- Jason (3/5): Good location, but please get an exterminator - The room itself was fine for the price i paid. Good A/C and strong wi-fi. The location was good, a lot of street food vendors and restaurants within walking distance, and very close to the La Thanh train station. This place has a roach problem. I let the building manager know and he provided a Raid spray bottle. I killed about 6 roaches in the 6 nights I stayed there. the manager needs to hire an exterminator, as other people have complained about the roaches.

Ima buba u smeštaju, kupatilo ne održavano, curi voda iz wc, kamenac po pločicama, TV ne radi i ako stoji u ponudi, wifi loš, u kuhinji nema ni jedne čaše, ni kašike ni viljuške ni noža ni štapića.... Ne verujem da bih ponovo došao pa ni za besplatno.

The room is a condo, a lot larger than I expected. the road is a one way street for car, so if your driver doesnt know about it, you end up dragging a suitcase for while a bit walk
- Heather (7/5): Decent for the cheap price but wouldn’t return - Good location on a quiet street with lots of nice clothes shops, 2 minute walk from busier area/ main road so very easy to get grab taxi. 24/7 entry and exit, check in easy. The place was decently clean apart from the floor, the air conditioning leaked and the shower was always cold. Also no soap provided but cheap to buy locally.

- Sho (6/5): わるくはない - アパートのロケーションと基本的な設備はOKでした。 シーツとタオル交換は２日で1回でした。 1週間滞在しました。 ○キッチンまわり、調理器具などは清潔とは言えません。 ○虫が出ます。私は滞在中に大きいゴキブリを合計4匹殺しました。さらにキッチンテーブルの上をたくさんの小さい虫が這っています。 ○GoogleMapでこのアパートメントの住所を入力するとピンがズレることがあります。

Very quiet at night. Very good security. The apartments with 1 bedroom: clean, functional, good mattress, wardrobe, shower and sink with hot water, kitchenette, sofa, table. Balcony on the street. Very good wifi for working.

- Alice (2/5): Very poor - No one messaged me back for ages so was unsure if I would be able to check in. The man downstairs seemed annoyed anytime I wanted to leave. I booked for two days and woke up to messages saying I was past checkout as I had to move rooms for the second day. The shower was freezing and after running it a while it flooded into the bathroom where there was no drain.

- Uyen (7/5): Good - The room is clean and quite lovely, you got almost everything but not the television, it's just somehow pretty funny. Anyway, the location is perfect if you wanna buy a lot of nice, young clothes. 11 AM CLOSED, 6:00 AM OPEN. SHOULD GIVE THIS PUBLIC TO CUSTOMERS. BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. THE SECURITY IS FRIENDLY BUT HMMM, PRETTY GOSSIP.
