STANIMIR (3/5): - Location When you make reservation for two people you expect two sets of towels. Not in this place! No coffee capsules for the coffee machine. No light in the kitchen. They even do not provide toilet paper - bring your own before you go there !

Laura (1/5): Terrible. - Located in city center. Everything else. I rented 2 apartments. Not clean, 1 hair dryer broken, the other had a plug that didn’t fit the wall with no adapter! Bugs in refrigerator, hair on bed sheets. Terrible smell. The entry of my apartment looked like a storage facility, with boxes and all sorts of items piled on top of each other, a perfect insect breeding ground. Instructions to check in and check out were like following some sort of scavenger hunt, with no chance of success. The “clear video instructions were a joke. It honestly felt like it had been designed by a small person on a power trip. I was provided different apartment floor information by 2 separate representatives, so the check in /check out lock box information didn’t work and of course they tried to blame us for everything. I am an educated person, and have extensively traveled. I am certainly no fool. This entry/exit situation was absolutely beyond. Even when we told them our sheets had hair on them and the room stank, he just told us to change the sheets ourselves and spray some deodorant that was in the closet. My drawer meant for my toiletries held a used toilet plunger and soap was empty. Street noise was so loud that it was impossible to keep the windows open at night. A tiny fan was provided, entirely inadequate considering location. I asked for an extra pillow due to a neck injury. My request was ignored. It is abundantly clear that the owner has never once spent a night in either of these apartments. It was horrible, and the most infuriating part is that the owner absolutely couldn’t have cared less. His only attempt to rectify anything was to possibly have a maid come by to spray the same deodorant he mentioned was in our closet. Not even an offer to actually clean the place! Certainly no apology, or offer to make anything right. DO NOT STAY HERE.
