Payment method is via Credit Card. The property accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Dinners, etc). Guest also have the option to pay via bank transfer. Please note all passengers must pay an extra fee of 19% VAT. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Pets upon request. Minimum pet fee USD75, stay more than 8 night pet fee change to USD10 per night. No cats allowed. Please note this property does not include a daily maid service, therefore guests are kindly requested to keep the space tidy and clean. No smoking or parties allowed. Smoking/party evidence will result in stay termination and 200 USD fee. A picture of National Identification Document or Passport must be sent before check in date for security purposes. Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Luis Leandro (1/5): Horrible pésima nos fuimos tres días antes pesa que estaba apagado - Nada me gustó Tuvimos pésimas experiencias cuando llegamos estaba todo el perímetro de la casa llena de ropa interior de varones todo el día mis hijas mujeres y mi esposa tuvieron que ver eso. En los tiempos actuales la Wi-Fi o Internet es fundamental para nuestra vida cotidiana y el trabajo la casa no contaba con Wi-Fi tratamos de arreglarla en mucha oportunidades sin éxito tampoco llega señal de Telefono más situaciones se las comunicamos al dueño sin solución además es una casa compartida y la otra parte no pertenece al dueño es otro dueño por lo tanto el señor que alquila no sabe quiénes son los vecinos de las personas que alquila su casa eso es gravísimo y de alto riesgo. Por todo lo expuesto Nos retiramos antes de la casa tres días antes espero se me devuelva el dinero.
enzo (7/5): lindo entorno pero nula privacidad - El entorno, la naturaleza, la vista al volcán y la casa Son 2 casas pareadas lo que hace que tu privacidad sea nula, nos tocaron vecinos ruidosos con niños y gritaban todo el dia y noche, en lugar de descansar solo escuchábamos gritos. En la descripción del lugar debería indicar que esto es asi, el quincho sin luz ni enchufes lo que no permite que puedas hacer un asado de noche.
