• Ilaria (8/5): Perfetto con qualche accorgimento - Ottima posizione per visitare Portici, camera ben arredata e funzionale. Possibilità di fare colazione e cucinare nell’area comune. La pulizia da migliorare, ma c’è da precisare che abbiamo prenotato e mezz’ora dopo eravamo già in struttura.

• Virginia (7/5): Appartement with a Napolitan mood - La ubicación, la calefacción. Equipamiento muy justo para 4 personas. Se echa en falta instrumentos de cocina tan básicos como una espátula, una tabla de cortar o tapas de sartén (por no haber, no hay ni un abrebotellas), 2 banquetas altas para poder utilizar la mesa alta y no tener que abrir otra mesa plegable que impide tener el sofá cama abierto al mismo tiempo, perchas en los armarios (enormes e inservibles), colgadores en el baño para las toallas (no hay cómo secarlas sin que el alojamiento parezca un campamento) tendedero por si se utiliza la lavadora, jabón en el dispensador del lavabo (si no se va a poner, mejor ahorrárselo). El termo de agua caliente es, a lo sumo, para 2/3 personas. No pasa nada por cambiar el estropajo de la cocina. La limpieza en el límite, muy justa. Había pelos en los rincones y polvo. Se echa en falta mantenimiento: el lavabo del baño no traga, la silicona del baño está negra de moho, las manillas de las puertas se salen... Resumiendo: lo que con un poquito más podría ser estupendo, resulta tacaño y decadente.
• Nazareno (4/5): Non prenoterò un'altra volta. - Nulla purtroppo non ho fatto foto. Attrezzi per la pulizia rinchiusi nell' armadio. Soffione doccia non funzionante. Mancavano i porta asciugamani e porta rotolo di carta igienica. Asciugamani per il bidet.

• Paolo (8/5): In generale esperienza positiva, da migliorare alcuni aspetti - Ottima posizione per chi deve visitare il Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa (meta del mio viaggio) ma anche per chi si vuole recare a Napoli o dintorni essendo la stazione di Pietrarsa attigua al Museo. Gentilezza e disponibilità del Gestore che è intervenuto prontamente per risolvere un inconveniente Sarebbe opportuno un check preventivo da parte del Gestore per verificare se i suoi collaboratori hanno operato adeguatamente nel predisporre l'appartamento. Andrebbe segnalato più chiaramente sul sito l'assenza di un ascensore per raggiungere il secondo piano.

• Pietro (7/5): Io non ritorno più. - Colazione zero, posizione molto lontano dal centro. Le pareti con la camera adiacente impossibile dormire, se ti capito un ospite maleducato, sono di carton gesso.

• Fab Bel (9/5): Bello e tranquillo. - Quando arrivi l'appartamento sembra un po' spoglio, ma con qualche accorgimento ti sembra subito di stare a casa tua. La stazione è letteralmente dietro l'angolo e la grade città è a tre fermate, mentre qui regna la tranquillità che ho molto apprezzato. Supermercato 7/365 a due passi. A dire la verità non sapresi cosa dire.

• Andy (9/5): Muy buena estancia - Estuvo fantástica la estadía. El alojamiento no está ubicado en el centro de Nápoles pero cerca hay una estación de metros y trenes (Pietrarsa) que te permite llegar a diferentes destinos ,apenas está a 2 estaciones de Piazza Garibaldi, en la misma estación de Pietrarsa pasa el tren con destino Pompeya y Salerno lo que me hizo más fácil y ágil la ida a los puntos que tenía indicado en mi viaje, la zona es bastante tranquila y hay un super a pocas cuadras , en cuanto la habitación todo en orden, muy amplia, limpia, buena ventilación.

• Paweł (8/5): - Blisko sklepu, plaży oraz wspaniałego Muzeum Kolei. Z dostaniem się do centrum Neapolu komunikacją miejską z tego obiektu nie było żadnego problemu. Sąsiedzi bardzo mili i kontaktowi. Z czajnika elektrycznego było czuć stęchlizną, dlatego używaliśmy rondelka do gotowania wody na herbatę.

• Beatriz (7/5): Cómodo para pocos días - El apartamento tenía aire acondicionado y además la cama era muy cómoda. El baño también estaba muy bien, contaba con secador y buen espejo. Salía muy poca cantidad del agua de la ducha. Igualmente, pensábamos que la habitación incluía una pequeña cocina y no fue así como tal, la tenías que compartir con otra de las habitaciones, es decir, había una pequeña sala de estar con cocina y luego dos habitaciones cada una con su baño, la cual llevaba su código.

• Nicoleta (10/5): A nice experience - Everything was fine. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is 5 minutes from the train station. It was very important for us to have quick access to the train, to be able to easily travel to Naples, Pompeii, Herulaneum, Salerno. Trains come at small intervals for any direction and in a few minutes you arrive either in Piazza Garibaldi or in the other direction to Herculaneum or Pompeii. If you are staying here, I highly recommend visiting the Train Museum, which is connected to the train station. It is an extraordinary place. It is open until 1 pm. We visited it at night and it was extraordinary, but if we had time we would have visited it during the day as well. The owner was extremely kind. He was at our disposal for anything we needed. He helped us book a taxi to the airport for 5am. Although the apartment is renovated and clean there is a musty smell in the bedroom, probably this happens in houses that are close to the sea

• Felipe (7/5): Great place, great hosts, location near Napoli but far from the bustle of the city. - The apartment is very well fitted, with everything needed, everything new, very clean and it has even a washing machine. The place is great to stay for some days, cook breakfast and a late night snack, sleep tightly in a silent enviroment (which for Napoli is a 10) and the host was very attentive regarding most of the needs of the apartment. They were also very kind for our check out and I hope they keep thriving with their apartment. Sadly (and I know this is not host's fault), the train to the property's neighborhood that is usually very well connected, was in reparations for the whole month. Then there were not trains, and I think that communicate this before to the guests would had make our staying more pleasant. Because of this surprise we had to change our complete plans due to the awful and mediocre Napoli government solution to having their train line broken... Buses that were coming late, nobody had information, and we ended up spending way more money than planned just to get taxis, as well as having to reschedule all of our city tour plan. Of course the train is not host's fault, but to share this information would had been a game changer, therefore the 7 and not the 10.
• Eowyn (7/5): Good - Comfy bed, nice bathroom! Shower was unfortunately broken during our stay, and the kitchen was not equipped for the small amount of cooking we needed to do :( I would recommend adding more cooking utensils, and some basic cooking oil and seasonings.

• Florencia (9/5): Superb - We had a delightful stay in casa Pietrarsa. Federico, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable time. We even enjoyed the occasional company of friendly neighborhood cats in the complex that added a special welcoming to the experience 🩷 On the downside, there was a slight odor of humidity in the apartment, and the hot water supply was limited, which meant that two people couldn't shower one after the other without waiting. Despite these minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for its great location and wonderful host.

• Jacob (8/5): Handy place nearby train, the Railway museum and Herculanium, with all you need for self catering. - The T1 studio is intended for 1 or 2 people, with at most an adolescent on the 1-person couch (100x190). It is certainly NOT a 4 person accommodation. Kitchen is adequate for a few days stay, and the coffee machine is excellent. Located on the ground floor at the quiet rear of a large residential building. Supermarket and train station nearby. Busstop to Napoli central in front. Unfortunately hot water was missing in the kitchen during our stay. The toilet seat was missing on arrival, and was only mounted the next day after notification.
• Jacob (8/5): Pleasant stay for 4 days on a good location. - Pleasant stay for 4 days on a good location. Kitchen is complete, exept hot water. Bathroom is modern and large. None reception of the mobile signals, but Wifi is excellent. When the owner forgets to tell: the wifi code is at the backsite of the modem. We chatted in advance about the timeslot of arrival by train around 21:30, and someone should be waiting for us, but when we arrived at the studio, nobody was there, and we had to call twice, and had to wait 15 minutes in the rain. Next time we call when we leave Napoli Garibaldi. This is NOT a 4 person studio. There is a kingsize double bed, and a sofa-bed in the living room 100x185 cm. You have to pass the living room to enter the toilet.

• Arum (8/5): Affordable basic Accommodation - We liked the Bathroom, it was super clean, nice shower and Bidet. Well equipped Kitchen. Good proximity to Train stations. Good value apartment. Very nice Host and helpful. No water boiler (water heater). Slightly loud neighbor. The wardrobe and furniture are full of stuff and aren't built well. The Bed creeks.
