Recepcionista amable y servicial. Diner viel wat tegen, kleine porties. De ober weet niet wat klantvriendelijkheid is. De lepel voor het dessert werd letterlijk op tafel gegooid. Zijn houding past beslist niet bij de kwaliteit en uitstraling van het hotel. La cena fue un poco decepcionante, las porciones eran pequeñas. El camarero no tiene ni idea de lo que es la amabilidad con los clientes. Literalmente tiró la cuchara del postre sobre la mesa. Su actitud no concuerda en absoluto con la calidad y la imagen del hotel.

- andrew (10/5): Great location, lovely village, very clean and comfortable hotel - Loverly modern hotel set in a great village with cobble streets and chimes from the church that you must step inside to see the amazing interior, the evening meal was OK and breakfast good, secure parking for our motorbike was great.. The staff need to cheer up and make guests feel welcome.....

Además, el personal es muy amable y te orientan/ayudan con todo lo que les preguntas. La limpieza exquisita, las habitaciones estaban limpias y olían muy bien siempre. Y por último, el desayuno EXCELENTE, muy completo y con opciones saludables y de calidad. Los precios del bar son algo elevados.

El desayuno está muy bien, el pan de los mejores que he probado, y es muy completo, hasta había churros recientitos muy ricos. La atención del personal y la limpieza perfectas. La localización en Ochagavia es muy buena, sin problemas para aparcar en la puerta del hotel en Semana Santa y a media hora de Casas de Irati, perfecto para llegar temprano a la ruta de Errekaidorra. Todo fue perfecto

- Alejandro (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento para disfrutar del Pirineo navarro - - Ventanas grandes oscilobatientes que permiten entrar la luz exterior y airear muy bien, además de aislar mucho. - Baño limpio y la ducha con buen chorro de agua. - En el bar nos acogieron un sábado a las 17h de la tarde, fuera de horario de apertura, para darnos de comer después de llegar cansados de una ruta. - Habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas, no se escuchaba nada. - Secador maravilloso, muy potente, seca todo muy rápido. - Personal muy atento y servicial. - Cama de 2 metros amplia y cómoda. - Desayuno buffet muy variado y con huevos, revuelto...
