• Michael (9/5): We had everything we needed, comfort, facilities, privacy. - It is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location, with easy access to all resort amenities. There is so much space, with three main bedrooms and a fourth downstairs next to the gym. The kitchen, dining and living areas are well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The private swimming pool is a huge bonus, with loads of room for the sunbeds. The covered seating area is a cozy place to relax. Nothing, everything was perfect

• TomRS91 (10/5): - The villa was perfect for us as a couple, we wanted a chilled out villa holiday and it absolutely delivered. Immaculately clean, decorated to a high standard, well equipped and super comfortable - we felt at home straight away. It's in a nice and quiet location opposite the beach and only a short walk from Spar and restaurants. We loved the garden/pool area and spent most of our holiday there. The living room is also perfect for lounging on an evening; big smart TV with all of your favourites at your fingertips. We visit PDC regularly and usually go out more, but we didn't feel the need to because the villa had everything we needed!

The villa itself felt high-end, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the location — just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing, luxury getaway.

• Sean (9/5): Ideal home - Villa had a great pool for the teenagers. Beach was literally a 4 minute walk. Was very close to bus route to go to puerto del carmen. Nice quiet area. Can't fault the villa. Had everything you'd need for a great holiday.

No wireless charger anywhere which wasn’t a problem just it was advertised. Broken shutter on arrival was told it was being fixed next day but didn’t happen. Didn’t affect our stay though and would book again

Lovely living area and well equipped kitchen. 4 good size bedrooms and 3 have en-suites Pool area is great and it’s located near Los Pocillos beach. Nearby restaurants and Puerto del Carmen only a short walk away. Quiet neighbourhood and really private. Host is excellent and responds quickly to any queries. It’s a great place for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend. Just a few observations - there’s no toilet apart from the en-suites in 3 of the bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms is downstairs (by gym) neither a problem for us and property is fabulous.
• Kati (10/5): The best villa for a relaxing holiday! - If I was looking to get a villa in Lanzarote, this is the one! Everything is absolutely new, clean, comfortable, useful. The layout of the villa is great. It is very quiet from the day and through the night, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Perfect view from the swimming poll and the kitchen of the seaside. The villa is on a hill, and down below there are some nice restaurants and a few shops, and of course the beach. Owner was very helpful with helping us settle in, and is great with replying fast. The swimming pool is heated so the pool is warm through the whole day, and it was the best time me and my daughter ever had in Lanzarote. We were also visited by two beautiful cats (one even tried to go into the house like it was theirs). We will definitely come back! The fence definitely would need to be higher for privacy, and to get the view of the security camera off the swimming pool.

• Christopher (10/5): Overall we really loved our experience and would love to book this villa again - Fernando was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The villa is pure luxury and in the perfect location for restaurants and shops. Can't recommend the villa highly enough both myself and my wife enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting next year! There was also a local kitten/cat that would come visit which was a nice little guest to have when outside by the pool! The only bad side to this amazing villa is that it doesn't have air conditioning. During our visit temperatures reached 27 degrees. It does have fans but the heat at night can be hot. There are local business spots that offer rental air conditioning units if needed.

Fernando was very helpful with any queries. My only small issue is that the fence around the villa could be higher.

Lovely outdoor space & heated pool. Nice quiet location, walking distance to good restaurants,bars and beach. Fabulous bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication on WhatsApp with the owner Fernando was easy and fast. Highly recommend. No handrail into the pool made access difficult for family member with poor mobility.

It was just fabulous and nothing was to much for the owner Fernando. The whole layout was fabulous and the heated pool went down a treat with the everyone. It was only a short trip to the Newtown Beach everything was as close by we will definitely be booking for next year 🥰🥰 Nothing is was amazing

Think the bedroom situation needs more explanation - Lovely large villa with everything you needed for a luxury holiday . Great location very clean plenty of kitchen equipment, large bathroom towel’s and pool towels . Three of the bedrooms faced the pool so lovely and bright . Great table and chairs outside and lovely area to sit in at the end of the pool with sea views . Lovely bathrooms . There was no mention that the 4th bedroom was downstairs at the back of the gym, and only had a small window so quite dull and the pool pump was right behind it so no laying in past 7.45 am .

• Shaun (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and well designed. The kitchen/lounge area was perfect for a family and great TV too. The showers were spacious, clean and with good water pressure. The pool was heated and clean, it's where we spent most of our time and the kids loved it. It's bigger than most pools in similar accommodations. And the covered seating area was perfect for catching up on a good book. I would have no hesitation recommending this place and will happily book it again. The owner, Fernando, is a true gent. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. It's rare I get to say that!

• Graeme (9/5): Fantastic villa in great location - Very nice villa in good location overlooking the beach, quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the shops/restaurants. Villa is very well presented and all mod cons are available. Great communication from Fernando regarding check in and any issues that arose. It was unseasonably warm during our visit which made sleeping difficult even with the supplied fans being used, aircon would have been beneficial. Pool is very nice although access for an older person was difficult due there being no handrail.

• William (10/5): Went as a group of 6. Couldn’t believe the villa we arrived at for the money we had paid for 4 nights. - Unbelievable value for money. Villa really is luxury. Nothing. Only advice is from ‘the strip’ it’s a good 30 minute plus walk, but close to family bars etc.

It has a covered outdoor dining area and also a covered outdoor seating area. There is even a weber barbecue. This outdoor area has lovely views over the bay of Los Pocillios which is only a short walk away Nothing
• Andrea (10/5): Excellent villa, would definitely return, relaxing holiday. - Lovely open plan villa, all modern facilities, sky, Netflix, British channels. Extremely clean, outdoor space well maintained, large heated pool with a sea view, lots of seating and eating areas outside. Large modern bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped. communication with the owner was easy and and fast. The villa has a very floor plan. The location was near the beach and very quiet and peaceful. no air conditioning however we were supplied with fans.

Adam an - Everything superseded expectations. spacious rooms alongside everything you’d need in a property. Sun cream and beach essentials were also provided!
