• Massimiliano (10/5): nel complesso tutto bene - La casa molto pulita, tutto organizzato bene. nell’appartamento non mancava nulla. il parcheggio inesistente, molto difficile trovare posto nelle vicinanze, abbiamo anche trovato la macchina danneggiata, consiglio a tutti di fare la kasko con il noleggio.
• Julia (8/5): All in all ein gutes Apartment bei dem Preis Leistung stimmt - Schönes Appartment und hatte fast alles was man braucht. Ruhige Lage aber dennoch ist man relativ schnell im Zentrum und auch in unmittelbare Nähe Supermärkte und Restaurants Sehr hellhörig. WC Sitz ist locker

• Oussama (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'endroit est très calme et paisible, et la qualité des équipements est excellente. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité de l'hôte, qui nous a gentiment permis de quitter les lieux à 12h00 au lieu de 11h00, ce qui a grandement facilité notre départ. Hautement recommandé .

• Elena (5/5): Establecimiento correcto pero muy lejos de fabuloso como se describía - Espacioso. El anfitrión muy pendiente y facilita mucho el check in y comprensivo con el check out El sofá cama muy incómodo. No había ninguna atención: se hubiera agradecido 2 cápsulas de café y algún sobre de azúcar. La ubicación no es tan extraordinaria como se describe.
• Róbert (7/5): - Nieje to na zlom mieste v pomere za cenu. Vybavenie je solídne. Je tam väčšina vecí ktoré človek potrebuje. Dobre že je klimatizácia ktorou sa dalo zakúriť (boli sme vo februári). V pomere cena/kvalita tak 7/10 Zvuková izolácia okien/dvier 0. Úplne všetko počuť z vedľajších apartmánov aj z cesty. Rozkladacia gauč je velmi nekomfortná(manželská postel je ok) WC sa dosť hýbe a wc sedátko má zlomený držiak, neverím že to nevedia opraviť.

• marta (6/5): Todo bien salvo el sofá - Nuevo / reformado , bien equipado y muy limpio, zona tranquila y agradable. El bus cerca y tiendas / bares de todo tipo al lado . El sofá para dormir terrible y que a pesar de haberlo hablado , en 5 noches no se buscara solución . Puede ser nuevo como dice pero no se puede dormir en él.

El Barrio es tranquilo pero cercano a los sitios de interés, a los que se puede acceder a pie o tomar un autobús a tres cuadras. Hay negocios cercanos para comprar alimentos o comer en restaurantes. El Departamento limpio, con todos sus artefactos funcionando y la atención del anfitrión José Antonio, muy buena. Recomiendo, sin dudar.😉
• Gisela Puente (8/5): Apartamento confortável em região tranquilia e segura. - Do self check-in , prático e rápido. Com sistema de cofre com senhas para pegar as chaves , dispensando a necessidade de uma pessoa para nos esperar. Da rua tranquila , região muito segura , éramos 2 mulheres e uma menina , voltando tarde, caminhando tranquilamente pelas ruas sem sermos emportunadas . Do espaço com decoração leve e que atende bem até 4 pessoas. Da proximidade com mercado, farmácia, banco e vários cafés. Das roupas de cama limpas , mobílias novas, cama boa e ar condicionado . Do retorno de água que havia no banheiro, tanto no ralo do box , quanto no ralo da pia e do próprio banheiro. Isso nos incomodou bastante, pois a cada banho o box transbordava água e tínhamos que ficar secando o chão. Foi comunicado ao anfitrião que se prontificou a mandar uma pessoa para resolver o problema. Porém , foi difícil conciliar os nossos horários para estar na casa, com o desta pessoa, já que estávamos lá para passear .. O que acabou não sendo possível o reparo na nossa estadia. Outra coisa que achei chata é que na descrição da hospedagem dizia que havia estacionamento e na realidade esse estacionamento não é na propriedade e nem gratuito na rua , mas sim um estacionamento pago 3 ruas à frente . Senti falta também de xícaras e sugiro que deixem uma esponja de pia nova e pelo menos 2 panos para cozinha . Apesar da região ser no centro não é tão próxima aos pontos turísticos mais importantes. Anda-se uns 30 minutos , que no calor de Málaga algumas vezes pareciam mais ! Mas, nada que tirasse o brilho de nossa estadia nessa belíssima cidade.

Super confortável para nós enquanto grupo tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para cozinhar, a localização era ótima andámos a pé até o centro e fica sensivelmente a 20/30 min. O proprietário foi impecável também, muito simpático e prestável !! Recomendamos a 100%, o apartamento é super amoroso e acolhedor 🥰

• Megi (8/5): Really enjoyed our time in Malaga - Very attentive owner Recently renovated and very clean Made full use of the kitchen There was construction occurring outside in the courtyard, but they respectfully didn’t start before 9am (just didn’t enable a sleep in).
• Urte (7/5): Good - Overall a lovely apartment, 15-20 minute walk away from city centre. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean, has a large shower with good water pressure. Really appreciated a hair dryer being provided. Everything worked well and there was lots of space for clothes. Although the apartment is right on the street, to enter it you have unlock two doors which makes you feel safe. The check in and check out are really easy as there is a lockbox to collect and drop off the key. It was exceptionally noisy, you could hear people talking in the neighbouring apartment, running around upstairs, flushing toilets. We really struggled to sleep in the morning as the noise started as early as 6a.m. We had a mild problem with bugs, maybe ants that were occupying an area around the kitchen sink no matter how many times we got rid of them. Having more than one set of towels or providing washing machine detergent should be considered. Also it was impossible to charge my phone by the bed as a round UK/Ireland adapter wouldn’t fit due to a frame attached to the wall.
