ViM30 (1/5): Séjour très décevant - Rien Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude ni de chauffage pendant deux jours, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, surtout en période froide. Malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques pour signaler le problème, la société n’a pas répondu. Pire encore, ils ont ensuite prétendu ne pas avoir reçu nos appels. La seule compensation proposée a été de 15 €, ce qui est dérisoire au vu de la gêne subie. Le service client est inexistant et peu professionnel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
Hannes (5/5): War OK, aber nächstes Mal wo anders... - War sauber. Dusche sehr schlecht ("Duschkopf passt eher in ein amerikanisches Gefängnis...). Küche viel zu klein, kaum Geschirr, außer Salz NICHTS vorhanden (kein Öl, kein Zucker, kein Pfeffer usw...). Fernseher nur mit Netflix o.Ä. nutzbar. Laute Straße, keine Parkplatz Möglichkeiten, außer an der Hauptstraße.

Alline (7/5): Super, apartment complet. - Nous sommes arrivées tard, mais nous avons quand-meme eu acces au clé. C'était propre et il manquait de rien.
Stefano (6/5): Peccato, da migliorare. - Un vero peccato, la struttura di per sé è anche bella, ma non è per nulla ben tenuta. Vano scale non pulito, stanza e bagno con un non buon odore, doccia con peli.. In compenso almeno lenzuola erano pulite. Basterebbe che tenessero più pulito e mantenuto meglio e sarebbe un'ottima sistemazione. Attenzione non c'è il parcheggio privato e nelle vie intorno è difficilissimo da trovare un posto.

Botte (6/5): Appartamento comodo ma da migliorare - Proprietaria disponibile. Appartamento comodo e posizione ideale per non pagare troppo ed essere fuori dal caos cittadino Cuscini scomodi, mancanza di bagnoschiuma e shampoo e detersivo per le stoviglie. Niente tovaglioli o strofinacci da usare per asciugare le stoviglie.

Eric (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für Städtetrip - Praktisch eingerichtet, funktional. Für einen Städtetrip hervorragend geeignet. Parkplatz war 0 Problemo, fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Dusche muss mit einem Knopf bedient werden und geht aller 5 Sekunden aus. Wassersparen ist gut, aber das hat ein wenig genervt.
giagi17 (3/5): inconcepibile il bagno: neanche in spiaggia od in stazione!!! - l'appartamento N°5 ha quello che serve per poche notti a Monaco senza spendere un'infinità: 4 letti singoli in due camere, bagno con doccia, cucina. zona di uffici abbastanza tranquilla molto vicina a centro e fiera. chiavi in una cassettina con codice, ingresso comune a 6 appartamenti assenza di parcheggio, assenza di ascensore, forte odore di fumo per le scale nonostante il divieto di fumare, odore di mangime per animali domestici nell'appartamento, moquette ovunque, letti non comodissimi e passi fin qui, uno potrebbe anche soprassedere, ma il bagno...a parte un elastico per capelli sotto al wc, segno di una non perfetta pulizia, ammesso che sia stata eseguita (il resto del bagno sembrava pulito), inconcepibili luce temporizzata ad accensione con sensore di movimento, acqua del lavandino erogata con fotocellula e non regolabile nell'intensità, acqua della doccia erogata con pressione di pulsante touch per 15 secondi!!! 15!!! cioè ogni 15 secondi bisogna premere per farla ripartire! robe che neanche in spiaggia è così breve! vergognoso! indecente! peccato perché, pur non essendo il grand hotel, per qualche notte a Monaco con 40 € ppax potrebbe andare bene
