• daniel (10/5): Very friendly host, and nice little apartment. - Host was very informative and helpful. Lovley 1 bed apartment, with a good sofa. Good little kirchen area and small but suitable shower room. Aircon worked well. Area was about 30 mins walk to acropolis so decent, as it was out of the hustle and bustle. Still had cafes and bars around the area however.

• Tatyana (10/5): - We really enjoyed everything. The location is close to the metro station. We stayed during the cold season, but in the evenings we turned on the air conditioners to warm up. The bathroom is a bit small, but all the plumbing works perfectly. And the most wonderful part is the hostess, who was always in touch and helped us with any questions. Tzesika, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

• fabienne (10/5): superbe escale à athènes - l’appartement est très beau et très bien équipé, il y’a tout ce qui faut pour passer un super séjour, et le lit super confortable et notre hôtesse adorable, des petites attentions, elle nous a aidé à trouver plusieurs choses dans athènes, très attentionnée et serviable, et elle nous a gardé nos valises en attendant notre vol du soir . un peu bruyant mais avec les pochons d’oreille c’est impeccable

• vicky (10/5): Magnífico - El alojamiento es increíble!!muy bonito y muy acogedor tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar y más 🥹 y Tzesika es maravillosa súper atenta en todo, se ofreció para ayudarnos en todo nos dio instrucciones para ir andando o en metro a el acrópolis q por cierto su ubicación es magnífica andando 20 min y en metro 2 paradas el cual está a 3 min del apartamento, si quieres tener un alojamiento magnífico en Atenas es este 💖💖💖 Nada fue un 10

• Martin (10/5): Excellent apartment near Athens old town - 3 km from the Old Town. 900 m from the bus stop, approx. 13 min on foot. Uber to the city center costs €7-10. There are also many different restaurants within walking distance. Free street parking is available if there are free spaces. I do not recommend renting a car in Athens, but rather using public transport or Uber. It is difficult to find parking spaces, as the streets are very narrow. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, very cozy and homey. Enough space for 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need for a longer stay, including a washing machine and stove with oven. Pepper, salt, tea/coffee, etc. are provided. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo. Both rooms have A/C. Beds have sheets and blankets. The beds are comfortable. There is a small grocery store 350 m away, open 24 hours. The selection in the store is rather limited, more like a kiosk. You cannot buy a larger dinner from this store. The emphasis is on chips, cookies, water, juice, and a small selection of hygiene products (toothpaste, toothbrushes, diapers, shampoo, etc.). It is better to eat dinner at a restaurant or stock up on food from a larger grocery store if you want to cook in the apartment yourself. The apartment is suitable for both short and long stays. 24-hour access to the apartment, which is a plus. Clear and understandable instructions on how to get to the apartment. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Athens again.

• VERA (9/5): Ottimo! Pulito e posizione perfette - Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metro petralona. Appartamento grande, pulito, con tutto (compreso ferro da stiro, stendibiancheria, microonde ecc) Unica pecca il bagno veramente piccolissimo, ma per due persone ci si adatta senza problemi! Non abbiamo visto la proprietaria ma è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile, tanto che l’appartamento era pronto in mattinata invece che nel pomeriggio Fuori in strada c’e parcheggio, basta avere un po’ di fortuna e si può trovare posto proprio davanti. Ottimo Grazie di tutto! Bagno piccolino

• Medhy (10/5): - Tzesika, siempre fue muy atenta con nosotros, antes de nuestra llegada se contactó con nosotros para que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para la estancia, le pedimos que resguardara nuestro equipaje después del check- out, ya que nuestro ferry salía por la noche, y muy amable nos permitió quedarnos con la llave hasta la hora que nosotros salimos, esto fue una gran ayuda para nosotros. La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada no hace falta nada, sin duda regresaríamos!!!!!

Confermo tutto quanto già detto,,,, disponibilità della hostess ci ha lasciato l"appartamento anche un paio di ore in più al check out ... L'appantamento è servito di tutto il necessario, in zona molto tranquilla, parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze.... Metro in 5 minuti a piedi, si raggiunge il centro in due fermate.... Sicuramente ci ritornerò nel mio prossimo viaggio ad Atene... Lo consiglio

• Beauchamp (10/5): Absolutely great all around, will stay again! - This property is exactly like the pictures. It’s modern, clean and overall very nice. Spacious! Internet worked great. Could easily fit 3 people, 1 on couch and two in bed. TV is actually good size! The kitchen was great even though I didn’t use it much. AC worked perfect. The communication from the owner is spectacular and quick also. They live just down the road so if you need anything g they’re there to help, which luckily I don’t need anything. Overall of o come back to Athens I’m definitely staying here and recommending it to my friends, family and colleagues. The owner ever left a box of cookies for me. The shower runs on solar so it’s always warm just need it to run for just a minute or two and then it’s warm and ready to go! The locks felt secure even though the neighborhood was very family friendly. Saw kids playing at the park just down the road around 9pm. Safe place. I was genuinely happily surprised. The only thing is the shower is a bit small. Still a nice bathroom, but if you like to move around or need extra space in the shower just be prepared for a small shower and bathroom. But honestly even the bathroom was modern, nice and had everything you needed in there. Definitely only room for one person at a time.

Great location in safe neighbourhood within short walking distance of Petralona metro station, a few stops from main places of interest. Coffee places, shops and great brunch spot closeby. Some mild noise from traffic at night but not too worrisome (inevitable for centrally located accommodations).

Generous, friendly host makes you feel like a welcome guest. there was nothing we did not like. It was a perfect place for our needs.

The location is near the main attractions and Petralonas is a very interesting neighbourhood with good options to eat and drink. We had an amazing time in Athens and will definetly come back! :) Nothing to say here
• Carolina (9/5): Bella Ciao, definitely recommended! - Great communication with the host; always helpful. Checked in/out swiftly. The place is top, it has everything to make you feel at home and a little extra! It seemed the apartment had been recently renovated: all still shinny and squeaky clean. The area was pretty quiet and safe, although with the many graffiti one would have thought otherwise; it is just part of Athens' beauty. There are a couple of markets close by and a few coffee shops, too. The train is within walking distance (6-7 mins) and takes you directly to Monastiraki. You can then walk to almost all the important places. Easy to get from the airport, too. Tip: If you are travelling to/from the airport, check the timings as it is difficult to catch a train in time for early flights. For us, taking the train from the airport to Athens (4 pm) and back (5am) prebokking an Uber worked well. We would happily return and thoroughly recommend it.

• Anthony (10/5): Great value and great location. - Great location in Petralona with just a few minutes walk to really nice neighborhood restaurants. The train to Monastiraki was fast and frequent. Tzesika was also extremely accomodating and helpful. Room was large and comfortable and a great value. Petralona is also on the direct line to Piraeus so leaving on a ferry was extremely simple. Nothing to complain about. It’s a bit hard to get to from the airport via public transit if you have luggage (lots of transter), so I’d recommend Uber which cost us €44. Otherwise the trip would have taken 2x as long. But once you’re at the place, everything is nearby.

Easy walk to the metro and local restaurants & bars, and a reasonable walk to many of the historic sights of Athens. Great host who kept in regular contact and who provided some really useful local knowledge. Would definitely return if in Athens again. There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was gorgeous, air conditioned and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, tiny bathroom. Very easy walk to the subway, 2 stops from the main square, and it was very easy to travel back to the airport on the metro with our luggage. Definitely be careful taking a taxi from the airport and confirm the fare amount with your driver before travelling - and have cash, do not pay with a credit card.

Our host was very nice and responded Mimi to all of our questions (we didn’t know that we had a wash dryer and asked for a drying rack). The distance to Petralona station was really short :)
