• Mariia (6/5): - Очень много удобств, практически все имеется. Особенно удивила электрическая батарея, очень быстро нагревается и можно регулировать температуру. Ещё понравилось удобство использования телевизора. Есть посуда, есть моющие средства, все как положено. На протяжении всей поездки очень напрягало, что все наше местоположение передавалось владельцу черед чип на ключах. Я так понимаю, это сделано для того, что бы не потерять ключи, но зачем же каждый раз передавать все данные владельцу? Было некомфортно ездить с осознанием, что все контролируется. Частые сообщения от владельца. Отзыв, можно сказать, выклянчили 😅 но да ладно, нам ведь действительно все понравилось

• Annette (9/5): - Ein hübsches kleines Apartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Der perfekte Rückzugsort für ein verlängertes Kölnwochenede. Wir sind mit dem Auto zur nächsten S-Bahnhaltestelle gefahren und waren somit schnell in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verpflegung gab's fußläufig. Parken in der Nähe des Apartements war immer möglich. Alles super 👍

• Victoria (7/5): Overall should have payed more and stayed in Köln. - The kitchen had plenty utensils and spices 👍 The host is really fast with her replies. 1. When we arrived the rooms were freezing 🥶 (around 14 degrees), the radiators were cold. I had to contact the host to learn how to heat the room. This was very bad first impression. Thankfully the host was quick to respond. 2. The location is really far from center (which I was prepared for) But there is no straight connection to Köln, you have to take the bus then switch to S-Bahn. We ended up getting taxi more than planned. Extra expences, Inconvenient. 📍 3. Uncomfortable bedding — pillows are too big, with no alternative, bad matress 🛌

• Георгий З. (9/5): Очень и очень уютные аппартаменты в Кёльне в уютном районе. Далеко в центре, но это вообще неважно - 1. Очень уютные апартаменты во Флиттарде. Расположены на первом этаже двухэтажного дома в очень приятном районе с низкоэтажной застройкой и хорошей инфраструктурой. 2. Да, апартаменты находятся далеко от центра Кельна, но лично я это знал заранее и меня все устроило. В одном квартале от апартаментов есть автобусная остановка, откуда можно доехать до станции S-Bahn, а оттуда примерно за 10–15 минут до Центрального вокзала Кельна. Но я даже советую пару раз прогуляться до станции пешком, потому что район действительно очень уютный и красивый. Много деревьев, прогулочных дорожек, по которым приятно гулять осенью. Есть большой парк в 15 минутах ходьбы, а также несколько крупных супермаркетов в 5–10 минутах от апартаментов. 3. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания пары или одного путешественника: полноценная кухня с большим кухонным столом, стульями, плитой, раковиной, холодильником, чайником и микроволновкой. Спальня с кроватью, тумбочкой, шкафом для одежды и вещей, телевизором и пылесосом. Очень просторная и чистая ванная комната с набором мыльных принадлежностей и хорошим феном. Есть также небольшая прихожая с вешалками, крючками и полкой для вещей и мелочей. 4. Кровать. Нет, не так. КРОВАТЬ!!! Это просто нечто. Это одна из самых уютных и комфортных кроватей, которые я встречал за всю свою туристическую жизнь. Конечно, бывали премиальные мягкие матрасы, но особенность этой кровати в том, что помимо удобного матраса и одеяла здесь еще и очень приятные большие подушки, которые будто обнимают тебя. А сама кровать расположена в таком п-образном углу, где тепло и уютно, а стены создают чувство защищенности. Все, что я описал в разделе минусы, можно простить только за эту кровать. 5. В квартире есть несколько электронагревателей, поэтому всегда было тепло и уютно. В целом плита, микроволновка, холодильник, освещение и Wi-Fi работали отлично, проблем не было. Много розеток, в том числе возле кровати, удобно заряжать смартфоны. 6. 1. В апартаментах был достаточно дешевый чайник, из которого пахло, но это не было проблемой, так как была рабочая микроволновка. 2. Холодильник встроен в кухню и имеет мебельный фасад на дверце, но панель, которая навешана на дверцу холодильника, установлена немного неправильно. Из-за этого при закрывании фасад слегка трет о корпус ниши, в которую встроен холодильник. Проще говоря, когда вы закрываете холодильник и кажется, что он уже плотно закрыт, на деле нужно немного дожать дверцу, иначе продукты могут размокнуть из-за неплотного закрытия. 3. Микроволновка расположена практически над электроплитой, из-за чего, когда вы что-то готовите, пар поднимается прямо в вентиляционные отверстия микроволновки. Это может со временем привести к ее поломке. 4. Несмотря на большой размер ванной комнаты, душевая кабинка немного тесная, и в процессе мытья я не раз случайно касался ее стенок, что было немного неприятно. Душ всегда дает горячую воду, но она течет с нормальной температурой только при максимальном напоре. Если напор меньше, то даже при полностью открытом горячем кране вода все равно текла холодная. 5. Сомнительным решением на мой взгляд было постелить ламинат в ванной комнате. Выглядит это аккуратно, ногам приятно, но видно, что он не полностью водостойкий и не рассчитан на постоянные лужи возле душа. При моем проживании набухание паркета было минимальным и почти незаметным, но со временем может стать более выраженным. Нужна хотя бы информационная табличка с просьбой не оставлять лужи воды и вытирать, чтобы сберечь ламинат . 6. Вентиляция в ванной работает только при включенном свете и немного шумит. Если ночью нужно сходить в туалет, то свет и шум могут мешать уснуть. 7. В душе было около четырех флаконов геля для душа, но им было не очень приятно мыть голову — он почти не мылится. При уборке их, конечно, обновили, но я бы предпочел, чтобы выдавали отдельно шампунь и гель для душа. 8.

• Michael (10/5): Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen - Trotz der "Randlage" war man schnell in der Innenstadt mit der S-Bahn, Parkplatz in der Straße jederzeit verfügbar. Das Bett ist mega bequem, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffeekapseln waren da. Bad ist ebenfalls top. Und die Heizkörper (Infrarot) machen eine schöne Wärme am herbstlich kühlen Abend. Schlüsselübergabe läuft reibungslos über ein Kästchen mit Zahlenschloss. Rundum tolle Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nichts, es war perfekt

Salle de bains très bien Logement très calme, pas de bruit de la rue. Cologne est à 35/40 minutes en bus + train de Cologne. Attention dernier train le soir est à 20:30. Ou alors il faut faire un trajet beaucoup plus long.

• Denis (9/5): Superb - A small, but nice flat. Many small pleasant things which make you stay comfortable. Like coffee capsules and shampoo. The check in and out can be done by yourself without meeting with the host. It’s easy to park the car and to go to the city center by bus. The apartment is on the first floor with matte windows. No washing machine.

• Michael (10/5): Amazing stay!! - The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bathroom is lovely, and the shower is amazing. There is plenty of storage for hanging up your clothes, the bed clothes are of really good quality and there is a lovely fresh fragrance when you walk in. We loved that there was a kitchenette, 2 hobs, a microwave, a fridge, and all the pots and pans that you need. The apartment seems to be in the suburbs of Cologne, with fantastic scenery. At the top of the road is the 152 bus that's brings you to the Tram services. (Download the KVB app for your 24hr or 48hr bus and tram ticket). We had a lovely time and can't wait to return. We did have an issue and locked ourselves out by mistake, and we contacted Laura, the owner, and she responded quick and had the problem solved in no time! Fantastic service. It's not a dislike just a personal preference, but the curtains in the bedroom area are a little lite, so light gets in in the morning. They are white and add to the clean, crisp look of the apartment. I love a really dark room. I was still able to sleep and have a great lie on as the bed is very comfortable.
