• Vladimirs (9/5): Perfect family home. Would defo recommend and will return. - Property is in the perfect location next to the beach and all pubs in area. Some signs of wear and tear, but didn’t bother me. The owner said refurbishment plan already agreed.
• Brenda (10/5): ESTANCIA DE 10 - Nos alojamos un fin de semana en la villa y la experiencia fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. La casa es incluso más bonita que en las fotos: amplia, limpia y muy bien equipada, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar. La ubicación es excelente y mejor aún por qué tienen parking propio, lo que nos permitió relajarnos al máximo. Destacar también la comodidad de las habitaciones y las zonas comunes, perfectas para pasar tiempo en grupo. El trato del anfitrión fue impecable: muy atento, amable y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir. ¡Una estancia de 10!

• Padilla Gonzalez (10/5): Inmejorable ✨ - Me encantó la villa, todo estaba impecable y super bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta, a nada de la playa, así que podíamos ir y venir cuando queríamos. Las instalaciones cómodas, espaciosas y con todo lo necesario para un grupo grande. Literalmente no tengo quejas, fue una experiencia de 10.

• M (3/5): Horror story. - The outdoor area was lovely, just a shame about the cockroaches and ants everywhere. I’m not entirely sure where to begin. I read reviews before going to thought I knew what I was getting myself in for, but it was much worse than I thought. Upon first entering the property, the host lives upstairs, which wasn’t ideal. We then assessed the rooms, to which a used condom case was found within the bedside table draw. Over a weeks stay, we encountered locks that do not work (we pointed this out to the owner, who replied with ‘there a fence’. Security shutters that you need to batter in order for them to go halfway down. Black mould growing in the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Ants crawling inside and outside the property. A smashed window, covered by drapes. Plug sockets that had no covers, which is a lovely electrocution waiting to happen. 3 counts of smashed glass in the pool where 3 of my family sliced their feet. Cigarette butts scattered within the pebbles, which is located next to the conversation pit which we now refer to as the cockroach pit. No working AC in the villa, barring one bedroom, which made the stay unbearable. Outdated furniture, smashed kitchen cabinets, broken counters, no cover on the dishwasher. I mean, the list goes on but I feel I’ve given you all a slice of what this villa is like. It’s such a shame because it has such capacity for greatness. The owner also tried to apologise for the state of the villa on arrival and had the nerve to blame to British! I unfortunately, can only add 4 photos and no videos, however, you would be absolutely shocked.

• Marleny (6/5): Casa espaciosa con anfitrión atento, algunos detalles importantes por mejorar. - Casa amplia y bien situada. Una sola planta por lo que es muy cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy cordial y atento. Dentro de lo que estaba a su alcance solucionó algunos incidentes el primer dia. Encontramos varios desperfectos, que nos comentó serán reparados a partir del día siguiente a nuestra salida, como arreglos en el baño, la cocina, algunas humedades, bordes de piscina, etc. Con esos arreglos, la experiencia podría haber sido excelente. Esperemos que las obras comiencen como comentó para disfrutar de una villa que sería perfecta!!!

• Zonta (9/5): - Casa molto bella e spaziosa, con una posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia. Proprietario accogliente e molto disponibile. Struttura consigliatissima! 2 climatizzatori non funzionano

• Alysha (8/5): We as a family had a fantastic time staying at the villa perfect location close to everything you need! Owners always on - The area was lovely, the villa was very clean, the owners were fab and always on hand straight away if needed, the pool was very clean a lovely property and would definitely stay again! Some minor parts need updating and changing like broken tiles, table cracked, glass wardrobe cracked! However none of these impacted our stay and they are having renovation work done this month the owner said.

• Christine (5/5): True review - The Villa was in a great location, close to the beach, shopping centre, lots of bars and Restaurants. lovely pool. The owner lives upstairs so as advertised the villa is not all to yourself. He's is a nice man, his English is translated through Google. Anything that's needed he is on call. We also got a late check-out. The Great escape villa would be a wonderful villa if it got a little mentinence. When we arrived as a group of 7 women as advertised it said 4 bedrooms/5 beds, 2 living rooms, with a sofa bed in one of the living rooms. This was false advertising as there was only 4 double beds one not in the main house. No sofa bed. I Pointed this out to the owners son who specks good english and he has amended the description about the villa. Mirror in the main bedroom cracked. Bed has very sharp corners at the end in the main bedroom. Shower doors all off the rails. sockets are burnt. Glass table in the garden all cracked. Not enough garden chairs. The pathway along the garden was all crack. We said it to the owner and he told us that 6 lads trashed the house the week before we arrived.  Looking back on reviwes this is no true as people have hilighted this back in 2023/2024.He also told us that he had a family coming in the next day. Which ment there was no maintenance done for these people arriving.

• Lauren (2/5): Would not stay again unless the place gets sorted - The location and the owner was helpful with issues Lots of damage throughout Flys everywhere and dogs mess Cockroaches crawling on you in bed Doors falling off shower/wardobes Needs a lot of tlc Front door handle was hanging off when we arrived and eventually locked and we could not use it again as it was jammed shut, had to use a side entrance.

• Flo (9/5): Sweet summer holidays - The owner let us know on arrival that he wouldnt be here to welcome us - to cut a story short, he left a video message on my personal phone but I had no datas left therefore I didn't get the message - the taxi couldn't find the entry of the private gated area - so a bit nightmarish at the beginning - taxi driver spoke to owner and all ended well. a welcoming book would be nice to have with basics instructions to use cooker, oven.
• Daisy-mai (9/5): excellent - the property was in a great location there could be a couple more sunbeds as the house can hold 8 people but there is only 4 sunbeds
• Milo (10/5): Amazing place with a very great host! - The host was very attentive and would answer any question we had at any time. The location is amazing - right near the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very private and quiet at night.
• Rhys (3/5): Poor - Property was in good location Firstly when we got there the property was still in a massive mess so our check in was pushed later to allow cleaners in. Upon entering the villa seems to be in ok state but the more you look into it things were not maintained so don’t expect what see on the pictures. Villa is not private the host or hosts friend lives upstairs on the terrace. If you are booking this villa make sure you record all the damage at the start as on check out the owner will blame damages on you and will not refund your cash deposit.
• Amanda (10/5): First time booking a villa and this did not disappoint. Cannot wait to book this villa again - Brilliant size and great location. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels. irons and hairdryers. There was only 1 sun lounger, although that didn’t bother us as there’s plenty place to lay a towel
• Covdav (8/5): Very good - Had a lovey week here, very nice villa, great location and the space is huge. Pool garden bbq area seating indoor and out for family meals it was perfect for us. Also secure parking which is good on a busy street so suited all of our needs. Kitchen well equipped. Could have done with a second gate key or a code for the side door. Needs a bit of maintenance but nothing major

• Amanda (1/5): stressful dirty owner a conman AVOID !!! - the location it was shabby disgusting has a massive flood everything is broke , it’s not private the owner stays upstairs but Denys it , it says luxury we paid nearly 4000 pound for one week it’s not worth 400 pound , anyone avoid it like the plague , this property is false advertising should not be allowed too be put on any site .
