• Marta (7/5): Ogólnie bardzo fajnie. Lokalizacja super, blisko metra i do stacji kolejowej 15 min spacerkiem. Minus to ten piec gazowy - Lokalizacja Co chwilę rozłączało piec gazowy. Nie grzała woda. Codziennie kilkakrotnie musiałam „bawić” się piecem aby przywrócić grzanie wody. Tak naprawdę nie wiem nawet jak, po prostu klikałam różne kombinacje aż załączało. Czasem po 15 minut to trwało.

• Aliaksandr (4/5): Cozy 1-bedroom apartment with terrible soundproofing - • Atmospheric & Cozy: The apartment has a wonderful atmosphere and feels very "lived-in" and cozy. You can really sense the creative Italian touch in the design. • Smooth Check-in: The check-in instructions were excellent and very easy to follow. • Comfort Details: The heated floors in the bathroom were a highlight, and the duvet was of great quality and very comfortable. Inaccurate description: The listing is misleading. It is advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment, but there is only one separate bedroom. The owner removed the wall between the second room and the kitchen/living area to create an open space with a sofa. We specifically filtered for two separate bedrooms, so this was a major disappointment. 2. Noise insulation issues: The windows have thin aluminum frames and provide zero soundproofing. Despite the location, the street traffic is heavy. Street cleaning continues until 1:30 AM, and by 6:00 AM, the noise resumes with heavy traffic, honking, and garbage trucks collecting glass containers right outside the window. It made sleeping impossible. 3. Faulty smoke detector: The smoke detector flashes a bright light every two minutes when the lights are off. In a dark room, this is incredibly distracting and felt like a form of "light torture" throughout the night. 4. Poor communication: The coffee capsules provided did not fit the machine. I messaged the host regarding this and other issues, but they completely ignored all my messages.

• Katie (7/5): Visiting Milan - The facilities were lovely and it was a very pretty apartment. Also very spacious which was nice. When we got there we had to wait for the cleaning to be finished and we found it a bit difficult the first time getting through the front gate. It was also a bit far out from the city centre.

I did not like the difficulties and expectations about check-in and check-out. Online check-in took a lot of time, was really in details… at check out we had to clean the glasses otherwise we would be charged for it?! (This is not a problem, but here some modifications would make it better :) )

• Hasan (1/5): Absolutely unacceptable conditions – health hazard and no prior warning! - Absolutely unacceptable conditions – health hazard and no prior warning! We had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this property. There was ongoing construction work, and everything was covered in thick dust. Our clothes, bags, and even our skin were dirty just from being inside the apartment. When we got back home, we were literally black from the dust – even our spit was black from inhaling all the particles. Most concerning of all, one of us suffered an asthma attack due to the horrible air quality. This was a serious health risk, and we were never informed about any renovations or hazardous conditions beforehand. There was no staff on-site, no assistance, and absolutely no transparency from the host. This property should not be listed in its current state. It’s shameful that guests are allowed to stay under these conditions. I do not recommend this place to anyone – it was a nightmare.

The location was perfect, everything was clean, well-organized, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like home — and that’s something rare to find!
• Meaghan (10/5): Beautiful, spacious & great location for sightseeing - Super spacious & beautifully decorated apartment in a convenient location, several minutes walk from both metro and trams. It is also a quiet neighborhood away for the chaos and crowds. Would absolutely stay again when visiting Milan! The check in instructions could be massively streamlined, the message which contained the apartment location, floor number, pin code etc was buried in amongst a lengthy message which I received multiple times, making it hard to find.

• Swan (9/5): Make sure you have international calling when checking in - Large, clean and comfortable apartment which is very close to a metro station. You need to call a phone number when you check in to unlock the front gate. We had an Australian sim card so couldn't make the call and was stuck outside for a little bit. Luckily a kind neighbour let us in.
• Le (10/5): Very good, appartement like the foto’s on booking. - The appartement, the location, supermarket and metro near (125 m), Free parking in the street if u find a place, calm, even a restaurant down in the building. It was a little bit a problem to get the keys, you have to put a code and then make a call to get the main building door open and then go up on the stairs to the third floor to get the keys of the building door, the elevator key and the apartment, it could be easier if the box was inside the building at the entrance, mainly with a car in the middle of the street and all the stuff to get down from the car. The shower with water outside.

• Rasa (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, stylish and well equipped apartment. Old building with its own nice character. Very close to metro stop Rovereto in M1 line - easy and fast to reach old town. Perfect fit for a family stay. Neighborhood seems not be very cozy and safe at night as it is relatively close to central station, but it is fine if no walks planned during the night. Otherwise taxi would be recommended. No light at the staircase at night.

• Mihail (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was quite pleasant, conveniently located near the metro station and within close proximity to Milano Centrale. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Milano Centrale, which was ideal for our trips to Como, Verona, and other nearby destinations. Our itinerary included two days in Milan, one day in Verona, and another day in Como.

• Valentína (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and clean enough, even though it has only one bedroom and the third bed was a sofa bed in the living room, it was comfortable to sleep on. The apartment's amenities were sufficient, we didn't miss anything. The rooms were warm and quiet during the night. The apartment has a great location, close to the metro station and there are grocery stores and some restaurants and bars nearby. Our group of three stayed for three nights and we were extremely pleased with our experience. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Naina (4/5): Unpleasant stay - Good location, close to the metro and a tram line that runs to the station. Some good restaurants are nearby as well. Beds were super comfortable. Street were not very noisy so that was a plus. There is a good supermarket nearby. AC in the living room does not work at all, mostly because the living room is massive and has a curtain for a door, so naturally a small AC is cooling a very large space. We could not keep the windows open as there was a nest of wasps somewhere nearby which came into the house and would not leave. One of us ended up getting stung by one of the wasps and this was quite dangerous. We finally had to use a broom to kill all the wasps (total of 8 or 9). The washing machine and the dish washer did not work. We tried to do a load of laundry and everything was ruined because the spin cycle was not working. We ended up having to rinse soapy clothes with water by hand and wring everything dry. Overall not a very pleasant experience.
