Gemma (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms. - The property is modern and clean. The location is wonderful. A 10-15 minute walk to the SultanAhmet or a few minutes to a tram stop. The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day. We booked two rooms and there was a huge difference in size. One room was very much smaller including the bathroom. The breakfast was okay- not a huge variety.

The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, while the housekeeping staff changed the bed linen and towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We had breakfast included, and it was very diverse and absolutely delicious, with a great selection of food for everyone’s taste. We would especially like to praise the entire hotel staff for their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

We had no air conditioning and it was hot in the room. It would have been more comfortable if we could have cooled off the room. The staff said to open the windows, but it took quite a few hours to make it cooler and it was noisy with the windows open.

La posizione è buona, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla linea principale del tram, a 10 minuti dalla metro e 15 da piazza Sultanamet. Colazione con molta scelta di salato e dolce, ben organizzata. Lo staff alla reception sempre attento e gentile, ci ha organizzato il transfer in taxi da e per l'aeroporto e può prenotare crociere, spettacoli ecc. Il frigo in camera era presente ma spento

Albina (10/5): - We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Edition Old City Hotel in Istanbul! We usually stayed at a neighboring hotel, but this was the first time we decided to try a different one and it turned out to be much better. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old City, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops. At the same time, the area feels safe and lively, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing walks. There are tram and metro stations close enough to the hotel. The rooms are small but very cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent: varied, delicious and always fresh. Lots of greens and fresh pastries. We would especially like to highlight the staff. At the reception, we were greeted by polite and helpful employees who were always ready to assist. Special thanks to Ömer for his smile, attentiveness and care, thanks to him, our stay became even more pleasant. He creates a great first impression of the hotel from the very first minutes and makes the check-in process comfortable. We also thank the bellboys Hakan and Mahsum for their friendliness, attentiveness and help with luggage and other requests. We would also like to mention the housekeeper Hülya. She is a very pleasant, friendly and attentive woman. Thanks to her, the room was always perfectly clean and cozy. We will gladly return again and will definitely recommend this hotel! -

Kupując kawę w hotelu sprzedały osobą, które nie mówiła po Angielsku, kawę małą w cenie największej. Lodówka w pokoju nie działała i unosił się z niej nie przyjemny zapach. Pokój nie warty ceny.
Zhao (8/5): Good location but not too impressed - Convenient location between two tram stations, suite with separate twin beds for the kids, delicious breakfast The suite is a bit small for a family of four, and quite noisy (right next to the tram line and across street from two mosques); room service was ok but they forgot to refill our shampoo one day and missed the foot mat in the shower the other day; shower was designed badly with only a half glass door, so the bathroom floor gets very wet after shower (can be a slipping hazard).

danica (10/5): - Writing We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially Omer and Husein, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, around 3 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, and just 2 minutes from the tram station, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a comfortable stay in a very convenient location in the heart of Istanbul.

Dodatkowo SPA, sauna finska, sauna parowa dostępne opcje Hammam i inne masaze. Świetny pobyt, idealną lokalizacja wszystko na piechotę od metra po wybrzeże! Wrócę na pewno.
Alvar (8/5): - La ubicación y que nos dieron un upgrade gratuito. El desayuno tiene muchas cosas, aunque pocas occidentales. La nula insonorización con la calle, se escuchaba todo, cualquier conversación estando en un tercer piso no es normal. También entraba aire por la ventana.

The hotel is close to the Metro linking to the Airport and other Metro stations throughout the city. The hotel is a walking distance to all the major attractions in the Old City. Fifteen minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Three minutes' walk from the Tram Station that can take you to the Port for a quick ferry ride to the Asian side. We felt very safe at all hours of the day. Free baggage storage available. Will book there again.

Jelena (10/5): - Lokacija je odlicna.Tramvajska stanica ispred hotela i lako je svuda stici.Moze biti bucno u sobama koje gledaju na tu ulicu,mi smo dobili sobu koja nije bila na toj strani sto je bio dodatni plus.Osoblje ljubazno. Ono sto nam se nije dopalo,a sto ne umanjuje ocenu i svakako bi ponovo odabrali hotel,to je dorucak.Moze za svakoga po nesto da se nadje,ali nase je misljenje da to ipak mora malo bolje.Sto se kreveta tice,stvar ukusa,za mene je bio tvrd i krevet i jastuk,a suprugu je bio dobar.

Fatma (10/5): Super auffenthalt, falls wir wieder nach Istanbul kommen, wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin. - Erstmal die Lage war super, alles in der Nähe. Frühstück auch auchreichend und sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber. Unsere Erwartungen waren übertroffen, wirklich. Vielen Dank an Ömer und Burcu, die an der Rezeption sehr behilflich, dann das Personal im Restaurant, sehr nett. Und die Dame die unsere Zimmer sauber gemacht hat. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Alles war super, nur die Baustelle vor dem Hotel hat gestört, aber wenn die Straße fertig ist, sieht schon alles besser aus. Nur eins habe ich vergessen zu erwähnen, da leider das Hotel voll war, haben wir kein Zimmer oben bekommen, da diese Zimmer nur Balkone habe, schade eigentlich, hätten dann ganz Istanbul von oben gesehen.
