• Blanca (6/5): Mejorable - La ubicación, tenia garaje y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La limpieza era pésima, es un quinto, no te dejan abrir muchos de los armarios que hay en la cocina. En la habitación de dos camas, la persiana de la ventana que esta en el techo está rota y entra luz sin dejar de dormir a gusto. El estropajo estabas usado, no había productos de limpieza y tampoco para usar la lavadora.

• Qiao (8/5): I like the stay here and will like to recommend to friends. - The room is large, the location is super, and the design of apartment is elegant. The key is a bit tough to open, no big deal.

• Minshull (9/5): Great apartment in an amazing, yet quiet, position - Excellent position, withing easy walking distance of everything you could need. Building is clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful, even allowing us early access. Kitchen could do with a few more accessories
• Mohammed (7/5): Generally good - Spacious flat on the fifth floor with relatively quiet surrounding. It was close (10~15 minutes walking) to the historical sites. The flat was generally clean, kitchen was well-equipped (dishwasher, utensils, etc.). It’s a slightly old apartment and furniture, and not very well maintained (few broken stuff). The bathroom had no ventilation. The terrace looks neglected. Mattresses need to be replaced; they were very uncomfortable. The check-in instructions were unclear. The process could be greatly improved by providing in advance the code for the main-door intercom/entry system and guidance on which elevator to use (we took our bags to the fifth floor, only to be told by the host to use a different elevator, which is something was not mentioned before).

• Jože (9/5): Superb - Good location, quite close to historical center. Free parking. Within accomodation are dish and cloth washing machine. This is nice. But no cleaning solvents or tablets for them. Useless equipment if you don't have accesories.
• Ivan (10/5): Erasmus+ - Excellent location. Central location. Quiet accommodation on the fifth floor with an elevator. Even if you are in the city center, you will not hear the noise from the street. Good solution. Parking garage. Small bed. The double bed is more for one person. Mattresses need to be replaced. Ideal for three - four people. You can also sleep in the living room.
• Ankica (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice appartment and quiet surrounding, everything was as on the photos. Only 15 minutes from the Hard rock cafe. If I ever return to Malaga, I will go to this very appartment. Nothing comes to mind.
• Bram (7/5): Good stay in Malaga - Great location next to the station. Torremolinos is only 24 min away. Near the centre of Malaga! Spacious place. Could be a bit more clean (bedsheets and floor)

• Amanda (4/5): Not well maintained - The location was really good, we were able to walk to Playa de La Malagueta and other tourists spots easily. The washing machine and air conditioner were of good service. When we got to the apartment the host had left the keys inside a plumbing tube in the middle of the street because we were 15 minutes delayed and she had to greet other guests, then we got all of our bags to the apartment floor only to find out it wasn’t there and we should’ve taken another elevator which was never explained to us. The apartment itself is quite old, along with everything inside, there were a lot of broken things. Don’t count on the amenities, bring your shower cream, shampoos and etc. The single beds were uncomfortable. There was also some construction happening inside another apartment and the noise was awful during most of our stay, not the host’s fault, but would’ve been nice to get some heads up on that.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good location, property could be better maintained - very good location, specious apartment, it was useful to have parking The property was not very well maintained (for example the door knob kept falling off), the kitchen was dated and not very clean.
• Ciaran (2/5): Unprofessional management. Dreadful experience. - The location was convenient and close to bus and train station. Firstly, communication was poor. We were left waiting in the street for half an hour and the phone number provided was not answered. Secondly, apartment had not been cleaned and we had to go out for a few hours when it was being done. Old and bobbled bed sheets. Thirdly, condition and maintenance of apartment was extremely poor. Serious concern about safety of electrical fittings and gas boiler where exhaust flue was dangling and not attached. We were only staying two days and had an early flight so decided to stay and ventilate by opening windows when using hot water. When we complained to hosts, they said if we had told them, they could have fixed these very quickly "without professional assistance". Their agent was there half an hour before we were let in! Did he not notice the problems? And to suggest fixing gas boiler "without professional assistance"??? They hadn't even fixed the broken door knob reported in a review three months ago!
