• Elest (8/5): Nice cozy clean apartment - The owner of the apartment was very very polite. The apartment is soo cozy clean and nicely decorated. The location is ok around 15 to 20 min walking. All instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get in are very detailed and easy. Classic in Bulgaria the bathroom has no shower cabinet so you take a shower all over the bathroom. Shower coming from the sink. Actually for summer is not a big deal cause I guess it will dry fast but winter is an issue.
• Karina (10/5): Great location, host and place! - Great place, wonderful host and communication! Everything is in great shape.
• Maria (10/5): Real home for longer stays - Everything is great: close to several places of interest but in a quiet zone. The flat has everything you need and not just for a short stay, looks like a real flat, not a typical tourist flat with two forks. Also, the host is amazing, very responsive and he really cares. The shower, it's typical to have a shower like this so it was not a surprise for us. Just a small inconvenience that you have to be careful because everything gets wet including the floor outside of the bathroom. The street is challenging if you have a strawler or a wheelchair (but many streets are like this) but without the strawler probably I wouldn't even notice.

• Roy (10/5): Comprehensively equipped very well located apartment - An excellently located (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist sites) comprehensively equipped apartment. I was very pleased with it indeed. Loved the beautiful tree-lined street. Very good and detailed communication with the owner. Naming it Barcelona is presumably a useful marketing ploy, but the apartment is certainly colourful. A large number of English speaking TV programmes, although no BBC (watched DW instead). Although certainly NOT the responsibility of the owner, the communal garden (as seen from the apartment window) was unkept & uncared for, & rubbish strewn. The pavements in the street outside were in a very poor condition indeed (urgent need of repair!), and I had to wear heavy walking shoes to negotiate it!
• Asaf (4/5): Very disappointing, won’t return… - The owner was very nice and available The shower was really bad, water didn’t drain and flooded the apartment. The toilets had problems the water didn’t stop running. the Sofa was not comfortable at all and the air conditioner did a lot of noise and the humidity was bad! Won’t come back…
• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - Great quiet little place in the heart of downtown, which isn’t always all that common in Capital cities. It is as advertised and actually looks better in real. Clean, well and practically organised, the coffee machine with coffee was particularly appreciated. Most appliances have some instructions which make the navigation of all equipment easy and straightforward. Although the booking chat had some issue which did not permit exchanges, the host was easy to contact via phone/phone app and was very quick to address questions and concerns. Definitely recommend and definitely will return on future trips to Sofia. Can't think of anything.

• Matteo (8/5): Perfect house for a weekend - Meticulously decorated loft, portable Wi-Fi even outside the house, washing machine, iron. Very attentive homeowner, impeccable WhatsApp communication, incredibly prompt in everything. The only downside of the apartment is the bathroom, which, due to space constraints, doesn’t have a shower enclosure. The shower is open to the bathroom itself, so you have to clean up each time by letting the water drain in the center. In the evening, there were small cockroaches that would appear in the bathroom, possibly due to the weather. Every morning, it was necessary to eliminate them and use pesticide.
• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment in very good location, close to the centrum , not far from Sofia Serdica bus station. In the apartment everything you need for short stay - washing machine, well equipment kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Internet, TV. Owner very caring and helpful, immediately respond to our questions and did everything to let us check in earlier (as we came to Sofia in the morning). Thank you for wonderful stay. There is nothing to say, everything was perfect

A very helpful and accomodating host, who shared many helpful tips on what to see and where to eat. A very pleasant and functional appartment, perfect for a few-day stay. Everything was great.

• Jessy (9/5): Great place to stay to be close to downtown Sofia, but still have some peace and quiet - The location was very central, easy access to tram and metro lines as well as bars, restaurants and attractions. The place is very cozy and you feel right at home. Check in is as simple as retrieving the keys from the lockbox next to the gate. I did find it a bit cold. The one heating element on the wall did not radiate enough to heat the open space. The shower and toilet combo is also a bit difficult to use in cold weather as it does not dry quickly after taking a shower.
