• M. Alessandra (9/5): Excelente y cómodo. - La ubicación, 10 min del ave, 3 min de la catedral, a nada del centro ideal si estas sin coche.Ideal con niños, silencioso y cómodo. Para poner algo, quizás algun detalle para los que llegan luego de las 20 hs como capsula de cafe leche o algun detalle. Lo solucionamos yendo a un mercado que está hasta la 1 am a unas 5 calles.

Loads of space. Great firm beds. Access to apartment via a key box outside the apartment. We booked literally 5 minutes before arrival and received à Whattsap w instructions.

• Sleepwellgoodnight (9/5): Beautiful apartment, centrally located - Apartment is spacious and in a very central location right at the main entrance point to the historic center, with a parking garage directly at that square. It's also just a short walk from the train station (10min for us). The shades make it possible to sleep absolutely quiet and to keep the room cool. No aircon (not necessary from our perception), but ceiling-mounted fans in all rooms. Clean, modernized bathroom. We got a message with instructions how to enter the building. They seemed perfect. The first step didn't work as it should, so I called the host. The host doesn't speak English and hang up the phone, leaving me confused. I tried to call again, then the host wrote a message in Spanish. GoogleTranslate said it included the notion that a malfunction wasn't possible and I should try again. We tried again and it worked. I respect the lack of English skills, but recommend to learn "Sorry, I do not speak good Spanish. Let's do this with GoogleTranslate via WhatsApp or text.", and then do not leave the translation task to me. In the end, I consider this a minor detail, as ultimately it WAS resolved within five minutes and the rest of the stay was just perfect.

• Elsa (10/5): We had a great stay we where only for two full days but it is comfortable for 4 people the apartment has 2 bedrooms and - The property is very centrally located and close to everything, the building it is quite and the apartment was very clean and spacious I like all
• Victoria (8/5): Wonderful location, would be five star with a little attention to detail. - Great location, spacious and largely well appointed. Underground parking station nearby. Noise from the plaza largely blocked out when windows closed. As tea drinkers we were disappointed there was no kettle ( and the coffee machine appeared to be non-functioning too.) We were also a little surprised that there were sheets and towels hanging on an airer in the apartment when we arrived… not sure if this is usual practice but haven’t come across it before. I folded the laundry and stored in cupboard. The floor needed a good mop, when walking around without shoes our socks became dirty. Communication from host was only when prompted, the night before our arrival we hadn’t received any check in details until I messaged asking how we should get in. There was no reply to my last message.
