• cheikhndiaye (1/5): - Premier séjour en octobre très bien Réservation annulée sans explications qui tient la route. Soit ! Mais même pas pris le temps de nous avertir. On débarque à 20h fatigué d'un long voyage et puis au moment du checking on nous dit il n'y a pas plus de chambre et on nous envoie balader dans les hôtels à côté qui n'ont rien à voir en terme de standings. Peut-être juste de la malchance mais je suis bien échaudé malgré un premier séjour au mois d'octobre qui été top à part les bruits de la rue

Está todo muy céntrico La habitación que da a la calle principal son ruidosas nos cambiaron a una interior que si son silenciosas y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas a Santa Sofia, Mezquita Azul, Sultanahmet.
• Marius (8/5): Good location. Room is fine with bigger m2 area. - We 2+1 (kid 4y) stayed at Executive Suite, kid on the sofa, Feb20, for 2 nights, between flights. Rooms is at last, floor 5th i guess. At this floor is only two rooms, left and right, so no noise. Elevator goes until 4th floor, so last steps must be finished by legs which is romantic in some way. -Recycling paper bins outside rooms, lovely since locals do not recycle at all, so point is counted here. -Room include with small kitchen and a water tap with a sink. -Generally this spot is in the old town, from here taxi, bus, metro, and ferry is hand reachable. - Big bonus to this place is 50m from metro line. - Big bonus this place is 150m from main taxi lot. Good spot to deal in advance taxi drive to Istanbul airport for 30eur, but it is not easy task :) . Since taxi driver was other old guy witch drove us to airport, in the end wanted charge more, but turn the smiley and walk away for your self destiny. The tourist life. -The view from round windows, not even expect see panorama view, just opposite house, those windows purpose is different. Sky window in the ceilings was leaking water :), but no drama here. Want the view, select penthouse room only and order blue sky in advance. -Breakfast was included, but not expect much. Stuff brings a plate of: boiled egg, a toast, butter, some jam and a cookie with a cup of tee. So you try and judge if want it. Next morning just skipped the breakfast and went outside. -Room small kitchen has no knife fork or other any cutlery. Since we came with kid, for me slice an apple with no knife is a skilled karate task. Be aware of your needs.

Detalles menores para mejorar, diría únicamente el desayuno, pero aún así el que sirven está bien, pero podría haber más variedad .

• ana lucia (10/5): Alta categoría a muy buen precio - La habitación del tamaño de un departamento, gigante y hermoso, bien decorado, la cama gigante, con cocina y baño de tamaño más que suficiente. Si necesitas platos o cubiertos, etc se pueden pedir sin problema. Todo excelente. Lo que sí nos costó acostumbrarnos al desayuno estilo turco: pepinos, tomates, etc.

Дружелюбный персонал, вышли меня ночью на улицу встречать, когда я заблудилась слегка. Вкусный завтрак. Уборка. Фен. Все отлично! Огромные окна в номере. Водичку дали только в первый день заселения, но это не проблема.

• Monika (7/5): - Pokoj byl velmi útulný, hezky vybaven, dobře uklizený. Vybavení dostačující. Personál velmi milý a nápomocný. Snídaně nám moc chutnala. Výborná lokalita - velmi blízko metra a zajímavým místům, restauracím a obchůdkům. Kuchyně byla velmi málo vybavená, pouze hrnečky a sklenice. Lednice nefungovala a nebyla moc čistá. Konvice také nebyla úplně hezká. Pokud vyžadujete lepší vybavení kuchyně, tak může zklamat. Pro nás dostačující.

• Abdullah (10/5): I stayed there with my wife (two of us), and we booked the Executive Suite on the fifth floor. It had a beautiful view w - The location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious and even more comfortable than expected. The place was clean, well-organized, and gave a sense of comfort from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Any request or inquiry was handled quickly and with genuine care. Because of how beautiful the place and its location were, I decided to extend my stay for an extra day. They were very understanding and accommodating, and even offered me a kind discount for the additional night. A wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat 🙏 I just wish I had known about this hotel much earlier — their executive suite is absolutely amazing and beyond wonderful ✋🏼

• RODRIGO (8/5): - Great location, close to restaurants, bars, Istiklal. Still within walking distance to Sultahnamet area for sightseeing. Very spacious room, reasonably priced. Helpful staff. The wndows are not soundproof and the street was very noisy, earplugs were not enough. We had to change to a room not facing the street so we could sleep after the first night. Fortunately there was one room still available. Breakfast time is late, starting at 8 am. As I would have to leave the hotel before that time on the first day of our stay, I wrote beforehand asking if a packed breakfast could be arranged for that first morning. The answer was yes. The reality was no - they forgot about it.

Very friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast option. Everything was perfect except a small detail: the joint of the bathtub should be changed (though we did manage to use it anyway).

• Fedor (6/5): Positive overall experience, but serious night noise issues - The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff - extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They are very approachable, always willing to assist, and it was a pleasure to communicate with them throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring Istanbul and getting around the city. The hotel bar was not operating during the stay. The room, despite being a Deluxe Suite, felt quite worn and outdated, although it was clean. Surprisingly, the room was not cleaned even once during a four-day stay, which felt unusual for this category of accommodation. Renovation works were taking place in the room directly above us, including during nighttime hours. There was constant noise from things falling, breaking, or being moved, which made it completely impossible to rest properly at night.

• Jacobo (10/5): Semana mágica en Estambul - Ubicación espectacular en Beyoglu, bien comunicado con línea de metro a escasos pasos. Muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. Atención espectacular por parte del staff y habitación enorme. El desayuno puedes pedir que te lo lleven a la habitación. Lo recomiendo. El viernes y sábado se oyen mucho los bares de la calle, hasta las 4am. No es realmente culpa del hotel, pero quizás podrían darle alguna solución. Simplemente para tenerlo en cuenta si eres de sueño ligero.

• Federica (8/5): La città ha un fascino particolare - Ottima posizione in una zona ricca di locali e vicinissima alla metro e a molte attrazioni turistiche. La stanza è grande e molti affacci godono di una vista bellissima sul Bosforo. La colazione è prettamente salata con prodotti della cucina turca. L'hotel è nascosto da un locale "birreria", chiuso durante il nostro soggiorno e non si distingue dall'esterno. La reception è in fondo al locale. La colazione è buona ma sempre uguale, non si diversifica.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont mals insonorisées et vous entendez la musique la nuit, le nettoyage tôt le matin. Demandez les chambres de l'autre coté de préférence.

• Katrin (8/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für 3 Tage Istanbul - Die Lage war perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und auch das Bett super groß.! Das Zimmer vorne raus ist relativ laut. Die Küche kann man quasi nicht nutzen da sie nicht ausgestattet ist, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

• Nawel (7/5): All in all it was a nice stay - The location is great the rooms are big and very clean , exactly like the pictures - Really noisy , there is a bar right in front and it really gets noisy until late at night - room needs more upgrade, specially bathroom: the shower holder was broken , and the hot water wasn’t really hot - the staff were helpful but they weren’t that friendly ( sometimes it gets awkward as if you are bothering them) - breakfast is ok but nothing more than the standard one , and it’s the same every day !

• Sean J. (6/5): Calling this a “boutique” hotel is a bit of a stretch. - The room was very spacious and we appreciated they had a lift. It was centrally located and the staff was very friendly. Our room (5th floor) had no curtains or blinds to cover the 3 large round windows. We had to use extra pillows and blankets to try to have privacy. Additionally, that meant that we were up when the sun was up. The room needs to have room-darkening shades so that guests can sleep in if they want to. (This also applies to the sky lights.) Also, the grout in the shower was black at the bottom and should be replaced. The bathroom could use an upgrade. It was rather odd that the front entrance of this “boutique hotel” was an Irish bar that had 0 customers during our stay.

• Johanne (7/5): - The rooms are exceptionally large and the hotel is very well located in a vibrant part of the city close to public transport. Breakfast is not served until 8.30am which is too late when you have day trips planned.
• Karin (9/5): Würden sofort wieder dort buchen - Kein klassisches Hotel, sondern ein Appartementhaus mit einer kleinen Rezeption und Bar. Hervorragende Lage, neben Metro und nahe beim Tünel, Istiklal Caddesi und Galata Kulesi. Belebtes Quartier mit vielen Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Sehr grosse Zimmer, grosse und recht bequeme Betten. Unsere Kinder (13 und 15) hatten ein eigenes Zimmer und fühlten sich sehr wohl. Super Preis-Leistung. Ps. Zimmer zur Golden Horn Seite haben einen wahnsinns Ausblick! Vermutlich sind diese Zimmer aber teurer… Wenn man etwas sagen müsste: Dusche in unserem Zimmer müsste gemacht werden (Duschtüre, Wasserdruck, etwas Schimmel). Das Frühstück wird auf einem grossen Tablett serviert, ist schön hergerichtet und für uns genug, jedoch nicht so abwechslungsreich. Aber wie gesagt: man bekommt alles in den Cafes direkt neben dem Hotel.
• Ekaterina (1/5): Spoiled day in Istanbul - Nothing We arrived at the property and were informed at the reception desk that we can not get our reserved and paid room. Instead of our Aparments we were proposed a tiny room in the neighbor hotel which we did not like at all. So instead of having a nice day in Istanbul we had to search for alternatives which were already double expensive. The communication with the hotel is very poor. They do not answer my messages. No redound has been done yet!

Broken hinges on kitchen cupboards No plates, cutlery, wine glasses. No rain shower (because there was no shower door leading to a lot of water spilling out). Cleaners forgot to top up toilet rolls. Windows were not well sealed, could hear outside.

• Johanna (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war riesig und die Einrichtung wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und obwohl wir sehr viel im Zimmer waren, haben sie es immer geschafft unbemerkt zu putzen und neue Handtücher zu bringen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es ist wirklich sehr laut, aber das wussten wir von den Bewertungen davor und haben uns bewusst trotzdem für das Hotel entschieden, weil das meistens bedeutet, dass es sehr zentral und lebhaft ist - perfekt für uns. Das Frühstück war nicht ganz unser Fall, sehr schlicht, ist aber Geschmackssache. Es wäre toll, wenn die Küche auch zum kochen ausgestattet wäre.
• Nikola (9/5): Très bel hôtel au cœur d’Istanbul - idéalement situé : à côté du métro, des bus en bas, de la tour Galata, des commerces, des restaurants… la chambre était belle et grande, spacieuse, avec plein de fenêtres, un grand lit confortable et un canapé / table basse à côté le service bagagerie est pratique, nous avons été bien accueillis, et les croissants au petit déjeuner étaient délicieux Étant au 1er étage, on entendu un léger fond de musique le samedi soir, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous endormir rapidement

• IOANNIS (8/5): Αρκετά καλή - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, τρομερό προσωπικό, ευρύχωρα και καθαρά δωμάτια. Διαμονή στο 4ο. Το μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο προσεγμένο (καθαρό μπάνιο αλλά λίγο ταλαίπωρο), το πρωινό δεν αξίζει καλύτερα έξω.

На першому поверсі у номері був різкий затхлий підвальний запах, який створював дискомфорт. Це може негативно впливати на людей з алергією чи іншими проблемами зі здоров’ям.

• Bernardo (6/5): Good location, the price was relatively low but not worth the value. - Location. You have to enter through an Irish pub, and that is not clear in the info provided in booking. The condition of room was not well maintained, and significantly worst than the photos on booking . There was no toilet paper or water restitution. The breakfast was poor.
• Greg (10/5): Perfect vacation - Outstanding stay with a fantastic staff, we felt like friends or family members rather than guests with the most personalized service. Perfect location with walking distance literally everywhere. Authentic breakfast with a surprising element every day. Room is spacious and comfortable with a great sea view. Thank you Ilyas, Ibo, and the entire team to make our few days in Istanbul so special. Stay too short :)

• Suet (10/5): highly recommended - We do breakfast in the room with Youtube, it feels like at home. coffee shop, supermarket, restaurant all nearby the hotel. It is really central in the main road but the room is quiet. You can go everywhere easily. Water pressure is weak because of the shower head, hope you can changed it.
