• James (10/5): - Great apartment, 10 minutes walk from local bars/Restaurants. Beach is also a 10 minutes walk. Really quiet at night. Well-equipped kitchen and good Wi-Fi. Great communications from a very helpful host. Overall, a fantastic stay and we will be back Nothing.

• June (8/5): Great holiday, lots of sunshine, walks to beach & great restaurants & great memories! - We had a wonderful stay in the apartment — it had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the beach & near restaurants & shop. We were disappointed as the swimming pool outside our apartment was being renovated & we had to use another swimming pool in next block. The shower in bathroom was slippery, we bought a shower mat. We loved the property & would come back again.

• Garry (10/5): - Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay but also close to bars and restaurants and the beach only a short distance away.

• Olive (8/5): Stunning Apartment - Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Very comfortable, beautiful balcony. All mod cons available. Nothing stands out for me. We did have problems trying to turn on the tv but that was only my friend on one of the stormy nights when she couldn't go out.

• Rónad (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic time at this fabulous apartment. The two bedroom apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent and there were some lovely touches like board games, kitchen paper, coffee & tea, oil for cooking and seasonings. The communion received was quick helpful and warm. The location was perfect for us, near the strip and the beach. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return. We didnt want to leave!

Both the resort of Cabo Roig and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We have been to Mallorca a lot but decided to explore this coast and as I said we were pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was well planned, nicely decorated and well maintained and clean. The entire property was very well maintained such as the courtyard and pool. We almost always started at the beach and finished at home in the pool. Most of the time we were by ourselves. We had contact with the hosts before and during the stay and received quick responses and they also provided very good information about shortcuts to shops and restaurants. Nothing to complain about, on the contrary, we have only praise to give!

I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Booking. com should make clients aware of which floor of the building that the apartment is situated,before any deposit is paid .The second floor without a lift, is unsuitable for elderly people.

No sunloungers around the pool, my partner had to go and purchase them from a shop in the town. No toilets down at the pool. Nearest bar/shop was a good 10/15 minute walk away.

• Aidan (10/5): A beautifully modern well equipped comfortable apartment - The apartment was outstanding, had literally everything you could want and more. Decorated to a really high standard. Pool was also beautiful and never packed with people so very peaceful. Hosts were so accommodating letting us stay a little later on departure. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing bad to say.
• Claire (10/5): lUXURY - I loved every minute of my stay at such a beautiful apartment and it was sparkling clean. Everything that you could possibly need is here. My daughter could not stop laughing at all the things I noticed about this place. She thought she might have a problem with me leaving, cause I loved it so much. Unfortunately , the weather was not good, which made having such a lovely place to stay so important. Would loved to come back with my husband as he loves Cabo Roig.
