• Brigid (6/5): I wouldn't book again - for this price - some things advertised were not there - Nice and clean - good patio area There was no dryer and the laundry was communal on another level which we didnt expect and no dryer. WIFI was poor and there is no BBQ on the patio at all. There is also a hole in the ceiling which had rain pouring in from it. There is no onsite parking which we were led to believe there was... I tried to communicate with owners through booking.com and through the mobile but no reply.
• Gavin (1/5): I’m too upset a ruined holiday taking matters further - Location & views No air conditioning floors filthy,holes in ceiling,ants everywhere and last I have video of maggots making my partner throw up & no bbq was bbq bottle & tools no bbq

• Maureen (10/5): Excellent. Very impressed with the accommodation. Need to be aware of the birds on the verandah. - Would have appreciated a reply from the host. Phone number is there if we have any enquiries but no reply regarding my courtesy txt to inform them of bed lamp not working, metal cover loose on the inside front door and remote control damaged.
• Trevor (3/5): Great location but unit need a good clean . Don’t think it’s worth the price charged unless they give refunds . - Great views Not very clean . Main fridge not working and not told about it before we arrived . Three TV remotes on table no instructions in booklet on how to work it . Went to use microwave under glass plate dirty!!!
• Darren (8/5): Good stayover for a local. - Great views, full floor, bonus spa. Nice personal touches.Quiet location. Steep stairs, no air con, on strret parking.
• Jake (6/5): 18 steep polished stairs is not practical for mature aged people - No air con at all anywhere in the unit Stairs were severe and sharp and had 18 stairs and were way too steep up to the penthouse for mature aged people with luggage and goods to retrieve as well .

• Braedon (10/5): A great destination for a silent getaway from reality, cosy with an amazing view - It was a great place with a beautiful view and amazing vibes about the house in general, It felt like home during my time there. The fan switch in the room is missing The blankets are amazing but an extra 1 would do so much I didn't like that I couldn't stay there longer, it's an amazing area

• Daryl (4/5): For us it was close to the family who we were visiting, plus close to the beach for walks - Great views, separate bedroom, good bathrooms. Stairs getting to the penthouse (Steep), the bed was dangerous due to he extra large bed base, extends past the mattress by a good 6inchs all-round, plus being wooden & with the wooden floor tends to blend together, you are constantly walking into it, hitting you shins!!!. (Large bed with not much room to walk around) In built fridge/freezer didn't work, little separate small fridge & freezer supplied, freezer iced up badly, coffee machine didn't work, TV control awkward to work out.

• Christine (7/5): Great location to Redcliffe area and close to public transport - Close to the water. Quiet at night very comfy bed. Pillows were terrible and the bedroom wasn’t dark enough at night due to Venetian blinds. No extra blankets.
• Ebony (10/5): The get away I needed - I thought this property had everything I needed beautiful views as well as a beautiful kitchen you can cook in the bed was unbelievably comfy and the unit overall was very clean and felt very homey
• David (8/5): Very good - Great view from the balcony. Facilities clean. Location awesome. Getting your shins cracked from the base of the bed getting in and out.
• Alan (4/5): Didnt meet Penthouse standard. Just a modern top floor open plan appartment. Will not return. - Top floor layout good, made the most of views. Bright and spacious with modern decor. Bed mattress comfy. No communication about large fridge freezer not working. We had a weeks food and frozen. Small bar fridge supplied. Small bar freezer installed for us next day after phone call. Needs to be cleaner. Hairs in bathroom, micro wave dirty, Bed frame corners lethal. No fly screens. Coffee table legs loose had to tighten myself finger tight only, needs fixing. Water comes from kitchen skylight in heavy rain, thank goodness we had borrowed beach towels ( none supplied ). Batteries missing in media tv hand sets, only 1 station tuned and no instructions for media use. Bedroom smoke alarm missing. Bedside globe missing and power socket not working. All bar stool bases rusty. 2 out of 3 key boxes not numbered. Hallway light switch outside apartment on stair well landing. BBQ dirty.Deck slider door hard to slide. 6 wall pictures missing.

• Scott (7/5): Think about the description - The place was clean and very nice. The bed and the spa. The surrounding around the bed are shin knockers. A king size bed It's meant to bed like a couples resort. Put a couples spa in. It's not on a quite st. It's on a main road. Very busy. Esp friday and sat nights. Definitely not like a PENTHOUSE I've ever stayed at No Air Conditioning. No private car park.

The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped and stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We would seek out this property again in the future. We hadn't noticed when we booked that there was no secure parking available.

We messaged direct to owners mobile and thru booking.com app - no reply till last day but offered not help. No heating in the unit.

• Juliana (9/5): Relaxing! - Clean, beautiful view and comfortable. Only feedback would be to have flyscreens on windows so they can be opened up without mozzies coming in. Only one window in ensuite has flyscreens.

• Wesley (5/5): Passable - Great position. Lovely apartment and very well presented. Checkin after hours process was easy. Apartment needs to have air-conditioning. We were working and came home to sleep in a very hot apartment.

• Marion (8/5): Very comfortable clean accommodation close to the water. - Very clean unit, well equipped. Full size fridge and freezer, large deck with sea views and breezes. Location was good for walks along the beach. It is not easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops. We needed to drive to places we needed to go. no undercover parking. The main bed has a very large timber frame that jutted out from the mattress.
• Steven (5/5): Passable - The location was good once you got to know where everything was. The markets on Sunday morning were great. Couldn't get spa bath to work. Need to let people the number of steps to access apartment , could be difficult to older guests . Also need to let it be know parking is on the street.

• Maryika (9/5): The street was very quiet and mostly peaceful ... - Loved that you left me a lovely bottle of red in the miniature version. ❤️ I did not realise that there was an allocated parking bay for my vehicle until the last day of my stay.. this needs to be noted as parking on the street did not feel comfortable . I needed information on how to work the TV. Net flix... I’m not tec savey😊
