• Clarisse (10/5): Une très belle surprise pour notre famille, nous conseillons - L’espace du logement est top, il y a beaucoup d’équipement et le nécessaire minimum qui ne nous oblige pas à faire les courses, ex sel et poivre, capsules de lessive, …c’est top Il faudrait mettre à disposition un manuel pour le réglage du chauffage, nous avons eu trop chaud et n’avons pas réussi à baisser le thermostat.

• Audrey (8/5): - Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, climatisé et bien situé dans Québec. L’emplacement de parking se situe en sous-sol. Quelques pièces de mobilier nécessiterait un changement (des chaises abîmées, un matelas creusé).

• Cheryl (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is very accessible. Some of the outlets in the kitchen are noy working and the rooms are warm because the airconditioning unit is located outside.
• Claudio (9/5): Clean, well located and functional place! - The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean. The kitchen, dining and living area was functional and easy. The rooms were of adequate size. The apartment was quiet. Instructions were clear and everything worked well. The location was v good for us. We particularly liked the nice bakery nearby (Boulangerie Louis Marchand)a great taco place (Julio) yummy ice cream place (Cremerie Saint-Saveur) and v v good pizza (Nina pizza Napolitaine). All of these places are walkable in 3 minutes! We found better food here than in Quebec center which was more touristy. The location was good for the Videotron Center, only a 10 min drive. We used the gym on the 6th floor which was adequate for some quick cardio and free weight work out. There was a nice view. The terrace was also nice but weather was not forthcoming on our visit. There are 2 grills there and plenty of seating. There is also a nice park 5 mins walk away which has 2 beach volleyball courts. Everything was great. Clearly 1 bathroom only with 4 bedrooms is a shame but we knew that when we booked. The lower bunk bed is a little squeaky but nothing too bad. There are a few vagrants around but it is a city and this sadly is nothing the owner can control and really not bad at all and not a sketchy area.
• Gurpreet (4/5): Not great. - Good location. Clean. Basic pots and pans not available. Non stick pan but only some steel utensils. No cheese shredder. No dish soap to wash dishes - just “all purpose” soap which is difficult when you are travelling with little kids/babies. The sofa was very worn out. They wanted a $400 deposit or $40 to cover any wear and tear up to $400. But the couch was ready to break at the seams. It

• Edwin (9/5): Awesome stay near Old Quebec and the Notre Dame Basilica. - The Apartment was very nice. It included Underground secured parking. We pointed out a couple of minor things directly to the Owner and Property Management, Other than that, the Apartment location was fairly centralized to the places we wanted to visit. Including Old Quebec (Stores, Restaurants) and Notre Dame Basilica! We had a 2023 Van that we Rented in Manhattan NY. We would rent this apartment over again, without any hesitation! Nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
