• Alex (6/5): Die Lage ist gut - Die Lage ist top Die Lage war super, weil wir nur für zwei Tage dort waren, um die Museen zu besuchen. Allerdings gab es zum Frühstück nur ein paar Kekse und Joghurt, obwohl ein richtiges Frühstück versprochen war. Das Bett war auch ungeheuer weich, die Lampen waren teilweise defekt, und es gab nicht genug heißes Wasser für zwei Personen. Insgesamt war es enttäuschend.

El desayuno no está mal, son productos envasados y en la cocina disponen de café, cacao, leche, zumos y yogures. El baño era muy pequeño, y la ducha era minúscula, no entrábamos ni de alto ni de ancho, la cortina de la ducha se pegaba todo el rato al cuerpo, estaba sucia por abajo y todos los días salían hormigas en uno de los lados de la ducha.

• Monika (5/5): - Wielkim plusem jest lokalizacja. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest w porządku. Szukałam miejsca do wygodnego przenocowania z łazienką, w której można wziąć prysznic po całodniowym zwiedzaniu. Mieszkanie dokładnie to oferuje. Wskazówki i rady właściciela bardzo ujmujące - naprawdę zatroszczył się, żeby wszystko dokładnie i jasno wyjaśnić. Poranna kawa z kapsułek, ale dobra. Mankamentem jest mało miejsca w łazience - nie ma gdzie odłożyć szczoteczki do zębów, odwiesić ubrania ani odłożyć kosmetyków. Czystość to prosta rzecz do poprawy oceny, jednak szwankuje. Ręczniki miały być wymieniane co 4 dni, ale nie doczekałam mimo tygodniowego pobytu. Opakowania po kosmetykach używanych przez poprzednich najemców wciąż są pod prysznicem, podobnie jak osypująca się rdza do brodzika. Kosze opróżnianie są codziennie. Klimatyzacja jest tylko w teorii, bo każda próba uruchomienia kończyła się hałasem nie do wytrzymania. W ciepłe noce brak klimatyzacji oznacza spanie przy otwartym oknie wychodzącym na ruchliwą ulicę, więc trzeba szybko nauczyć się spać z głową przy krawężniku. Jeśli ktoś liczy na naczynia, trzeba poprosić o nie właścicieli. Nie miałam problemu, żeby skorzystać z czajnika, a do kompletu dostałam kubki. Ale zamiast talerzy śniadaniowych były serwetki. Nie traktuję jednak tego w kategorii braku - jesteś we Włoszech, więc musisz się liczyć z tym, że śniadanie wygląda tu inaczej.
• Michele (4/5): Vacanza a Roma - La posizione è ottima e il proprietario ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. La prima sera abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi che giravano per il bagno (ma questo forse dipende più dagli impianti che dalla camera, in quanto era pulita). Il problema è stato il materasso dato che è completamente sfondato: sia io che mia moglie non abbiamo mai dormito su un letto così scomodo. A colazione non c'erano nemmeno dei tovagliolini di carta, così come non era possibile farsi un the dato che mancavano sia le bustine che il bollitore (al limite si poteva usare il microonde per scaldare l'acqua). Il secondo giorno non c'era neanche un succo di frutta confezionato. Fino all'una di notte si sente della musica ad alto volume, proveniente, probabilmente, da un locale sotto il palazzo. Per quasi 130 € a notte ci aspettavamo sicuramente qualcosa di meglio.

Si possono raggiungere il centro storico e altre zone in breve tempo. La stanza adeguata a 3 persone, pulita con letti comodi. Check in e check out in autonomia. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valige dopo il check out. Il bagno piccolo. Assente il bidet. La doccia piccola e con la tenda. Di conseguenza il bagno si allaga ogni volta. Sicuramente sarebbe da rimodernare. Colazione mediocre per la qualità dei prodotti e la disponibilità di scelta.

• Odhran (1/5): Very disappointed - We booked this property for my 88 year old mother for a 4 night stay thinking it was a hotel. We had been in touch with them before she travelled to Rome to arrange taxi transfer for her from the airport to what we thought was the hotel so they knew she was 88. Her room was on the 7th floor with no elevator. She couldn’t stay and we booked her into a hotel which cost a lot. We contacted the property to express our disappointment and requested a refund and they refused to give any refund. This was their response… Hello dear, sorry but on booking we don’t describe our place as a hotel but as a b&b or guest house , you can even notice that on the photos. You could even ask us about it, but since it’s clear that it’s a b&b unfortunately we can’t make the refund since we have close the room and now we won’t be able to sell it… Check the listing and decide for yourself but I wouldn’t recommend this Art Atelier San Pietro.

Il bagno ha lo scarico del water rotto e abbiamo dovuto usare un secchio, nn c’è il bidet e la doccia era fatiscente. Il pinguino per raffreddare ( e nn raffreddava ) faceva lo stesso rumore di un apecar truccato e nn ci ha fatto dormire. La colazione era discutibile e prevedeva una sola cialda di caffè a testa.

• Έλενα (6/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά καθαρό και γενικά νορμάλ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά καθαρό και γενικά νορμάλ, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να ξέρει κανείς ότι δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο — μοιάζει περισσότερο με Airbnb. Το «πρωινό» περιορίζεται σε φρυγανιές, μαρμελάδα και μπισκότα, όχι κάτι που θυμίζει ξενοδοχείο. Αυτό από μόνο του ίσως να μην ενοχλεί όλους, και πρόσωπικα δεν με ενόχλησε και τόσο αλλά το βασικότερο μειονέκτημα για μένα ήταν ότι δεν υπάρχει καθόλου προσωπικό στον χώρο. Όλη η επικοινωνία γίνεται μόνο μέσω WhatsApp και πολλές φορές καθυστερούν να απαντήσουν. Εγώ δεν είχα κλείσει Airbnb είχα επιλέξει κάτι άλλο στο booking οπότε δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί μου το εμφάνισε η εφαρμογή σαν επιλογή. Επίσης, την προηγούμενη μέρα της άφιξης μας έστελναν συνεχώς τα ίδια μηνύματα με ερωτήσεις που είχαμε ήδη απαντήσει. Τέλος, στη σελίδα «Οι κρατήσεις μου» εμφανίζεται διαφορετική τελική τιμή από αυτή που τελικά πληρώσαμε — 25€ παραπάνω. Από ό,τι κατάλαβα, δεν αναγράφεται ξεκάθαρα ότι η τιμή είναι προ φόρων, κάτι που θεωρώ σοβαρό λάθος και καλό είναι να διορθωθεί για να αποφεύγεται η παραπλάνηση.

Assorted snacks and breakfast items provided in the room for you as well as complimentary items in the refrigerator. Kitchen was also very clean I'd say the black out curtain in the room should be longer to not allow the light in the room in the morning.

• Yannick (8/5): Very good - Nice area, quiet and very close to the Vatican. The staff was nice and we found the breakfast replenished every day. The AC wasn't enough for the heat. The bed would squeak with the slightest move and the bathroom smelled bad at times.

Apartment was very clean & beds were very comfortable. View from bedroom window was a delight, the Vatican lit up at night. Not being able to talk to Manager in person

Our wifi was down for a big part of the first day through no fault of the hotel but that did impact our stay. There was nothing amazing about the hotel but for the price we paid I’m not complaining.

• Sandra (2/5): There are many apartments better than this one near the Vatican - Really can’t list anything I liked about the property other than the location, but the apartment was not up to par for the price and Very noisy. There was Packaged snacks are laid out in the bedroom. The shared kitchen with other guest was well equipped for making your own coffee, and in refrigerator there is flavored yogurt (no option for plain yogurt) milk for cappuccino, butter, and on counter there was some packaged snacks there too.  Considering the price (a lot of money), it was not what we expected. We expected a hotel, with a lobby, front desk, concierge, and restaurant. INSTEAD it was a two bedroom shared apartment. Negatives: NOT soundproof, very noisy both windows faced the street not the courtyard, and to our surprise the door to get out of our room, or the door to get out of the apartment needed a key; if there was a fire not sure what would’ve happened, that’s not code in the USA, so we were nervous staying there.  Also be aware : Not sure why they list three separate categories on booking.com, there are only two rooms in this apartment. Wallpaper room with stand up shower and non wallpaper room with large shower where shower head is not located where you would expect and the shower door is not affixed. More negative: window broken in bedroom, we tried to open it, and it tilted forward towards us because of the top hinge, in the bathroom you have to be careful not to stub your toe, because there is a parquet wood tile that sticks up, and also dangerous. Honestly, I’m not even sure why anybody would put wood floors in a bathroom. The bed is not a spring mattress with a pillow top or memory foam top, the whole thing is 6 inch memory foam, and very difficult to roll around in. No Kleenex was supplied in the room. Limited toilet paper we had to ask for more.  Even that wasn’t enough. We ended up buying some on our own. No counter space in the bathroom, so no room for toiletries . 
• Roman (4/5): Disappointing - Very good location Dirty. Breakfast is practically non-existent for this money. The mattress is made of foam, very soft and not comfortable. It feels like you're slipping while you sleep. The bed creaks. The bathroom floor needs replacing.

So many great restaurants and easy to find. Close to train station. Clean, tidy. Someone cleans your room everyday. How luxurious. We were very happy. See you next time.
