• Natalia (10/5): Чудове місце, дуже чисто, всім рекомендую - Розташування зручне, поряд з будинком зупинка трамвая який їде у центр міста. Маленька , але повністю укомплектована кухня, дуже чисто та функціональна квартира. Ми подорожували в декількох місцях і ця квартира була найкраща. ми не знали який поверх і де знаходиться квартира. Прийшлося звертатися за допомогою до консьержа. Питання було вирішено за 2 хвилини і не принесло незручностей, але все ж таки добре отримати точну адресу.
• Daiva (10/5): - Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis, pusryčiams buvo palikta įvairiausių jogurtų, sulčių, bandelių ir kt. kavos kapsulių. Į centrą lengva nuvažiuoti 24 tramvajumi. Taip pat kitoje gatvės pusėje yra maisto parduotuvė, kuri dirba labai ilgai.

• Pavlína (9/5): - Perfektní přístup hostitele, nabídka snídaní (džem, med, jogurty, mléko, džusy, káva). Ač je kuchyňský kout opravdu malý, je dobře vybavený. Snad jen, že chyběl nůž, ale poradili jsme si a krájeli příborovým nožem. Výborné vybavení nejen kuchyně, ale i koupelny + možnost praní, žehlení... Kousek od ubytování je zastávka tramvaje (přímý spoj do centra). Cca 5 minut od ubytování je Lidl a příjemná místní restaurace, kde se dá výborně najíst za rozumné ceny. Pokud přiletíte pozdě v noci a chcete řešit ještě na rychlo něco k pití, jídlu apod., jsou v okolí večerky. Doporučuji koupit pouze nezbytné, ceny jsou o dost vyšší než v Lidlu. Ocenili bychom mop na vytření podlahy po sprchování. Je to ale jen drobnost, která by ještě vylepšila již tak výborný dojem z ubytování a přístupu majitele. Hodil by se pozdější check-out. 9:30 je přeci jen docela brzo 🤭.

• Inga (10/5): Perfect little cosy apartment! - A great little apartment, perfect for a short stay! Stocked with plenty of food for breakfast. We loved it!
• Nora (10/5): It’s a cute apartment for maximum 2person for a holiday. Coffee and some toast and croissants were prepare for breakfast - I liked the location and the way of check in and out.

• Veronica (9/5): - Ben posizionata. Tram vicinissimo. Zona ben fornita. Relative difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio (forse siamo stati fortunati 😅). Colazione per ogni (anche senza glutine e lattosio). Non è mancato nulla. È stata una piacevole permanenza. Grazie.

• Radványi-Nagy (9/5): - A szállás nagyon kényelmes, minden megtalálható benne amire szükség lehet egy rövid tartózkodás alatt. Könnyű bejutni a belvárosba a ház előtt közlekedő villamossal. Az ablak alatt találhatók a garázsok amik nyitása igen hangos, de szerencsére nem sokszor fordult elő kora reggel. Ami még praktikus lenne egy mikrohullámú sütő.

Dodatkowo w lodówce i na stole coś do jedzenia i picia (jogurty, woda, mała buteleczka prosecco, ciasteczka, herbata, soki, dżemy), wiec można zjeść małe śniadanie przed wyjściem lub kolację po powrocie. W łazience zestawy kosmetyków higienicznych, czyste ręczniki. Dobry dojazd do centrum tramwajem 24, blisko Lidl. Specyficzny sposób otwierania drzwi do bloku i mieszkania przez stronę internetową. Zasłona prysznicowa lubi się przytulać. Konieczność meldowania się przed przyjazdem i wysyłania swoich zdjęć i zdjęć dokumentów.

• Minh Nhat (7/5): Good, cozy stay ! - The apartment is very cute, neat. There is plenty of snack for you in the fridge. Toilet is nice, the kitchen is functional if you want to cook some food., plus there is coffee machine with coffee capsules included. The bed is ok. It takes about 15~20min to go there by tram, but it is also posible to bike with the city bike. Closed to the groceries store There is breakfast included, so the owner would leave and bunch of groceries in the fridge for you (yogurt, juice, jam, pastry, tea, coffee). But to me it is more like snack, not a proper breakfast.

• Olga (9/5): Great for short stay in Milan - Convenient location: It takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area, with windows facing the courtyard. There’s a large Lidl store nearby. Plenty of delicious breakfast items, coffee capsules, tea, and the option to cook your own meals. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with a washing machine available. However, the apartment is tiny, and some may find it cramped even for two people. There’s no place to store your luggage (if you have any). The bed is uncomfortable, creaky, and wobbly: a mattress was placed on a fold-out sofa, resulting in an inconvenient setup. Opening and closing the door is done via an online link. Make sure you have an active internet connection.

• Ivaylo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very cosy and clean and you have everything that you need. The location is very good (20 minutes by tram to the city center), nearby markets, cafés, bars. The sofa-bed is good but in my opinion if there is a normal bed it would make the apartment perfect

• Krystsina (6/5): Pleasant - convenient meeting The building where the apartment is located is good, but the area is not safe, returning alone in the evening was scary and uncomfortable. The bed is broken and not very comfortable, the shower is small. There was enough food, but I noticed late that half was expired
• Vladyslav (8/5): Fair and balanced solution between Quality and Price. - The apartment is well furnished and you feel like at home, there is everything you might need. There is complimentary beverage and food. Comfortable hasslefree check-in and easy to get in. It is not that close to the downtown but with a tram(stop just down the building) it is quite easy and fast to get there. The area is not bad, there are several supermarkets(LIDL, Carrefour) and bars/fast food places. There is AC in the apartment, very important for a comfortable stay in Milan. The sofa/bed is not that comfortable for tall people, as well as the shower. The building where the apartment is located is undergoing capital renovation, so during the day there is lot of noise all around. As well as many workers going up and down.

• Michal (9/5): good transport accessibility to the center - cozy, well-equipped and clean apartment; quick response of the host to questions perfect breakfest servis - many biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, juice, .. bad bed :(
• Blaz1 (9/5): Superb - The location and flat was great and effortless to find, the check in was super easy. The breakfast was big enough with enough choices. But you need to keep an eye on your battery to be able to use the website to open both doors. The bed is a pull out sleeping sofa.
• Haneen (6/5): Pleasant - it has everything, food and drinks were provided, great hospitality.. self check in and check out there were loud renovations in the building that woke us up in the morning when we asked about the remote to the AC the owner said that the rules in Italy are that AC’s cannot be turned on before June 1st, which didn’t make sense because in our previous stays at different places we turned the AC on other than that everything was great
