• Ramón (3/5): Unpleasant surprise - The apartment's location is good. Not suitable for four people. The second bed is a sofa, covered in unpleasant stains, like pillowcases. Furthermore, you literally have to sleep on the floor.

• Yujin (4/5): 사진에 속지마세요. - 마스터는 굉장히 친절함. 칼, 가위 등 주방기구가 너무 낡았음. 사용하기에 불편함. 바퀴벌레도 나옴.ㅠ 침대 매트는 허리가 아플정도로 꺼졌음. 에어컨도 낡아서 자주 꺼지고 외출 후 들어오면 집안이 찜통. 창문은 열수 없어 음식 해먹을때 환기가 제대로 되지 않음. 여유분 휴지가 3개 있다고 했는데 2개 뿐이어서 개인비용으로 사다가 사용함. 우버 택시가 잘 잡히지 않음.(케이스 바이 케이스) 세탁세제, 샴푸 린스등이 넉넉하지 않았음. 오븐 사용이 힘들었음. 화장실이 계단 아래에 있어서 다리 불편하신분은 비추천함. 옷걸이는 대부분이 망가졌음.
• Jacob (9/5): Great apartment near the city surrounded by lovely cafes - Incredible location on a nice, quieter street near bustling Kings Cross, with lovely local cafes nearby. Apartment was good sized with modern bathroom, kitchen and comfortable bed. Easy access to the city and trains, and nice harbour bay a short walk in the other direction. Had a small issue getting the door code for check in but the host resolved it quickly.
• Nick (9/5): A perfect stay in clean, beautifully equipped apartment with an unbeatable location, we slept amazingly and would happil - The location was fantastic and so convenient, with restaurants, bars, and the train all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay very easy, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee pods for the espresso machine such a thoughtful touch. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Overall, everything about the place was perfect, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The only small thing to note is that the bathroom and toilet are located downstairs via a very steep staircase with a low ceiling, so taller guests just need to be mindful. That said, the bathroom itself is very modern, bright, and beautifully presented which definitely makes up for it.

• sian (8/5): Excellent location, lovely comfortable spacious unit, fantastic - except the internal stairs down to the bathroom. - The location is fantastic, next to lots of cool restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the buzz of Sydney. The stairs! I’m sorry - I know a few people mentioned this in reviews but I figured, I’m very fit and young, how bad can a few steps be? But they’re just a long drop between each step, and in the night it feels like you’re risking an injury just to use the loo. Other than that the place would get 5 stars! Great place, definitely not recommended for people with bad knees or hips.

• Marco (1/5): BED BUGS - Location is great. Very close to restaurants, bars and cafes. Has aircon which is great in Sydney. BED BUGS - Unfortunately the apartment had an ongoing issue with bed bugs. The host has just started managing this property and is inexperienced. Didn’t seem to have any form of insurance to provide us with alternative accommodation. Had about 50 bites all over my body. We received a partial refund eventually but have spent an additional $1000 on hotels, laundry and dry cleaning through no fault of our own. Raising with NSW Fair Trading to get reimbursed for all the additional costs.

The kitchen is well equipped, a wash/dry mashine is there, very easy checkin and out, very good communication..it is close to busstations, only 10 min.into town Center.Shoppin is are nearby, many restaurants, but very quiet area. We can really recommend it! Nothing

• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Great location, 2 min from train station, coffee shops and restaurant's within walking distance. Ease of access with clear instructions. Clean and modern, with plenty of linen and towels, all cleaning materials provided, and lovely coffee pods. The stairs down to the bathroom, downward steep, you have to have good balance to walk down the stairs. plus No door to separate the bathroom from the bedrooms and lounge, which is lack of privacy.

• Daniel (9/5): Lovely stay in a great location - Great location close to Kings Cross, and the apartment is lovely. It's very tastefully decorated, and really cozy in the evening. The hosts were super responsible and helpful, and overall it was a really great stay. The apartment is a bit dark during the day (not a major issue but just worth noting). The shower tends to overflow a little bit into the bathroom.

Also in a great spot and the guests were very helpful with instructions and an early checkin. The toilet/bathroom was awkward as we were 4 guys sharing the apartment and the only thing separating the rest of the apartment from the bathroom was a curtain. Makes for an awkward scenario with needing to share the bathroom. Additionally there were some utensils missing as there was a very small amount of bowls/wine glasses etc. May need a restock on cupboards.

I look forward to coming back at some stage and will recommend to friends! Very spacious and a much better option to a regular tiny hotel room. hosts are very helpful and communicative
