• Roger (8/5): Good location - Excellent location. Surprisingly quiet (on 5th floor) given the proximity to the party areas of Brussels. Room/hotel appears to have had a soft renovation, so the room feels new, clean and modern. 5th floor provided views over the rooftops to top of Grand Place buildings. The bathroom didn't appear to have been included in renovations. The shower was situated facing over the bath into the bathroom with only a small screen so lots of water spraying around. The sink was clearly worn. Lifts were "original".

La ubicación del hotel desde la estación del tren es de unos 5 minutos caminando. Si llevas 2 valijas (maletas) o más, será reto ya que las aceras son en piedras. No obstante la localización es espectacular y el ambiente cercano tambien.

• Corinne (9/5): Excellent séjour - L'hôtel Alma est très bien situé, à 5 mn à pied de la Grand Place. Le personnel est très professionnel et disponible. Les chambres sont impeccables et très calmes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Une salade de fruits dans le buffet du petit déjeuner serait appréciée.

• Pei Ling (10/5): Comfy cosy great hotel stay @ Belgium - Location: central to grand place, all restaurants, shops & train station. Excellent staff - Ewa, she makes our stay exceptional. Clean room - Housekeeper did great job Breakfast- selection same but no complains..the kitchen staffs always ensure the food are top up & buffet area tip top clean Bed & pillow comfy, room the layout double level access through a spiral stairs way, good for family & friend group travel. We really enjoy our 1 weeks stay here. The shower area tends to flood but can request for plumbing equipment. So just have to give a few pump at the drainage so not a big deal.

El parking estaba un poco alejado y la información de Booking decía que el parking eran 22 euros por día, pero eso no fue así, pagamos 30 € por día en el más cercano al Hotel..
• Preller (8/5): Nice hotel, good location - Good location not far from Bruxelles Central Station, the Grand Place, and the National Art Gallery (Old Masters Museum). Excellent breakfast as well. Also there is a convenient laundromat on the next block, very clean. We were halfway through a 3 week vacation and needed to do laundry. Quiet street, pedestrian traffic only. Heavy duvets are too hot for sleep. Would prefer the option of a sheet and blanket.

• Lothar (4/5): - Der Empfang im Hotel war nur begrenzt,weil keiner deutsch sprach. Das Zimmer ( 105 ) war, bis auf ein paar Macken und unsaubere Gardinen, in Ordnung. Trotz schriftlicher , vorheriger Nachfrage konnte man mir keine Zufahrtbeschreibung fürs Auto senden. Das Hotel ist nur fußläufig erreichbar. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 30 Euro die Nacht. Da die Zimmertüren keine ausreichende Dichtung haben, sondern beim schließen Holz auf Holz schlägt, war für eine unruhige Nacht gesorgt. Der Badewannen-Duschvorhang könnte 10cm weiter in den Raum befestigt werden,damit man sich beim Duschen nicht so eingeengt vorkommt. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken könnte weiter vom Waschbeckenrand montiert werden,damit man sich die Hände vernünftig waschen kann. Eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen geht heute garniert mehr.

Uteserveringene ligger tett i tett utenfor hotellet, og Grand’-Place er bare 150 m unna. Avstanden til sentralstasjonen, Brussel Central, er omtrent 300 meter - ingen vits i å bruke taxi! Mislikte ingenting.

• Jane (10/5): Lovely hotel, great location and fab staff - The location is great, so close to Central Station but in a pretty street that was quiet after 10.30/11pm. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. It was also nice and quiet in the hotel - no noise from neighbouring rooms 😁. Breakfast was good, on the whole They had run out of scrambled egg by 8.50 one morning and the man I asked said there wouldn't be any more. It didn't spoil my stay though!

Les chambres sont étroites on ne pouvait pas ouvrir une des portes de l’armoire qui choquait contre le lit. L escalier pour descendre à la salle de bain est très dangereux , instable !!! Une des barrettes qui soutient la rambarde c‘ est cassé et donc tombé au sol pendant que je descendais j aurai pu tombé ou bien causé un grave accident s il y aurait eu mon amie au bas de l escalier. Un des ascenseurs se bloque et monter au 5 étage à pied c est pas commode!! Le robinet du lavabo quant vous l’ouvrez ca vous douche entièrement !! Ils ont essayé d arranger sans succès ! Pas de renouvellement en 4 jours des échantillons de cortons etc.. on a eu droit à une serviette de douche d un blanc gris douteux !! L air conditionné n’ a pas fonctionné une seul fois pendant les 4 nuits de séjour , et même pas de réparation on vous offre juste un ventilateur !! Ayant communiquer gentillement au personnel , il vous propose ou de changer de chambre ou il mois on offert un petit déjeuner avant notre départ !! Qui part la suite voulait nous faire payer. Nous disant que nous avions pris un petit déjeuner le premier jour … alors que pas du tout !!!

Tinhamos comprado uns queijos e tivemos que pedir para a recepcionista do hotel guardar o que nos foi educadamente atendido. Tivemos a sensação de que o banheiro não era totalmente limpo como deveria. Café da manhã com poucas opções, não vale o valor que cobram, tomamos o café somente no primeiro dia e depois comemos fora.

Unfortunately there was a lot of street noise until the early hours of the morning. Mostly people talking loudly / shouting. I am not sure what can be done about this, as it is city centre location. This did mean that most members of our party did have a disturbed night’s sleep on one or more nights.

• frank (8/5): Si l'occasion s'en présentait, nous reviendrions dans cet hôtel sans aucune restriction. - Hôtel idéalement situé pour des visites et découvertes à pieds. La chambre, spacieuse, était très confortable et très propre. Le personnel était tout à fait présent pour répondre à notre demande touristique, bien plus qu'hôtelière. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Petit détail: un rideau de douche bien plus long aurait été plus adapté pour éviter d'arroser le sol de la petite salle de bain malgré toutes les précautions prises . De plus, une forte odeur d'égout émanait de la douche et arrivait à se propager dans la chambre dès que nous fermions la fenêtre de la salle de bain...

Das Frühstücksbüffet war klein, aber fein. Alles vorhanden gewesen, was man zu einem guten Frühstück benötigt. Nichts, es war alles super.
