dusche war nicht dicht. Es roch permanent nach Abwasser. Die Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht und ein Flaschenöffner war nicht vorhanden.

One small thing would have made it better - if the matrasses on bed were separate. It would have been more comfortable and also give possibility to separate the twin bed into two single ones.
• Anna (8/5): great for a weekend stay - mediocre if staying longer - location is superb, few minutes walk to the central tram hub. it is quiet though. stylish new building. nice view to the inner garden. apartment is quite large. - nothing to put your backpack or keys next to entrance door. a small table would do. pretty inconvinient. - no place to keep smaller stuff, like watches, sunglass. overall the apartment is not organized that well. - extra pillows and blanket occupied almost all the space in the wardrobe. - payed extra to have a room with balcony. end up not using it since chairs were old and tired, and balcony could be cleaner. - i stayed for a week, but supplies were insufficient. only one tablet for a dishwasher, no sponges to wash dishes by hand. no trash bags. bought sponges and bags myself. also, for longer stays it would be nice to have some cleaning liquids (stopped myself from buying anticalc) - dishes and bowls are all too large (it it personal preference though, cannot insist on it to be a general rule. but a bit of variety would be appreciated).
• Laiken (6/5): Convenient location, clean and comfy but amenities were lacking - Property was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and facilities were decent. Check-in process was quick and easy to follow. There was no room service during our stay, which meant we only had one set of towels for the entire visit. The towels were also quite small, thin, and frayed at the edges. We were disappointed that the coffee and tea were not replenished either. Although the location was very convenient, the area was quite noisy due to the nearby tram line and people in the evening, making it difficult to keep the windows open. We also found that parts of the floor, especially in the kitchen area, felt sticky and could have been cleaner. Check-out process was not as clear as check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but fresh towels during the visit and a bit more attention to cleanliness and amenities would have made the experience much better.

• Romina (3/5): Enttäuschend! - Der Zimmerwechsel von Nr. 545 zu Nr. 523 am zweiten Tag hat letztlich funktioniert und das neue Zimmer war besser als das erste. Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt praktisch. Mehr Positives kann ich angesichts des gesamten Ablaufs leider kaum hervorheben. Das war mein erster und definitiv letzter Aufenthalt in einem Limehome. Ich bin grundsätzlich ein genügsamer Gast, aber dieser Aufenthalt war aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Bereits vor dem Aufenthalt kam es zu einem Downgrade von einer XL Suite auf eine L Suite. Hierfür wurde mir erst nach mehrmailgen kontaktieren des Kundenservice ein Nachlass von gerade mal 20€ die Nacht (insgesamt 3 Nächte) angeboten. Nach Ankunft im ersten Zimmer Nr. 545 kamen weitere Mängel hinzu: großflächige Feuchtigkeitsflecken an der Wand, muffiger Schimmelgeruch, eine Balkontür, die sich nicht öffnen ließ, ein dadurch nicht nutzbarer Balkon bzw. eine eingeschränkte Lüftungsmöglichkeit sowie beschädigte und ausgefranste Handtücher. Eine extrem laute Lüftung im Badezimmer hinzukommend. Auch die allgemeine Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren enttäuschend. Die Ausstattung wirkte spartanisch: wenig und eher minderwertiges Besteck, kein Schneidebrettchen, kaum Ablagefläche im Bad, abgewetzte Handtücher, sichtbarer Staub und Wollmäuse. Insgesamt wirkte die Reinigung oberflächlich und nicht wie eine sorgfältige Qualitätskontrolle vor Übergabe an Gäste. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Wir mussten direkt nach Anreise Fotos und Videos der kaputten Balkontüre schicken und über Stunden (ingesamt 5 Stunden!) Nachrichten Ping-Pong spielen. Die Antworten waren unverbindlich, insbesondere zu Zimmerwechsel, Uhrzeit und Kompensation. Erst nachdem ich angekündigt hatte, den Vorfall vorsorglich auch über Booking.com zu dokumentieren, kam Bewegung in die Sache und wir haben einen Zimmerwechsel zu Nr. 523 bekommen. Auch hier spartanische Ausstattung und mäßig gereinigt. Besonders negativ war der Ablauf rund um den Zimmerwechsel. Uns konnte lange keine feste Zeit genannt werden, gleichzeitig sollte das mangelhafte alte Zimmer offenbar zeitnah für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet werden.
• Krzysztof (10/5): - Przepiękny nowoczesny apartament, w którym znajdowało się wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Plusem parking podziemny (dodatkowo płatny) z wyznaczonym miejscem. Jedyny minus to nierówny komfort spania przy 3 osobach. Rozkładana sofa w wygodzie odbiegała od łóżka. Mimo wszystko bez wahania chętnie skorzystamy ponownie.

• Subrizki (4/5): - Zentrale Lage. Mitten in der Stadt und direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit den Personal (online) war sehr enttäuschend. Das Schlafsofa (versprochene dritte Schlafmöglichkeit) war eine reine Katastrophe. Nach vielen Versuchen (schriftlich und telefonisch) das Problem zu klären, kam nichts bei rum. Erst wurde ein Topper versprochen, der nicht kam. Alle anderen Möglichkeiten, wie ein anderes Zimmer zu kriegen, wurden abgelehnt. Am liebsten wäre ich in ein anderes Hotel gegangen und die Rechnung an limehome geschickt. Weiterhin gab es beim TV nur ein paar Sender (meist Kinderprogramm) die funktioniert haben. Trotz super Lage würde ich es nicht weiter empfehlen!
• Susanne (10/5): Top Lage - Ein großes, modernes 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit sehr großem Balkon. Wir fanden die Lage perfekt, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Dresdner Zwinger, der Semper Oper usw. entfernt. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Einkaufscenter, Restaurants...alles in direkter Umgebung.

The WiFi was having issues. Limehome tried there best to get it going. eventually refunded 10 Euro for not having it working.

• Thorsten (8/5): Sehr zentrale Lage - Top-Lage da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Top-Spots von Dresden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Trambahn Knotenpunkte sind vor der Haustür. Es gab eine sehr große Dachterrasse. Wir würden wieder buchen. Das WiFi ging nicht und musste mehrfach zurück gesetzt werden. Beim TV war alles verstellt, sodass er während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nutzbar war. Der Lüfter im Bad hat sich nicht mehr ausgeschaltet.

• Rolf (7/5): Zufrieden - Die Lage, Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im Haus, das finden des Apartments war etwas aufwendig.
• Marlies (8/5): Jederzeit wieder - Ich bin zum wiederholten Male hier abgestiegen, da ich zu Fuss in die Semperoper gehen kann ( auch ins Schauspielhaus und zum Hbf). Auffällig sofort wieder die Sauberkeit im Appartement; Check-in und Check- out haben tadellos geklappt. Danke dafür. Mein Appartement befand sich in der Wallstrasse 14, in der Nr 8 oder 6 befindet sich ein Supermarkt. So kann man sich etwas zu essen in der Küchenzeile zubereiten. Gut der Balkon. Er ist beidseitig sichtgeschützt und ein Netz zur Strassenseite hin verhindert, daß sich dort Vögel einnisten. Sehr gut gemacht. Ich möchte etwas vorschlagen: ein Techniker müsste unbedingt den TV einstellen. Die Anzeige der 7 oder 8 öffentlichen Sender war mühsam, angeblich fehlt irgendein Chip ( wurde angezeigt, habe es mir leider nicht aufgeschrieben ). Auf der Fernbedienung ist Netflix angezeigt und anderes, was aber nicht funktioniert hat, evtl wegen des fehlenden Chips. Das kann ich nicht beurteilen Zum Balkon führen zwei Türen, ich habe nur die rechte benutzt, die linke ist irgendwie kaputt. Habe sie sicherheitshalber besser nicht benutzt.
• Michelle (7/5): Die Lage war gut Preis Leistung könnte besser sein. - Es war in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Aufteilung des Raumes war gut. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Im Bad könnte man mehr Ablagefläche brauchen. Ebenfalls waren die Fugen sehr dreckig und die Wände sehr abgenutzt. Das wlan hat den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht am Fernseher funktioniert und es konnte daher nur ZDF geschaut werden.

• Polina (10/5): - Апартамента е страхотен! Локацията е много добра, отпред има спирка на трамвай, а забележителностите са на пеш разтрояние. Има хранителен магазин в самият блок, който е много добре зареден и има всичко. Срещу апартамента има търговски център. Имахме проблем с отоплението и веднага дойдоха хора, които го оправиха, за което сме благодарни за бързата реакция. Има много голяма тераса, която считам за предимство в апартамента! Препоръчвам го!

• Ute (2/5): Ich würde es nicht wieder buchten. - Gute Lage, direkte Ansprechpartner, Ausstattung gut. Die Jalousie vorm Fenster war defekt und konnte nicht hochgefahren werden. Ich habe das direkt nach Ankunft bemängelt. Leider konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Ich fand es sehr beeinträchtigend. Am Ende wurden mit 10% erstattet, was ich nicht angemessen fand. Die Loggia war auf dem Boden sehr dreckig.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht, war aber nicht dramatisch, da wir uns tagsüber ohnehin nicht in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben.
