• Josephine (10/5): Most fun trip yet <3 - Thé location being not even 1 minute from navigli canal was amazing, everything was within walking distance. The rooms were querkily decorated and we loved the personality the little flat had. -
• Carla (8/5): Al lado de Navigli con mucha tranquilidad - Estaba todo muy limpio, la zona muy tranquila, la decoración excelente y es igual a las imágenes. Pudimos acceder muy fácilmente con las indicaciones que nos dieron. Es algo mínimo pero no había jabón ni de manos ni en la ducha, así que es imprescindible que llevéis o lo compréis por vuestra cuenta.
• Paul (2/5): Great property. But poor service. - Great location. And perfectly functional. There was supposed to be a key so I could leave the property after check-in, and let myself in later. The key wasn’t left out. I contacted the property via the WhatsApp number and had no response. I contacted through the messages functionality. Responses were slow. And I wasn’t given any way I could leave the property and come back later. I was only in Milan for 1 night, and missed a meal out with Italian colleagues. The final update was “we’ll bring the key tomorrow”. I would already have checked out of the property. This wasn’t of any use. Also the cleaners still hadn’t finished when I arrived at 15:20. So had to sit in the kitchen whilst they worked. Nothing wrong with the property. But this was unacceptable. Felt like I was imprisoned.

• Olga (4/5): very cold apartment and problems with check-in - There are two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The apartment has a washing machine and everything you need for cooking. The apartment was clean, the bathroom had shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer. I was sent instructions on how to move into the apartment, but problems immediately arose. The instructions said that in order to get into the yard, you need to ring the bell, and the gate will open. My husband and I rang the bell for about 10 minutes, but nothing happened. It was November outside and cold. We wrote on WhatsApp to the phone number from the instructions for moving in. We were lucky to get into the yard thanks to two girls who opened the gate for us with their key. We found the entrance and it turned out that we could not get inside, since the door did not open. The manager contacted me on WhatsApp, who did not help in any way. And again, luck opened the door to the entrance thanks to a married couple who lived in this entrance. My husband and I were frozen, tired after the flight and finally entered the apartment. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The apartment was dark and cold, very cold!!!!! We had to find a switch in complete darkness to turn on the electricity. The temperature in the apartment was like outside, about 5-6 degrees. We turned on the heating, but it was so cold in the apartment that it warmed up a little only on the third day of our stay. The most interesting thing is that the Wi-Fi did not work, I wrote to the manager the next day. He suggested that I turn off and turn on the phone =))))) In the end, it turned out that the Wi-Fi was simply not paid for, as soon as it was paid, everything worked. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOU WON'T WANT TO RETURN TO SUCH AN APARTMENT!!!!!
• Maria (10/5): Chic apartment - I loved this apartment, super chic, 80s vibes and full equipped. Is close to Navigli area where you have a bunch of options for food and drinks. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and it was easy to access. The apartment have 2 ACs, one on the room and one on the living room, but they really old and don’t cool down the rooms enough. With the heat of the summer it would be a good investment to get new ones!

• Tim (9/5): milano is a beautiful city to visit in the apartment was large and comfortable. - The apartment was 10 minutes to metro but streetcars were end of street.
• Ashok (9/5): Beautiful space for a short stay, solo traveller. - Beautiful space and decor, comfortable and in a great location. Would be great to have additional coffee pods or a Moka pot in the flat.
• Anastasiia (7/5): Stylish, comfy, very cold inside the apartment, coffee capsule quality was poor as well as one-time use of olive oil was - Stunning and colorful design, stylish and aesthetic setup We stayed here in January, it was super cold I felt like I was sleeping outside on the street. AC wasn’t heating in the bedroom and neither valves, stuff said would come to check on it the next day but no one showed up

• Roslind (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Really close to all the bars in Navigli. Nice comfortable bed. Really clean. Lovely decor. Nothing.
