I didn’t receive my code on time, probably due to Apple feature with hidden email address. That's why I had to call customer support separately and ask them to send me the code to a different email address.

Personál , který v hotelu pracuje a který nás obsluhoval u příšerné snídani ( staré pečivo, okoralé uzeniny , sýr a vejce co vypadaly opravdu nevzhledně ) je naprosto neochotný personál , který mluví pouze opravdu nekvalitní angličtinou . Do tohoto hotelu se už určitě nevrátím !
• Ellen (6/5): Vil ikke anbefale andre dersom de er mer en to å benytte dette hotellet pga bokkingvansker. - God frokost. Den første dagen var det rundstykker og baguetter. De tre neste frokostene var det kun baguetter og crossant. De opplyste at de ikke hadde rundstykker. Kommunikasjonen med hotellet og koordineringen med booking.com var svært mangelfull. Vi var fem par og en som stod for bestillingen. Vi hadde utført alt digitalt og fikk da bekreftet at bokkingen var ok og at vi ville få tilsendt en link 24 timer før innsjekking. Tre av oss fikk tilsendt link til hotellet med opplysninger /koder. Sendte flere meldinger til hotellet om manglene som ikke medførte resultat. De sendte etter hvert en link til de som manglet som viste seg å være til samme rom som var tildelt et av de andre parene. Etter en del meldinger med hotellet uten at de forstod vårt problem fikk vi telefonkontakt med hotellet. Vi fikk tilsendt fem nye linker slik at vi fikk fordelt rommene mellom oss.. Kan også opplyse at et av parene kansellerte på reisedagen pga sykdom. Jeg sendt melding til hotellet, som ba meg kontakte bokking hvilket ble gjort. Dagen etter fikk jeg melding fra hotellet som viste til at et av rommene ikke var benyttet. Jeg bekreftet enda en gang at det var kansellert.
• Wendy (10/5): Goed verblijf - Propere, mooie, stille kamer met goed bed en propere badkamer. Receptie niet gemist: vlotte communicatieonline, inlogcodes makkelijk. Bagage kan je achterlaten bij security. Goed gelegen. Heerlijk restaurant bij het hotel. Ontbijt verzorgd en basic maar voldoende keuze.

• Irena (7/5): - Dobrá lokalita v blízkosti letiště Vše je závislé na digitální informaci, která nebyla předána včas. Místo 15hod, jak uvádíte v instrukcích na check-in, jsem po několikero textování obdržela informaci na check-in až okolo půl šesté. Těsně před dojezdem di Prahy. Už jsem se obávala že toto ubytování je scam. Když jsem odešla z pokoje na procházku městem, všimla jsem si několika cizinců kteří byli velmi frustrovaní a telefonovali s vaší kontaktní osobou že stále nedostali odpověď jak se dostanou do pokoje. Tímto vím že nejsem jediná kdo měl tento problém. Osoba v recepci by byla asi lepší možnost než bezkontaktní možnost přes mobilní telefon. Byla jsem ráda že jsem při cestováni mohla nabít mobil, jinak bych se k vám ani nedostala!

• Susann (9/5): - Super Lage, geräumiges Bad und Zimmer. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht. Das Rührei war ein Klumpen. Die Brötchen waren so hart dass ich sie nicht aufschneiden konnte. Nächstes Mal gibt es Kaffee auf dem Zimmer und Teilchen vom Supermarkt.

• Pep (9/5): - Instal.lacions molt noves i ben cuidades, l´habitació molt amplia, amb un llit immens, amb moltíssima llum, cosa que costa de trobar als hotels. El bany molt gran i net. La situació es perfecte, doncs es troba a 3 minuts de la la plaça Wenceslau i a 10 minuts del rellotge astronòmic, al vell mig del casc antic. L´esmorzar tipus buffet més que correcte, pel preu que té. Tenen servei de consigna de maletes, cosa que es d´agrair. L´únic però va estar que em van cobrar de més, però va ser resolt satisfactòriament per Booking, però no puc posar un 10 de valoració global

• Left (5/5): - If i have to say something good will be the location and the sleeping mattress. At the other side maybe the worst online check in ihave seen in my whole life . We end up going to their main hotel reception that was 600 hundred metres away to get the check in done . And thx god the weather was good and we like walking. Imagine the opposite. Bathroom if you are an 80s lover you will love it even if the hot water was taking almost ten minutes to be in use . The breakfast for a 2 star hotel is ok even the first day at 10 oclock they run out of coffee and on the second day they run out of croissants,the third day everything was fine . The English of the stuff was poor but they were trying their best ro be helpful.

• Balázs (9/5): - Modern, csendes hotel. Az ágy hatalmas és kényelmes. A szoba tágas, nappal világítás nélkül is fényes. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés. A kódos bejutás kényelmes, nem kell a kulcsot keresgélni. A fürdőben a festék válik a falról, A reggeli minden nap teljesen ugyanaz, nincs változatosság. Nekünk a párna túl vastag volt, de ez egyéni probléma.
• Ceren (8/5): Prag'da tekrar konaklama için tercih edebilirim. - Konum çok iyiydi. Hem havaalanı ulaşımı çok kolaydı hem de alışveriş için çok rahattı. Odamız ikinci kattaydı ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey (ütü, buzdolabı, kahve makinesi vb.) var. Resepsiyonsuz bir otel deneyimi sunmalarına rağmen check-in çok kolaydı. Farklı sorularım için yetkili kişilerle iletişim kurmakta zorlanmadım. Otel politikası olarak dört gece ve üzeri konaklamalar haricinde havlu değişimi yapmıyorlar, havluların en azından iki günde bir değiştirilmesini beklerdim. Ayrıca çeşmeden su içme hassasiyeti olan misafirler düşünülerek en azından odada bir şişe su bırakılsa iyi olabilirdi.

• isabelle (9/5): Super séjour - Hotel très bien situé a 2 pas de la place Vancelas. Nous avons tout fait a pied. Lits très confortables. Chambres de luxe sous toit spacieuse. Bel espace et salle de bain. Possible de laisser son bagage zpres check out pour se balader. Copieux petit déj. La clim un peu bruyante

• Ifková (9/5): - It was really nice place, with cozy rooms and many appliances. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Having a TV was a nice addition too. Overall really pleasant experience, I would recommend. The only downside I would say was that when we came back after the whole day the room was really hot (whole day was sunny weather) and the AC wasn't effective.

• Markus (8/5): Ein schönes Zimmer zentral gelegen, allerdings kein gutes Frühstücksbuffet - Gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich nicht so gut. Zu kleine Tassen für den Kaffeeautomaten, nicht oder sehr spät nachgefüllte leere Artikel des Buffets und teilweise sehr harte Brötchen.

• Allison (9/5): Excepcional! - El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos más importantes y a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes/autobuses. La habitación es grande y la cama súper cómoda. El proceso para entrar también sumamente fácil. Lo único que puedo mencionar es que el aire de mi habitación no funcionaba al 100% pero me pusieron un abanico de pedestal y eso funcionó super!
• Cedric (7/5): Schöne Lage, aber deutliche Abzüge! - Die Lage war Top. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung auch. Der Eingangsbereich ist schick und der Check-In war sehr einfach und es hat alles gelappt. Die Klimanlage hat noch nicht funktioniert (April). Dadurch war es EXTREM WARM, das hat immens gestört. Wenn man gelüftet hat, hat das zwar geholfen, aber es war dann sehr laut. Und danach wurde es wieder direkt warm, das ist inakzeptabel! Würden NICHT wiederkommen!!
