• Emilia (7/5): - Normalny pobyt w stosunku do ceny w Singapurze. Prywatność, dostęp do kawy i czajnika. Czysta pościel. Bardzo uprzejmy Pan w recepcji. Pan z Recepcji sprzątał również na zewnątrz. Łatwy check in i check out. Bardziej otoczenie niż sam hostel. Karaluchy przy restauracjach, jak na Singapur, który jest postrzegany jako bardzo czysty, poziom czystości w restauracjach dookoła był zaskakujący.

• A (7/5): - I liked that WIFI provided on the property was good and the bed sheets were clean and odorless. It was a very comfy and spacious sleeping pod with AC and plugs to charge. Other guests were quiet and there was never a line for the bathroom. The top bunk was a bit too high up every time I had to go up it was like climbing a ladder and if I fell off that would definitely hurt a lot.

• San2020 (8/5): - Location nearby to kallang mrt station, easy access with public transport, staff being so nice, maybe it's good to provide indoor sandals. Some guests follow the rules of staying inside the dorm, talk over the phone that's kind of disturbing, bear in time it's time after 10pm.

• Ng (3/5): - Stayed in a mixed upper deck, air ventilation is almost not existence once you close up the curtain, and I have to sleep in opposite direction with my top off, and greeted with special guest, bed bug. The shared toilet is okay as long as you pray that don't have someone that nuked a chemical warhead that lingers and you can smell from 15 meters away Im poor so these experience is kinda expected so that's on me

No proper shoe stand – I had to leave my shoes on the floor, and someone spilled coffee on them. 3. Lack of regular cleaning during the stay. 4. Water dispenser on the first floor hasn’t been properly serviced – last service was March 2024, next scheduled for September 2024, which hasn’t been done for a year. 5. No cups provided to drink water. 6. Safety concern – during the night, someone tried to enter my capsule; I had to shout, and they left.

• Danthanh (8/5): Super convenient location if attending concert at Singapore indoor/national stadium. - The location was super convenient. Very close to a bus stop and an mrt station. Very convenient place to stay if you are attending a concert at the Singapore indoor or national stadium as the 11 bus takes you right there. The place is decently clean for a place filled with people. The bathroom set up is communal but people seemed to keep it clean. When I was there people respected the quiet after nine rule and if you did hear noise it was usually due to someone coughing/sneezing or accidentally dropping/bumping something. The lock to the all female room didn’t work so the door could never be fully closed. However the guy in charged did sit at the desk most of the time to keep an eye on the place. The capsule itself was ok. The beds were a little hard and the sheets and comforter were clean. On my first night there I did see a bug on my bed (I squished it). Idk if it was a bed bug or small spider cause I didn’t have my glasses on but after checking underneath the sheets and in the folds of the mattress I didn’t find any traces of beg bugs. The guy changes the bedding after every guest so that gave me some peace of mind but idk. But begbugs are always a risk when staying at any place.

• Takaya (2/5): 床で寝れる位の人ならお勧めします。 - 駅、レストラン、スーパーマーケットまでは近かった。 冷房と扇風機をガンガン回していて外との温度差で体調が悪くなった。ベッドが薄すぎてとても寝れるレベルじゃなかったのでたまたま持ってきていたキャンプ用のマットと寝袋でなんとか寝れた。宿泊スタッフはほぼいないし連絡をしても全く返事がないので何も期待しないで下さい。最後の日に住み込みで働いてるスタッフが居たことに気づきました。清潔感もなく掃除をもう少しして欲しい。部屋はレビュー通り窓が無いので真っ暗なので朝日を浴びるには外に這い出るしかない。ここからは客の問題だが、鬼のようにゲップを永遠としてるやつや深夜まで着信音が響いてるやつや夜中に普通のトーンで喋ってうるさいやつがいました。あと都会のホステルにありがちなずっと住んでいるあろうやつ等、客層があまりよろしくない。冷蔵庫は付いているけどパンパンなので入れる隙もないし掃除されていないのでとても汚いです。 ロッカーはあるのですが小さいのでスーツケースなどは入りません。ぱっと見は綺麗なだけにとても不快な三日間を過ごしました。

• Anne-Lou (6/5): Fait l'affaire pour un court séjour. - Établissement plutôt calme, ok pour un court séjour. Nous avions réservé pour 2 personnes en même temps et nous avons été dispersés dans 2 chambres. Les matelas sont très fins, on a l'impression de dormir sur du bois.

• Selina (3/5): Poor - Easy to check in and check out. The capsules are a lot harder to get onto, especially if you are staying in the upper bunk as the capsules do not look like the pictures. The stairs are like “shelves” which is significantly harder to climb. The other residents also do not follow the rules, so just be careful as there are people “stealing beds” and causing a ruckus at 6am in the morning, and they wear their outside shoes into the dorms. Last but not least, the toilets are so cramped with no ventilations in the showers, so you will just sweat as you take the shower. The toilet paper and sink is also not well managed as there is no toilet paper nearly all the time and there are no staff on duty so you cannot ask for the location to fill up yourself. The lockers are also very badly maintained with the locks falling off. Overall would not visit again.

Had to check in myself, but I didn't have the code, because I booked at short notice (when at he airport) and could not book that night, because it was after midnight.

Unfortunately The bedsheets were not changed, and the room didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re desperate for a place near the airport for one night.

• Terrence (8/5): Cheap, Comfortable and Accessible - The property had very helpful staff who were able to help with navigating Singapore. Other travellers not respecting dorm rules. Lights and noise after hours.

The online check in is ok, but not great. The guy who works here is super lovely and making sure everything was good with our stay. But it was the property and facilities that weren’t great at all. Dark and unclear where everything is. Seems it needs a good clear out and redesign. No room for anything. Bed a solid and curtains hanging off a bit but the capsules were still ok itself. Not really a capsule hotel though. Not very clean and very cluttered, no space and lockers are to small, needs a better layout and redesign. Not a capsule hotel at all. More like a bad designed hostel

However the bathrooms were really gross and one of us had bedbugs… they cleaned the bed and changed the sheets but didn’t give any compensation even though we have had to wash all our clothes and my friend was covered in bites.

• Francesca (4/5): Good base for sightseeing but could do with some improvements - Liked the size of the pods and that they had good blackout curtains. Staff were friendly and guests were respectful and didn’t make too much noise. Great proximity to the MRT station (Kallang) making it easy to get around. The signage on the dorm doors is outdated so it said I was in a male only dorm when I was later informed it is in fact mixed. Online checkin was an issue when I had questions to ask a member of staff and couldn’t get hold of anyone until much later. The bed felt really hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor, resulting in me having a bad back for a couple days. Ideally the lockers would be larger to keep big rucksacks/suitcases, or offer a separate luggage store so big bags aren’t blocking the way in the dorms. Shower and toilet facilities were often very dirty and needed more frequent cleans. Disappointed considering the price I paid but provided a base for the couple days I was in the city.

• Puteri (5/5): Okay - Went there for Seventeen Concert located in National Stadium. It just walkable from MRT Kallang Station. Walkable distance to National Stadium as well. Easy check-in. Staff nice. I was able to check in 1 hour before the check in time. Got vending machine outside the hotel, and near to 24H mamak restaurant. Room : the room was just beside the check-in counter, upon entering it has unpleasant smell. i got the upper bunk bed. Need to be very careful going up. And when I got up, there was hairs beside the bed, and ?crackers / bread crumbs. It was not properly clean. The toilet is located outside the room, and shared (female + male). Toilet not very clean (they provide soap, shampoo)

• Koon (1/5): BED BUGS AND UNCLEAN PODS - Few steps away from the nearest MRT but that's the only good thing about it. Got bit by bed bugs and had to kill one myself. Still itched days after, and had to deep clean EVERYTHING I BROUGHT. The pod I got looked like it hasn't been cleaned since long ago because there were lots of bed bugs stains, hair, and dust. I didn't see any cleaners and there was only one receptionist. Bathrooms were clean enough but nothing mattered if there're bed bugs in the pods. If you're placed near the window, be prepared to sleep with loud vehicle noises all night because the main road is just out there. No breakfast like advertised.
• Koon (1/5): BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY!!! - The only things good about it are the proximity to Kallang MRT and lots of showers and toilets. I was bitten by bed bugs the first night I slept there and discovered the several bumps on my body later during the day. When I came back the second night I checked under the beds and lo and behold- live bed bugs! I even had to personally kill one that mostly had my blood. Room F. The bed capsule looks like it’s never been deep cleaned before, and there are a lot of spotted stains, dust and hair beneath the mattress. Mind you, bed bugs are NOT a light matter and bc of this I would never come back to those hostel (and I’ve stayed at many without any similar issues)
